Abstract

Constraints to the implementation of character development through scout extracurricular activities have caused many students in the alert and mobilizing groups to focus more on the game than the material and there are still students who do not obey the scouting activity regulations. The purpose of this research was to analyze the implementation of character planting in students through scout extracurricular activities. This research was using a descriptive qualitative research. The population in this research was all students of SDN Tlogosari Kulon 06 Semarang, totaling 91 students. The validity of the data was obtained through two triangulations, namely technical triangulation and source triangulation. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and notes in the field. Tringulation technique for testing data creation. The data analysis method used was qualitative analysis method. The results of the analysis showed that the activities carried out during extracurricular scouting have implemented the planting of the five attitudes that need to be achieved by students. The students' religious, integrity, and nationalist attitudes are good, even though the implementation of the overall attitude has been carried out evenly, students still need an emphasis on independence and mutual cooperation. Most students still object to being made into a team with friends from other classes, they do not yet have the independence to go and use complete attributes when scouting extracurricular activities without having to be ordered and warned repeatedly by class teachers and coaches.

Abstract

Kemoterapi adalah metode pengobatan medis yang menggunakan obat-obatan khusus, disebut kemoterapeutik, untuk menghentikan pertumbuhan, pengembangan, dan perluasan sel-sel kanker dalam tubuh. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan terapi bermain puzzle untuk mengurangi tingkat kecemasan pada anak usia pra-sekolah yang menjalani kemoterapi. Subjek kasus penelitian ini adalah An. R. Data subjektif dan objektif yang diperoleh selama proses penilaian menunjukkan bahwa An. R menunjukkan gejala kecemasan seperti enggan menjawab pertanyaan, rasa tidak nyaman saat terpisah dari ibunya, dan gejala fisik seperti peningkatan denyut jantung dan laju pernapasan. Berdasarkan data ini, diagnosis keperawatan prioritas yang ditetapkan adalah kecemasan yang berkaitan dengan penyakit kronis progresif (D.0080). Intervensi keperawatan didasarkan pada penelitian sebelumnya yang menyarankan bahwa terapi bermain puzzle dapat membantu mengurangi kecemasan pada anak-anak usia pra-sekolah sebelum menjalani prosedur medis.Implementasi terapi bermain puzzle menghasilkan perubahan positif dalam tingkat kecemasan anak. Setelah intervensi, skor Skala Kecemasan Hamilton (HARS) turun menjadi 10, menunjukkan bahwa anak tidak lagi merasa cemas. Selain itu, observasi tanda-tanda vital menunjukkan penurunan denyut jantung dan laju pernapasan. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa terapi bermain puzzle dapat digunakan sebagai metode non-farmakologis yang berharga dalam manajemen kecemasan pada anak-anak pra-sekolah sebelum menjalani prosedur medis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam perawatan anak-anak yang menghadapi situasi medis yang menantang seperti kemoterapi.

Abstract

Peran madrasah sebagai institusi pendidikan begitu penting dalam menjawab tantangan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu wujud peran madrasah adalah dengan meningkatkan mutu madrasah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dalam aspek perencanaan pengembangan mutu madrasah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTsN Lombok Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kepala sekolah sudah melaksanakan perencanaan pengembangan mutu dengan semaksimal mungkin, 2) perencanaan pengembangan mutu madrasah dilakukan dengan cara: a) pembentukan tim pengembangan kurikulum, b) penyusunan anggaran, c) pengembangan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Pasien setelah dilakukan tindakan operasi sectio caesarea cenderung istirahat di tempat tidur dalam jangka waktu yang lama dan merasa ketakutan sehingga tidak melakukan mobilisasi dini. Istirahat di tempat tidur (immobilisasi) dapat menyebabkan dampak buruk bagi pasien salah satunya adalah involutio uteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mobilisasi dini post sectio caesarea dengan involutio uteri. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan 62 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner mobilisasi dini dan lembar obseravsi pengukuran tinggi fundus uteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari setengah responden melakukan mobilisasi dini dengan baik sebanyak 47 responden (75,8%) dan sebagian besar responden mengalami involutio uteri sesuai masa nifas sebanyak 51 responden (82,3%). Hasil analisis menggunakan uji rank spearmen menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara mobilisasi dini post sectio caesarea dengan variabel penurunan involutio uteri (p-value 0,035) dengan kekuatan hubungan anatar dua veraibel tersebut sedang (r 0,427). Saran tenaga kesehatan khusunya perawat perlu memfasilitasi dan memberikan penguatan kepada pasien untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini post sectio caesarea.

