SMK Plus Munirul Arifin NW Praya is an educational institution under Munirul Arifin NW Praya Foundation which is located in Central Lombok. SMK Plus Munirul Arifin NW Praya is a formal education which has a role in improving the quality of education, so the role of teachers is very important to achieve this goal. Therefore, the quality of teachers also greatly influences the achievement of quality education. To improve teacher performance, the principal wants to give appreciation who have the best performance. This research uses a combination of two methods, namely the AHP and SAW methods, where the AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion and the SAW method is used to determine the solution to the problem, namely determining the best teacher by ranking. In determining the weight of the criteria using the AHP method, the weight for each criterion is produced, namely Loyalty at 43%, Discipline at 21%, Pedagogy at 12%, Personality at 20%, and social at 4%. Then the results of the ranking carried out using the SAW method produce a ranking. First place was achieved by Alternative 1 in the name of Amruzziyad with a total score of 0.96

Kantor Desa Pengadang merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang memberikan layanan kepada masyarakan yang ada di Desa Pengadang, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, NTB. pada Kantor Desa Pengadang ini masih belum ada sistem pengaduan masyarakat secara online yang terkomputerisasi. Sistem pengaduan masyarakat yang diterapkan saat ini masih secara manual dengan cara datang langsung ke Kantor Desa Pengadang untuk mengisi formulir pengaduan. Kekurangan atau persamasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu membutuhkan waktu dan biaya untuk datang dan mengurus pengaduan ke Kantor Desa Pengadan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun E-Complains sebagai sarana pengaduan masyarakat berbasis website yang akan memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pengaduan secara efektif dan efisien. Pengembangan E-Complains ini menerapkan metode waterfall dengan UML sebagai metode perancangan sistem serta menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan databasenya menggunakan MySQL, pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah E-Complaints yang digunakan sebagai sarana pengaduan masyarakat dengan hasil pengujian menggunakan Blackbox.

Keyword extraction and topic modeling in the analysis of Gojek user reviews in Indonesian are very important. By understanding user preferences and needs through keyword extraction, as well as grouping user reviews into different topics through topic modeling, stakeholders can use the information to further improve services. This research uses TF-IDF and LDA approaches to analyze text data from Gojek user reviews and feedback. The data spans from Nov 5, 2021, to Jan 2, 2024, totaling 225,002 rows. Each row includes username, content, time, and app version. The focus is on content reviews. The average length is 8 words, with a maximum of 104 and a minimum of a few words. The variability indicates a non-normal distribution. Preprocessing is conducted to maintain topic analysis accuracy. The TF-IDF method is used to extract relevant keywords, while the LDA approach is used to model the topics in user reviews. The topic analysis reveals patterns in Gojek user reviews. The first topic discusses experience, services, and affordable pricing. The second emphasizes app usability and benefits. The third relates to promos, discounts, and vouchers. The fourth reflects positive evaluations of service quality. However, the fifth topic highlights high costs and app issues. The sixth underscores overall user satisfaction and service convenience. Testing on the topic model yielded a coherence level of 0.509, indicating that the model's topics demonstrate a good level of consistency in finding relevant topics from Gojek user review data. The use of a combination of TF-IDF and LDA in Indonesian text analysis, particularly in the context of Gojek user reviews, is an important step in enhancing understanding and utilization of text data to improve overall user experience.

Nahdlatul Wathan is a religious community organization the religious community located on the island of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, founded by TGKH. Zaenuddin Abdul Majid. In the period of organizational development, TGKH. Zaenuddin Abdul Majid made a lot of songs with the theme of the NW struggle. Currently, NW's struggle songs have been widely circulated to the general public and the nahdliyin community in various different collections which actually help in taking turns listening. With this, it takes a smartphone device media with an android operating system that is used to listen to all collections of NW struggle songs without space and time limits. With the Android application, these NW struggle songs can make it easier for NW congregations in particular and the public in general to listen to NW struggle songs. Website is a computer service that is connected with hypertext facilities. A bad user interface that is made carelessly will affect the user experience (UX), so that the information to be conveyed cannot be received properly. The Design Thinking method is proven to be able to provide solutions in designing user interfaces based on the experience, emotions, and situation of the user (user experience). PD. BPR NTB Sumbawa has a website that can be said to have not maximized the function of the user interface and user experience in the manufacturing process. The results of the questionnaire with a Likert scale to 30 respondents resulted in 47% of users agreeing with the inaccurate website layout. Based on these problems, this research applies the Design Thinking method to analyze and develop user interfaces and user experiences. This research resulted in user empathy map, user persona, user interface design based on define, wireframe and prototype stages in responsive form made using Figma. The prototype results have gone through a direct testing process by the user and produced a better display design based on the Design Thinking Method stage. The prototype display design is expected to make it easier for users to use Thinking and increase interaction satisfaction between users and products.

