Abstract

Transportation is the movement of goods or people from one place to another using a tool or vehicle. Transportation system in the CV. Simatahari is still manual, if the farmer wants to transport palm oil, the farmer first contacts the company via telephone to inform the transportation schedule and address. This often results in mistakes from the company when recording the schedule and address for transporting oil palm. One solution is to create a web-based palm oil transportation information system. The research method used in the manufacture of transportation information systems namely design thinking methods, programming languages using PHP and MySQL are used as databases. The results of this study can facilitate farmers in ordering oil palm transportation in real-time and also can find out information on the price of oil palm per kilo and transportation wages. Abstract

Maimoon Palace is one of the tourist attractions and cultural heritages that has high potential, both in Medan and Indonesia. However, in the digital era, Maimoon Palace does not have an Information System which can give information about its availability, while it does not provide online ticketing as well. This underlies the writer to create Web Based Tourism Information System of Maimoon Palace. This research uses direct observation method, interview with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues. Web Based Tourism Information System of Maimoon Palace is generated by PHP and HTML programming language and MySQL database. This system uses design thinking system development method. Design Thinking is the method utilized by the writer to solve the problem with user-centered approach to define the problem, thenceforth to conceptualize ideas as a solution to produce a system. This information systems can be used to give the information about Maimoon Palace availability to the visitors and can be used to book the ticket online. This system is expected to be useful as information and media promotion for tourism potential in Medan. Abstract

Crane (heavy equipment) is one of the tools to unload and load containers from ships / depots. Because of its very important uses, each component of the crane must be checked every day before and after use. To improve the efficiency of the reporting process, an information system or additional feature is created which can be used by technicians in reporting cranes. The technology used in the form of Android-based applications so that it can be accessed mobile by anyone, anywhere, and anytime. This system uses the Waterfall method, the Waterfall Method is used aims to develop a system of crane usage reports, which is carried out sequentially or linearly. The system is made as easy and simple as possible so that the operator does not have trouble inputting reports. This system will provide information reports to Bosses / Pic who can monitor the condition of the crane only through logins to the system or sent emails. Abstract

Doing a broccoli crop farming business is very promising, but there is little knowledge that farmers and the community have about the types of broccoli plant diseases that often attack these plants. By utilizing an expert system, which is able to make a rapid, precise, and accurate diagnosis of the symptoms caused, it is hoped that it will be able to help farmers in anticipating losses caused by disease attacks. Using the Forward Chaining method to determine conclusions starting from a set of facts by looking for rules that match the allegations, and using the Case Based Reasoning method that can solve new case problems by looking for similarity values on a case basis. From the sample cases taken are three symptoms of black rot disease, three symptoms of clubroot, and three symptoms of powdery mildew. Produces a value of 81.81% for black rot, then the system will provide a solution for the disease. Keyword: Broccoli Plant Diseases , Case Based Reasonin, Forward Chaining, Expert System.