Abstract

                                                     ABSTRACTWork engagement is positive feeling .Work on student is an idea to determine the level of involvement of student in the field of Pharmacy studies. The measuring tool for this research uses the Utrecht work engagement scale for students (UWES-S) 17 items and self-efficacy 10 items. The sample in this study consisted of 86 students from various levels of study in the Pharmaceutical Science department who were already working and were willing to voluntarily fill out a questionnaire distributed online. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement as indicated by an increase in the cumulative achievement index of students in the field of Pharmacy. The results of this research show that the self-efficacy of Pharmacy Science students has a positive contribution to work engagement which is characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption. Then, the research results also show that years of education provide a positive relationship with vigor dan dedication. Self-efficacy positive influence on the work involvement of Pharmacy students, where each individual Pharmacy student who has worked, has the ability to divide the time to complete their tasks and has a negative influence to postpone work. The limitation of this research is that it uses samples from certain types of studies.                                                    ABSTRAKWork engagement adalah perasaan positif seseorang terhadap pekerjaannya. Pekerjaan pada pelajar merupakan pikiran untuk menentukan tingkat keterlibatan mahasiswa/i bidang ilmu Farmasi terhadap studinya. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale for Students (UWES-S) item 17 dan Self-Efficacy memiliki 10 item. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdapat 86 mahasiswa/i berbagai tahun tingkatan studi di jurusan ilmu Farmasi yang sudah bekerja yang memiliki kesediaan yang secara sukarela untuk mengisi kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan  work engagement yang ditunjukan dengan peningkatan nilai indeks prestasi kumulatif mahasiswa/i bidang ilmu Farmasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy mahasiswa/i Ilmu Farmasi memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap work engagement yang ditandai dengan vigor, dedication, dan absorption. Kemudian, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tahun pendidikan memberikan hubungan positif yang ditandai dengan vigor dan dedication. Sehingga, sumber daya pribadi seseorang yang pada penelitian ini adalah self-efficacy terhadap keterlibatan kerja mahasiswa/i ilmu Farmasi memberikan pengaruh positif, dimana setiap individu setiap mahasiswa/i Ilmu Farmasi yang telah bekerja, memiliki kemampuan untuk membagi waktu menyelesaikan tugasnya dan memberikan pengaruh negatif untuk menunda pekerjaannya. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel pada jenis studi tertentu.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk membentuk pemahaman serta menguatkan persepsi orang tua dan guru PAUD tentang pentingnya keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Metode yang dipakai pada kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan secara luring dengan penyampaian materi dan diskusi secara langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua dan guru PAUD tentang pengasuhan anak usia dini itu merupakan bentuk kerjsama diantara ayah dan ibu. Orang tua dan guru PAUD juga memahami dampak positif dari keterlibatan ayah dalam proses mendidik anak, serta peran ayah dalam pengasuhan bukan saja sebagai economic provider. Orang tua dan guru PAUD juga termotivasi untuk melibatkan ayah dalam proses pengasuhan anak dengan porsi lebih banyak lagi. Mengingat banyak hal positif yang bisa diraih untuk mengoptimalkan seluruh aspek pertumbuhan dan perkembangan di fase usia keemasan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Innovation and market orientation have now become important components for the sustainability and competitiveness of small businesses, especially MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia, due to the rapid growth of the culinary industry. Analyzing the impact of market orientation and innovation capability on the business performance of Mie Ayam SMEs in Bekasi City is the objective of this research. A quantitative correlational approach is used in this research. A sample of 100 Mie Ayam SME owners was selected through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria, such as a minimum operational period of two years and consistent monthly income. The population of this study is MSMEs in the culinary industry. Surveys using structured questionnaires were employed to collect data, and the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was utilized for analysis. This research reveals that innovation capability significantly enhances business performance by driving improvements in products, processes, and strategies in line with market demand. Similarly, market orientation contributes positively by enabling businesses to understand consumer needs and respond to competitive dynamics. The synergy between these variables strengthens their impact, allowing SMEs to maintain relevance in a highly dynamic market. This study highlights the importance of integrating innovation and market orientation as strategic tools to sustain growth and enhance competitiveness. These results offer practical insights for MSME owners and policymakers to develop strategies that support the resilience and development of the culinary industry in the local context

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to examine and analyze the instructional strategies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on fiqh implemented at STIKes Widya Dharma Husada (WDH) Tangerang within the context of nursing education. This research is motivated by the importance of integrating Islamic values, particularly Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), into the development of ethical and spiritual competencies among nursing students in accordance with the 2021 AIPNI Curriculum. Material and method. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, involving PAI lecturers, students, and curriculum developers as research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, and were analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that the applied teaching strategies include Problem-Based Learning (PBL), thematic discussions, and contextual simulations. Results. These strategies have been proven effective in enhancing students’ understanding of fiqh and fostering ethical and religious awareness in nursing practice. The lesson plans and syllabi explicitly demonstrate the integration of fiqh into learning outcomes. Students expressed positive responses to the contextual and interactive approach, although several challenges were noted, including limited instructional time and the availability of supporting materials. This study concludes that the application of fiqh-based PAI teaching strategies at STIKes WDH effectively contributes to shaping Islamic character within the nursing profession. Cunclosions. The results offer both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of religious education models in health-related higher education institutions.

Abstract

The economic well-being of parents can affect all aspects of life in the family, including by affecting the learning process of a child or student. This study aims to determine the condition of the socioeconomic status of students' parents, the learning achievement of high-class students and to determine the relationship between parents' socioeconomic status and student learning achievement. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were students who were ranked from 1 to 5 in high grades, namely class IV and V MI Al Washliyah perbutulan Cirebon. Data collection techniques that researchers use are by using observation and direct interviews.  The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method that is by looking for, collect, and organize systematically.  Based on the results of research on the relationship between parents' socioeconomic status and learning achievement in high-class students at MI Al Washliyah, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between parents' socioeconomic status and learning achievement. From the explanation above, it can be seen that the socioeconomic status of parents has a significant positive relationship with student learning achievement. This shows that the higher the socioeconomic status of the parents, the higher the learning achievement of the learners. vice versa, the lower the socioeconomic status of parents, the lower the impact on student learning achievement
