Abstract

UPTB UPPD SAMSAT Central Lombok they still use the data collection process using a simple method, namely using Excel to record goods data collection. This research aims to create an inventory system application which aims to reduce the risk of errors occurring compared to a manual recording system. The method used is the RAD method. This method is an information system development method that is considered to emphasize short development cycles, so it is considered appropriate to use in developing this inventory system. RAD uses an iterative method in developing a system of stages that support this method, namely define the requirements, prototype, receive feedback and finalize software. The results of this research are an inventory application interface that is used to collect goods data more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

As the STMIK Lombok academic community increases every year, vehicle users at STMIK Lombok also increase. This encourages the need for parking in the STMIK Lombok area which must be managed properly. Currently, the academic community sometimes has to go around to find an available parking space, as a result, parking users park their vehicles in random places so that they look untidy and disorderly. The parking area and system on the STMIK Lombok campus still uses a manual system, namely with a security guard and monitoring system, vehicles entering and leaving are not recorded and checked. Based on the existing problems, this study initiated parking management on the STMIK Lombok campus with a smart system (Smart Parking). This study used the R&D method with site observation, problem analysis, making prototypes and trials. This design is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) which is connected to the user's smartphone, with the main components being the NodeMCU ESP8266, Arduino UNO, IR Obstacle Sensor, and RFID Reader. This research is expected to provide solutions to parking problems at STMIK Lombok with a smart system that sends information on the availability of empty slots to user devices, an automatic portal system, the number and identity of vehicles is recorded so that parking management will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Raport adalah suatu alat untuk pengukuran kinerja siswa, raport menjadi penghubung antara pihak sekolah, orang tua, wali murid, dan pihak-pihak lain yang membutuhkan informasi hasil belajar peserta didik. Raport haruslah bersifat komunikatif, informatif dalam memberikan gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik. Pembuatan raport di MA Darul Hussaini masih di tulis tangan  oleh masing-masing guru dan wali kelas. Guru menulis nilai tugas, penilaian tengah semester (PTS) dan nilai ujian akhir semester (UAS) didalam buku tulis kemudian di kumpulkan ke wali kelas, wali kelas membuat raport siswa satu persatu menggunakan microsoft excel yang membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih sampai 5 (lima) hari. Penerapan sistem konvensional menunjukkan keterbatasan dalam hal kecepatan dan kemudahan, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan baru yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang diberikan dengan perancangan dan pengembangan e-raport melalui salah satu pendekatan model Rapid Application Development (RAD). Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam rekayasa e-raport mulai dari pengumpulan data, business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, aplication generation, dan testing. Dalam tahap perancangan melibatkan unsur terkait seperti guru, wali kelas, operator dan kepala sekolah untuk menghasilkan rancangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Rekayasa e-raport bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem e-raport berbasis web dengan framework codeigniter yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada guru dan wali kelas untuk menyusun dan mencetak raport dengan waktu kurang lebih 1 (satu) hari. Hak akses sistem e-raport diberikan kepada guru, wali kelas dan operator yang bertindak sebagai administrator. Proses pengujian sistem e-raport melibatkan guru dan wali kelas dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pemahaman pengguna terhadap sistem e-raport, hasil pengolahan kuesioner menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman pengguna sangat tinggi di angka 86,3%.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a concept that presents new opportunities to expand sustainable internet connectivity. In the context of Smarthome, IoT enables the control of electronic devices through smartphone applications using internet connectivity, bringing various benefits, including increased comfort, enhanced security, better electricity savings, and introducing innovative solutions that not only allow real-time monitoring of home environments but also provide accessibility by considering the needs and preferences of various users, including families, busy individuals, and people with disabilities. The implementation of an IoT-based Smarthome system utilizes NodeMCU 8266 as a microcontroller, MIT App Inventor as a control tool, Thingspeak as a data processing platform, ESP32-CAM as a camera, and Telegram bot as a notification sender. This system includes the control of lights, fan, environmental monitoring, motion detection, gas leak detection, and fire detection. Various sensors are used, including Flame sensors for fire detection, MQ5 sensors for gas leak detection, and light sensors for automatically turning on lights. Relays are also applied to connect electronic devices to the system. Testing and system analysis show that equipment control operates according to the given commands, provided that the internet connection remains stable and continuous. This underscores the importance of a reliable network infrastructure in supporting the smooth operation of IoT-based Smarthome systems.

