Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 or Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new virus, namely the Coronavirus, which spreads easily and causes a high mortality rate. Knowledge is everything that is known based on human experience itself and knowledge will increase according to the process of experience experienced by individuals. Knowledge is very important for all people to avoid risks such as anxiety, panic and stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. Anxiety is an emotional state that arises when individuals are experiencing stress which is characterized by a feeling of tension in the mind that makes individuals feel worried and accompanied by physical responses such as a racing heart, rising blood pressure and others. Coastal communities are people who are left behind economically, socially, especially in terms of education and health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge level and anxiety about the Covid-19 pandemic in coastal communities in Ai-Bari Hamlet, Kukin Village, North Moyo District. This study uses a descriptive correlative study design with a quantitative approach and uses Jaspen's M Correlation Test. The results show that most respondents have a good level of knowledge, 50 respondents (41.7%), while the anxiety level of the majority of respondents is at the level of not anxious 58 people ( 48.3%). The results of the jaspen's M test obtained the value of M = -0.1. The conclusion in this study shows a significant relationship between knowledge and anxiety levels with the result value using the Jaspens's M correlation test where r count > r table (0.38 > 0.21) then the hypothesis H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when spraying pesticides is a must in agricultural activities. It greatly affects the long-term health conditions of farmers. This study aimed to see the relationship between the use of PPE with SGOT and SGPT levels in the blood of rice farmers. This study used quantitative research with an analytic observational research design using a cross-sectional approach. Blood samples were taken for farmers and carried out the process of filling out questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of the questionnaire were processed with SPSS 16.0, with Fisher's exact test. The sample of the study was 40 rice farmers taken purposively. The results showed that the levels of SGOT and SGPT were more in the normal category. The analysis showed that there was no relationship between AST and ALT levels with the use of PPE. It can be seen from the significance value of more than 0.05. As many as 38.5% complained about recurring complaints. After spraying, dizziness, dizziness, watery eyes, frequent spitting, namely vision, coughing, and ergonomic complaints in the form of back pain and lumbago. The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between the use of PPE with AST and ALT levels in the blood.

Based on the results of the t test analysis on Diabetes Mellitus Patients, there is a significant difference between treatment and after treatment with a difference value of 72.25 and a value of 0.040. While the results of laboratory analysis using the luff-schroll test with the titration method found that the carbohydrate content in ganyong was 84.7%, the glucose content was 23%, the air content was 12.1% and the ash content was 3.86%.
