This study aims to explore the strategies used by teachers in the classroom, identify the obstacles they face, and the solutions they use to overcome these obstacles. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of collecting, processing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was maintained through several techniques, namely: 1). careful observation; 2). extended research time; 3). triangulation. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Fiqh teachers use strategies that improve student achievement, such as strategies in opening and closing lessons, classroom management, delivery of materials, providing reinforcement, use of methods, and evaluation; 2). The obstacles they face include difficulties in classroom management due to a lack of interaction between teachers and students, teachers' readiness in the learning process, teachers' understanding of students' characteristics, students' lack of understanding of Fiqh, and limited learning resources; 3). The efforts made by teachers to overcome these obstacles include improving interaction with students.

This community service was carried out to address water and environmental management issues in Kromong Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, which often faces flooding during the rainy season and drought in the dry season. This issue is exacerbated by the low level of public awareness regarding organic waste management and degradation of soil quality. The main focus of this service is to introduce biopori as a solution to increase water absorption, reduce puddles, and improve soil quality through organic waste management. The aim of this activity is to provide understanding to the community about the importance of the biopori technique and how its application can help overcome environmental problems faced by villages. The approach used is the service learning (SL) method, where the community is actively involved in socialization and training on the practice of making biopores. This research strategy includes several steps, such as problem identification, outreach, training, and monitoring the program's impact on the environment. The results of the service show success in increasing rainwater absorption, reducing the risk of flooding, and improving soil fertility through the decomposition of organic waste. In addition, there has been an increase in public awareness regarding the importance of sustainable environmental management. This program has also succeeded in reducing the amount of organic waste produced by households, while providing long-term benefits for groundwater security in the village. With positive results, it is hoped that this program can be replicated in other regions that face similar issues.

This research aims to describe the application of constructivist theory in the learning of Aqidah Akhlak at MTs Darul Ulum Jogoroto and to analyze its impact on the improvement of students' learning outcomes. The constructivist theory emphasizes the active role of students in building knowledge through interaction with the environment and meaningful learning experiences. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The research results show that the application of the constructivist learning model, which involves activities such as observing, questioning, experimenting, reasoning, and actively communicating, is able to enhance students' understanding and learning outcomes in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak. Additionally, the application of methods such as problem-based learning, discussions, and scientific learning creates an enjoyable learning atmosphere and encourages students to be independent in building knowledge. Evaluation is conducted through tests and attitude observations, covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, which show significant improvements in student learning outcomes. Thus, the application of constructivist theory is effective in improving the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning at MTs Darul Ulum Jogoroto.

This study aims to describe the marketing strategy of educational services at MAN 3 Jombang in facing competition between educational institutions. The focus of the study includes the characteristics of educational services, market segmentation, implementation of marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion), as well as challenges and innovations carried out to increase the attractiveness of the institution. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interview techniques with leaders, teachers, public relations staff, students, prospective students, alumni, and guardians of students. The results of the study show that MAN 3 Jombang integrates general and religious curriculum, with market segmentation that includes students from outside Jombang and promotion through social media and alumni. The marketing mix strategy is implemented comprehensively, with the main products being educational services, scholarship programs, and the Center for Achievement and Innovation (PPI). The challenges faced include limited cost information, digital promotion competition, and teacher time for external promotion. Innovation is carried out through digitalization of services, student involvement in promotional content, and utilization of alumni as promotional agents. This study aims to examine the role of the caregiver (pengasuh) in leadership innovation at Pondok Pesantren Al-Roudloh Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang and its impact on enhancing the religiosity of the students (santri) and the surrounding community. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the caregiver plays a central role in shaping the students' character through an approach that emphasizes role modeling, discipline, and independence. Leadership innovation is implemented through openness in activities that develop students’ potential and character formation based on traditional pesantren values. The main challenges include the young age of most students and the need to preserve the pesantren’s cultural heritage. Positive impacts of this leadership innovation are reflected in a more systematic management of the pesantren and increased student engagement in community activities. The study concludes that the charisma and leadership strategies of the caregiver significantly contribute to shaping an adaptive pesantren education system that remains rooted in traditional Islamic values.

This community service is carried out to handle the marketing process of MSMEs. Because in Kromong Village it is still focused offline, namely relying on markets around the business location to market its products. Apart from that, we are still focused on using word of mouth marketing techniques for promotional media. The aim is to gain new knowledge, understanding and skills in marketing for the business they run so that they can help increase sales of MSMEs in Kromong Village. There are many forms of digital marketing that can be done, one of which is through social media, social media marketing or social media marketing. This is to build awareness, recognition and action for your brand, business, product or anything else. The method for implementing this activity is community service with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach oriented towards community empowerment. Because empowerment must always meet the needs and solve problems that exist in society. The results of this activity were carried out in the form of direct assistance so that researchers could freely share knowledge with partners, and partners could also ask confusing related questions directly so that partners' understanding could be deeper. Reading habits are an important key in self-development and the formation of broad insight, to support children's interest in reading, good facilities and infrastructure are needed, including providing learning media, providing reading parks that function as mini libraries that provide access to various reading sources for the community. The importance of reading parks and learning media lies in their role in increasing interest in reading and literacy among the community. The Kromong Village reading park which is a partner in this activity is a reading place provided by the village which used to be a knowledge and literacy center infrastructure for its residents and was also used in TPQ activities in the afternoon in the Ngusikan sub-district area. Unfortunately, as time goes by , the reading garden is no longer used. Therefore, the aim of holding activities to revitalize this reading park and providing learning media is to increase children's interest in reading in Kromong Village. Method The approach taken for community service in Kromong village is by using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. One of them is by applying practical methods, educator training and local community approaches so that indirectly children and the community in Kromong village can use it effectively. Facilities in the reading park. The results of the learning media that we have created. Children look more enthusiastic in accessing and using the learning media. Revitalization activities for neglected reading parks mean that reading parks can be reused by the community, especially children, as village libraries that provide more complete facilities.

This research designs and builds a WhatsApp chatbot as a provider of community service information in Kromong Village, Ngusikan District with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of community services. The tool used is WhatsApp Bot using the Service Learning (SL) method/training and a direct approach to residents, the village can provide information that residents need in real-time, answer questions automatically within 24 hours, and residents don't need to go to the village hall. just to ask about the requirements for managing, making, and so on. From the tests carried out using a questionnaire, pretest and posttest results were obtained, namely with a percentage of 13.33% (very poor) and 88.33% (very good). This shows that respondents strongly agree that this chatbot is capable of being an effective and efficient provider of public service information