Sumbawa University of Technology (UTS) is one of the educational institutions that utilize website technology in educational institutions. The Sumbawa University of Technology website, it can make it easier for the public to get information. User experience analysis on the Sumbawa University of Technology website to be able to find out the usefulness of the product or UX display that is applied in serving users. The purpose of this research is that the Sumbawa University of Technology website can make it easier for the UTS campus community and the public to get the important and latest information from the Sumbawa Technological University, and the campus can also know how users respond to the content or appearance of the UTS website. From the results of the questionnaire that has been conducted by researchers, more respondents chose "Neutral" and "Agree", because the response was good, there was no change in the UX appearance

UPTB UPPD SAMSAT Central Lombok they still use the data collection process using a simple method, namely using Excel to record goods data collection. This research aims to create an inventory system application which aims to reduce the risk of errors occurring compared to a manual recording system. The method used is the RAD method. This method is an information system development method that is considered to emphasize short development cycles, so it is considered appropriate to use in developing this inventory system. RAD uses an iterative method in developing a system of stages that support this method, namely define the requirements, prototype, receive feedback and finalize software. The results of this research are an inventory application interface that is used to collect goods data more quickly and accurately.

As the STMIK Lombok academic community increases every year, vehicle users at STMIK Lombok also increase. This encourages the need for parking in the STMIK Lombok area which must be managed properly. Currently, the academic community sometimes has to go around to find an available parking space, as a result, parking users park their vehicles in random places so that they look untidy and disorderly. The parking area and system on the STMIK Lombok campus still uses a manual system, namely with a security guard and monitoring system, vehicles entering and leaving are not recorded and checked. Based on the existing problems, this study initiated parking management on the STMIK Lombok campus with a smart system (Smart Parking). This study used the R&D method with site observation, problem analysis, making prototypes and trials. This design is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) which is connected to the user's smartphone, with the main components being the NodeMCU ESP8266, Arduino UNO, IR Obstacle Sensor, and RFID Reader. This research is expected to provide solutions to parking problems at STMIK Lombok with a smart system that sends information on the availability of empty slots to user devices, an automatic portal system, the number and identity of vehicles is recorded so that parking management will be more effective and efficient.

Raport adalah suatu alat untuk pengukuran kinerja siswa, raport menjadi penghubung antara pihak sekolah, orang tua, wali murid, dan pihak-pihak lain yang membutuhkan informasi hasil belajar peserta didik. Raport haruslah bersifat komunikatif, informatif dalam memberikan gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik. Pembuatan raport di MA Darul Hussaini masih di tulis tangan oleh masing-masing guru dan wali kelas. Guru menulis nilai tugas, penilaian tengah semester (PTS) dan nilai ujian akhir semester (UAS) didalam buku tulis kemudian di kumpulkan ke wali kelas, wali kelas membuat raport siswa satu persatu menggunakan microsoft excel yang membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih sampai 5 (lima) hari. Penerapan sistem konvensional menunjukkan keterbatasan dalam hal kecepatan dan kemudahan, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan baru yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang diberikan dengan perancangan dan pengembangan e-raport melalui salah satu pendekatan model Rapid Application Development (RAD). Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam rekayasa e-raport mulai dari pengumpulan data, business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, aplication generation, dan testing. Dalam tahap perancangan melibatkan unsur terkait seperti guru, wali kelas, operator dan kepala sekolah untuk menghasilkan rancangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Rekayasa e-raport bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem e-raport berbasis web dengan framework codeigniter yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada guru dan wali kelas untuk menyusun dan mencetak raport dengan waktu kurang lebih 1 (satu) hari. Hak akses sistem e-raport diberikan kepada guru, wali kelas dan operator yang bertindak sebagai administrator. Proses pengujian sistem e-raport melibatkan guru dan wali kelas dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pemahaman pengguna terhadap sistem e-raport, hasil pengolahan kuesioner menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman pengguna sangat tinggi di angka 86,3%.