Abstract

Desa wisata Bonjeruk merupakan salah satu dari sebelas desa wisata dilombok tengah. Pengembangan wisata dilakukan sejak juni 2018 oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata Bonjeruk Permai. Paket wisata bersepeda atau goes yang melewati persawahan, Kebun Buah, dan tempat Bersejarah merupakan paket wisata andalan. Manfaat desa wisata binjeruk belum memberikan dampak ekonomi pada masyarakat umum sehingga menjadi pemicu kecemburuan social. Bentuk kecemburuan social yaitu kurang peduli masyarakat umum pada fasilitas penunjang disa wisata Bonjeruk. Permasalahan lainya ialah masih ditemukan tumpukan kotoran ternak berupa kotoran sapi dari masyarakat sekitar yang membuang kotoran ternak pada area perkebunan dan persawahan dipinggir jalur sepeda.  Bau busuk dan pemandangan tumpukan kotoran sapi sangat mengganggu wisatawan bersepeda.  Masyarakat telah memiliki pengetahuan bahwa kotoran sapi dapat menajdi sumber energy alternative biogas namun belum memeiliki keterampilan teknis dalam memabngun reaktor biogas. Untuk meningkatkan kebersihan jalur sepeda desa wisata Bonjeruk maka  dilakukan pelatihan tukang Biogas kepada 10 (Sepuluh) Orang masyarakat desa bonjeruk. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan membangun sebuah demoplot reaktor biogas skala 4 meter kubik. Kegiatan dialksanakan selama 8 (delapan) hari. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah menghasilkan 10 (sepuluh) orang tukang biogas dan sebuah reaktor bigas model fixeddome yang mampu menampung 30% (tiga puluh persen) kotoran sapi yang ditumpuk pada pinggir jalur sepeda.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social assistance program from the government which aims to improve the welfare of underprivileged people. The process for receiving aid in this program requires an effective and objective method to ensure that aid is given to those who really need it. In this study, we applied the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the receipt of PKH assistance in Renteng Village. The SAW method was chosen because it is able to handle multi-criteria problems in a simple but efficient way. The criteria used include pregnant women, early childhood, school / education children, disabilities and the elderly. The research results show that the SAW method can be used effectively to determine receipt of assistance by providing a ranking based on the total score of each criterion. The implementation of this method is expected to increase transparency and accuracy in the distribution of social assistance in Renteng Village. The results of the calculations show Elderly V5= 0,6815 children are more deserving of PKH assistance in Renteng Village.

Abstract

This research aims to exploit the usefulness of school websites using heuristic methods and evaluation. Likert scales are used in questionnaires to collect user perceptions of various aspects of websites, heuristic evaluations are carried out by experts to identify design problems based on usability principles. This website functions as a platform to publish information, activities and student achievements, so its quality is very important to ensure easy access and interaction for visitors. The Heuristic Evaluation method, developed by Nielsen and Molich, is used to assess the conformity of website designs with ten heuristic principles of usability, including visibility of system status, compatibility between the system and the real world, user control and freedom, standards and consistency, error prevention, better understanding rather than remembering, flexibility and efficiency, minimalist and aesthetic design, help to recognize and correct errors, and assistance and documentation.The evaluation result showthat the websiteis quite effective in meeting user needs, but there is still room for improving website speed, strenghening design consistency, and providing better efficiency, option. It is hoped that this researcher can provide guidance fordevelopers and schools to improve the quality of website, so that they can more optimally support theinformation and interaction needs of users.

Abstract

pengelolaan praktik kerja lapangan di SMK Negeri 1 Narmada belum terkelola dengan baik dan belum terkomputerisasi secara terpadu. Atas dasar dari permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta membuat aplikasi informasi praktik kerja lapangan berbasis web di SMK Negeri 1 Narmada dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan yang dikembangkan dari sisi functionality, reliability, usability dan efficiency. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah observasi, studi literatur, dan wawancara dengan model pengembangan waterfall, yang terdiri dari analisis, design, Implementation, dan testing. Pengembangan aplikasi informasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter sebagai fungsi dari sistem karena memiliki benchmark yang tinggi, performa yang bagus, sehingga lebih mudah dalam pengelolaan sistem. Antar muka sistem menggunakan framework bootstrap yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai macam perangkat karena bootstrap bersifat responsive. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas sistem informasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode whitebox testing, blackbox testing dan metode system usability scale testing

Abstract

Processing of Raport MTs Baitussalam Kending Sampi still uses the conventional system. Actually, by using the existing system, namely Ms. Excel has met the needs. However, problems began to arise because by using Ms. Excel value processing takes a long time, is less efficient, less effective, and never prints out as report cards. In designing this system the researcher uses several research methodologies. For the data collection method, the researcher used the observation method and the interview method for students, academics and the head of study programs. As for the method of analysis, the method used is the PIECES method. In this research, a report card assessment system was developed using the EXTREME programming methodology. The system is used by 4 users, namely students, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and school principals. The interface is built based on the applicable printed form. Based on the results of functional testing carried out by the black box method. Each feature can run properly and the system can manage student report card assessment data.

Abstract

Pandemic Corona Virus 19 mengakibatkan lumpuhnya sistem pendidikan tatap muka antara pengajar atau guru dan siswa akibatnya penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran banyak perkembangan dan banyak digunakan salah satunya adalah membuat media pembelajaran yang dimana membantu siswa memahami pelajaran tanpa harus bertatap muka dengan pengajar atau guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun media pembelajaran dan merekapitulasi pengaruhnya dengan mengambil sampel 27 orang siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) dan Metode pengujian adalah Black BoxTesting dan User Acceptance Test (UAT). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh media pembelajaran yang meliputi 3 aspek antara lain kualitas sistem sebesar 75,7% dengan kriteria interpretasi skor Kuat, kualitas informasi sebesar 76,7% dengan kriteria interpretasi skor Kuat dan kualitas kepuasaan pengguna sebesar 81% dengan kriteria interpretasi skor Sangat Kuat. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE), User AcceptanceTest (UAT).
