Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of aspects of school-based management in counseling guidance services that occur in schools. The results are: school-based management in counseling guidance services is a management model that provides wider autonomy to schools including madrasas to manage school resources and encourage schools to increase the participation of school members and the community to achieve school goals within the framework of national education. The implementation of school-based management in counseling guidance in schools requires the cooperation and participation of school stakeholders. Such stakeholder groups are principals and their representatives, teachers, students, counselors, government representatives and representatives of educational organizations. Thus, the preparation of the BK program in schools requires the cooperation and participation of stakeholders and the preparation of the BK program in its implementation also requires openness.

Abstract

Employees in carrying out their duties and functions are expected to provide the performance expected by the organization. The elements that affect performance include employee competence, communication and employee motivation in carrying out their duties and functions. This condition is also expected to give the same result to the Batam Utara Tax Office. To determine the effect of competence, communication, motivation on the performance of the employees of the Batam Utara Tax Office. The sample of the study amounted to 50 people, this study obtained the results Y = 7.582 + 0.036x1 + 0.414x2 + 0.293x3 +e. With an R2 value of 0.625 (62.5%). The competence variable has an insignificant positive effect on performance of 0.036, a significant level of 0.829 is greater than 0.05, the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the conclusion is the hypothesis is rejected. the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, the conclusion of the hypothesis is accepted. motivation has a significant effect on work performance of 0.293 significant level 0.033 smaller than 0.05 the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, the conclusion is the hypothesis is accepted. Competence, communication and motivation affect employee performance Simultaneous Test (F test) of 17.809 with a significant value of 0.000 where the value is smaller than 0.05. Hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan library research atau kajian pustaka. Penelitian kualitatif sengaja dilakukan untuk memahami fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi menggunakan setting yang alamiah. Hasil pembahasannya adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) suatu negara adalah unsur pokok bagi kemakmuran dan pertumbuhan dan untuk penggunaan yang efektif atas sumber daya modal fisiknya. Investasi dalam bentuk modal manusia adalah suatu komponen integral dari semua upaya pembangunan. Pendidikan harus meliputi suatu spektrum yang luas dalam kehidupan masyarakat itu sendiri. Artinya dalam hal ini tidak ada kebijakan pemerintah yang bisa diteraka secara universal di semua negara. Ini adalah inti dari kritik kaum populis terhadap kebijakan neoliberal. Investasi dibidang pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan suatu proses yang panjang dan untuk menunjang keberhasilan perencanaan tersebut, pendidikan dan pelathan harus dijadikan suatu tolok ukur untuk membangun suatu negara. Tetapi pendidikan diibaratkan sebagai suatu kereta yang ditarik kuda, artinya keberhasilan proses pendidikan merupakan kontribusi dari lintas sektoral yaitu tenaga kerja, industri ekonomi, budaya dan lain sebagainya.
