Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the congregational prayer program in fostering students’ worship awareness at MTs Yapdi Medan, identify the challenges encountered during its implementation, and formulate appropriate solutions. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the congregational prayer program effectively cultivates students’ worship awareness through habituation, teachers’ role modeling, and support from both the school and parents. The challenges identified include students’ limited understanding of congregational prayer, as reflected in behaviors such as joking during prayer or delaying it. The solutions implemented involve intensive supervision by teachers, socialization of the importance of congregational prayer during morning assemblies, and parental involvement in monitoring students’ worship practices at home. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical focus at the MTs level, emphasizing the direct relationship between the implementation of congregational prayer programs and the development of students’ worship awareness.

Abstract

Background:  Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is a chronic disease with increasing prevalence in Indonesia, largely due to lifestyle changes. Blood glucose control in T2DM patients not only relies on pharmacological therapy but can also be supported by non-pharmacological interventions such as progressive muscle relaxation and lavender aromatherapy. These therapies are believed to lower blood glucose levels by reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Aims: To examine the effect of a combination of progressive muscle relaxation and lavender aromatherapy on blood glucose levels in T2DM patients. Method: A quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group approach was used. A total of 30 hospitalized T2DM patients at a hospital in Tasikmalaya were recruited through incidental sampling and divided equally into intervention and control groups. The intervention group received progressive muscle relaxation for 30 minutes and lavender aromatherapy for 5 minutes twice daily over three consecutive days. The control group received standard hospital care. Random blood glucose levels were measured before and after the intervention. Results: A significant reduction in the intervention group from 265.93 mg/dL with an SD of 41.24 to 220.40 mg/dL with an SD of 51.67 (p = 0.000), while the control group showed a non-significant decrease from 281.13 mg/dL with an SD of 45.55 to 268.87 mg/dL with an SD of 51.01 (p = 0.205). A significant difference was also observed between the two groups after the intervention (p = 0.015).  Conclusion:  the combination of progressive muscle relaxation and lavender aromatherapy was effective in lowering blood glucose levels in T2DM patients. It can be considered as a complementary non-pharmacological therapy in diabetes management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the role-playing model assisted by augmented reality media assemblr edu on the cognitive learning outcomes of students in the Pancasila education subject in grade III of SD Negeri 1 Cigadung before and after the implementation of the role-playing model assisted by augmented reality media assemblr edu. This research uses a quantitative method, this type of research is a Quasi-Experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique in this study is purposive random sampling. This research involves 42 students from grade III of SD Negeri 1 Cigadung. The samples studied consist of 42 students from classes III A and III B. Data collection was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests consisting of ten questions, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. The results of the study indicate that the role playing model assisted by the media augmented reality assembler edu can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes. Statistical tests show a two-sided significance level of 0.000, below 0.05. If the two-sided significance value is less than 0.05, then the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This shows that the role-playing model assisted by the augmented reality media assembly edu affects students' cognitive learning outcomes.

Abstract

Peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran tentu saja menciptakan situasi yang tepatuntuk setiap peserta didik bagi anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus yang memungkinkan terjadinya proses pembelajaran yang tepat pula. Berbagai macam model dibentuk untuk mengembangkan tingkat pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Artikel ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (penelitian perpustakaan). Data yang diperoleh adalah data literatur yang relevan tentang model pembelajaran untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui analisis isi. Adapun model pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus yaitu: 1). Berorientasi Komunikasi, 2). Analisis Tugas, 3). Instruksi Langsung, 4). Anjuran, 5). Pemodelan, 6). Tutorial Teman Sejawat, 7). Pembelajaran Kooperatif. Model pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu peserta didik ABK dan memperhatikan aspek pendampingan, pelayanan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan perkembangan.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam di Era Milenial, bahwasanya era milenial itu banyak pekerjaan yang telah diselamatkan, dengan peluang dan tantangan yang harus diselesaikan dan dijawab. Salah satunya adalah generasi muda Islam yang telah mencapai milenial, sehingga berdampak pada sikap dan perilaku yang dihasilkan. Tren dan ketergantungan pada teknologi dan komunikasi adalah fenomena yang paling umum. Siswa mulai menghabiskan banyak waktu di depan ponsel mereka. Silaturahmi, tatap muka dan diskusi jarang terjadi. Munculnya zaman milenial, dan idealnya dunia pendidikan Islam harus merespon dengan cepat. Sifat dan tujuan dari sudut pandang pendidikan Islam, sangat jelas bahwa manusia diciptakan. Butuh strategi untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam dalam perjuangan zaman Islam milenial. Abstract

Approximately 39.2% of individuals diagnosed with diabetes experience complications. The most common complication reported is diabetic foot, affecting 43.4% of those with complications, followed by nephropathy at 29.5%. Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) is essential in type 2 diabetes care, as it equips patients with the skills and confidence needed to manage their condition effectively, thereby reducing complications, enhancing quality of life, and minimising healthcare costs. This study aimed to determine the effect of DSME online educational videos on self-care and self-efficacy of type 2 DM patients. A quasi-experimental study was conducted among 696 diabetic type 2 outpatients from February to March 2023. The patient was selected for purposive sampling from Tamansari Health Center Tasikmalaya Regency. The intervention group (n = 21) received 1 week of online videos about  DSME health education in every day. The control group (n = 21) received regular health education in Tamansari Health Centre as care services. Data were collected using The Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA) and Diabetes Management Self-Efficacy Scale (DMSES) questionnaires. Data were analysed using paired t-test and independent t-test analysis. There is an effect after being given online DSME educational videos on self-care and self-efficacy of type 2 DM patients with a significance value of self-care and self-efficacy p = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be concluded that the use of online DSME educational videos affects increasing self-care and self-efficacy of type 2 DM patients.

Abstract

Perawat yang bekerja di IGD memiliki ritme kerja yang sangat komplek, beban kerjayang menyita tenaga fisik dan mental, adanya tugas tambahan, pola shift kerja yang dapatmenyebabkan perubahan kualitas tidur perawat. Perawat yang mengalami gangguankualitas tidur dapat berpengaruh pada implementasi patient safety pada pasien yangdirawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur perawat denganimplementasi patient safety di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RSUD Dr. SoekardjoKota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik menggunakanpendekatan cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Instrument yangdigunakan adalah Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dan Standar Nasional AkreditasiRumah Sakit (SNARS) edisi 1 tahun 2018. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square. Hasil uji statistik dengan uji Chi-Square menunjukan nilai p < 0,05 yaitu 0,001.Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur Perawat denganimplementasi patient safety di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RSUD Dr. Soekardjo KotaTasikmalaya. Penelitian cohort dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar dan instrumentyang lebih spesifik dapat dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi lebih dalam hubungan kualitastidur dengan kinerja perawat di IGD.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects by implementing projection learning media. Projection media, which is a visual media, is expected to help teachers convey material more effectively and make it easier for students to understand. Through the qualitative descriptive method, student activities are observed using the observation method, while learning outcomes are measured using the question and answer method. The findings show that projection media can visualize material in a realistic way, increase student involvement, and provide support for teachers to be more creative in designing learning. It is hoped that the application of this projection media can have a positive impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the PAI learning process, as well as creating more interesting and interactive learning conditions for students.
