Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline, teacher teaching style, learning interest, and learning motivation on student learning activity at SMK Cersa Pasaman. The type of quantitative research with descriptive and associative methods. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was obtained: 1) Learning discipline has a significant effect on learning interest. 2) Teacher teaching style has a significant effect on learning interest. 3) Learning discipline has a significant effect on learning motivation. 4) Teacher teaching style has a significant effect on learning motivation. 5) Learning discipline has a significant effect on learning activity. 6) Teacher teaching style has a significant effect on learning activity. 7) Learning interest has a significant effect on learning activity. 8) Learning motivation has a significant effect on learning activity. Based on the study, it was concluded that learning discipline, teacher teaching style, learning interest, and learning motivation on student learning activity at SMK Cersa Pasaman Barat had an effect.

Abstract

Angka kematian ibu (AKI) sebagai salah satu indikator kesehatan ibu, dewasa ini masih tinggi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan perhitungan BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) AKI di Indonesia tahun 2021 adalah 248/100.000 kelahiran hidup, dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) adalah 26,9/1.000 kelahiran hidup. Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi masih tingginya AKI di Indonesia antara lain pengawasan kehamilan belum menjangkau masyarakat secara menyeluruh dan bermutu, pertolongan ibu hamil dan persalinan yang belum memadai dan lemahnya sistem rujukan dan pendidikan serta pengetahuan masyarakat yang rendah tentang tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester 1 tentang adapatsi kehamilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif desain quasi eksperimental dengan one group pre-test dan post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua ibu hamil trimester I yang berjumlah 40 ibu hamil trimester I di Puskesmas Sukajadi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p (0,000) α=0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil timester 1 tentang adaptasi kehamilan sebelum dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan dan setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan. Abstract

Pendeteksian atau mengetahui masa subur merupakan bagian penting dalam perencanaan kehamilan ataupun sebagai kontrasepsi alami. Tidak semua wanita dapat mendeteksi masa suburnya sendiri, karena banyak wanita yang memiliki siklus haid tidak teratur sehingga sulit menilai masa suburnya. Masa subur sangat penting besar artinya bagi mereka yang menginginkan kehamilan dan bagi yang ingin menunda kehamilan atau penerapan keluarga berencana.Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang metode suhu basal tubuh (SBT) dan ovulasi Billings dalam penilaian ovulasi terhadap tingkat tingkat pengetahuan ibu diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukajadi Prabumulih tahun 2023. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode rancangan pre eksperimental design dengan pendekatan pre and post test design. Penelitian ini dilakukan diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukajadi Prabumulih dari tanggal 10 September 2023 sampai 10 Oktober 2023, metode pengumpulan data meggunakan kuisioner yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti yang terlebih dahulu di uji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara univariate untuk mengetahui ditribusi frekuensi tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah diberi pendidikan kesehatan dan secara bivariate untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan ada perbedaan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan didapat nilai p = 0,000 dan α= 0,05. 57 orang (50%) responden berpengetahuan baik, 36 orang (32%) responden berpengetahuan cukup, 20 orang (18%) responden berpengetahuan kurang.Kepada Puskesmas agar lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dengan lebih sering memberikan penyuluhan tentang kontrasepsi alami.

Abstract

Nutritional status is an indicator of success in meeting nutritional needs during pregnancy. Pregnant women need nutrition in large quantities to meet the nutritional needs and growth of the fetus. The aim of the research is to determine the factors related to the nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester at the Tsuraya Dabuk Rejo Clinic, Lempuing District, OKI Regency in 2024. This research design uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional method. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women who had their pregnancy checked at the Tsuraya Dabuk Rejo Clinic, Lempuing District, OKI Regency from May to June 2024, totaling 53 pregnant women. The sampling technique uses total sampling where all members of the population are sampled. The sample in this study was 53 pregnant women. The analysis technique used Univariate, Bivariate (Chi square). Based on the results of the Chi Square statistical test, there is a relationship between knowledge and the partial nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester at the Tsuraya Dabuk Rejo Clinic, Lempuing District, OKI Regency in 2024, the Chi-Square result obtained is p value = 0.001, there is a relationship between education and nutritional status Partial nutrition of pregnant women in the third trimester at the Tsuraya Dabuk Rejo Clinic, Lempuing District, OKI Regency. In 2024, the Chi-Square results obtained p value = 0.001, there is a relationship between economic status and partial nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester at the Tsuraya Dabuk Rejo Clinic. Lempuing District, OKI Regency in 2024, the Chi-Square result obtained was p value = 0.001. It is hoped that the results of this research can be an illustration for the Tsuraya Dabuk Rejo Clinic to further improve health services, especially services for examining the nutritional status of pregnant women.

Abstract

Providing exclusive breast milk to babies is important in developing human resources from an early age, because from an early age babies receive the healthiest and most appropriate food which will have a positive influence on subsequent growth and development. The research aims to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding at Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, Palembang in 2024. This research design uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional method. The population in this study is a population using data on the number of babies at the Siti Fatimah Hospital, Palembang in 2023, namely 285 babies. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling, that is, samples were taken from respondents who happened to come to the Siti Fatimah Hospital, Palembang at the time the research was carried out. . The research sample was all mothers who had children aged 7-12 months who were at the Siti Fatimah Palembang Regional Hospital at the time the research was carried out. The analysis technique uses Univariate, Bivariate (Chi square). Based on the results of the Chi Square statistical test, there is a relationship between partial employment and exclusive breastfeeding at the Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, Palembang in 2024. The Chi-Square results obtained p value = 0.001. There is a partial relationship between partial knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding at the Siti Fatimah Palembang Regional Hospital. In 2024, the Chi-Square results obtained p value = 0.004. There was a relationship between partial family support and exclusive breastfeeding at Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, Palembang. In 2024, the Chi-Square results obtained p value = 0.001. Abstract

To reduce MMR in Indonesia, one of the efforts that can be made is to implement a health program for pregnant women in the form of Antenatal Care (ANC). Antenatal Care (pregnancy check-ups) aims to recognize and identify problems so that pregnancy health can be maintained, so that the mother and child are in the best possible condition at the time of delivery. The study aims to Factors Related to the Frequency of Pregnancy Check-ups at Teluk Kijing Public Health Center in 2024. This study design uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who checked their pregnancy in the work area of ​​Teluk Kijing Health Center, Musi Banyuasin Regency from January to December 2023, totaling 350 pregnant women. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling, namely samples were taken from respondents who happened to come to Teluk Kijing Health Center when the study was conducted. The analysis technique used Univariate, Bivariate (Chi square). Based on the results of the Chi Square statistical test, there was a partial relationship between economic status and the frequency of pregnancy check-ups at Teluk Kijing Health Center in 2024, the results obtained a p value = 0.002, there was a partial relationship between education and the frequency of pregnancy check-ups at Teluk Kijing Health Center in 2024, the results obtained a p value = 0.001, there was a partial relationship between knowledge and the frequency of pregnancy check-ups at Teluk Kijing Health Center in 2024, the results obtained a p value = 0.004. Abstract

Hyperbilirubinemia is a common issue experienced by newborns. In the bodies of newborns, the organs have not yet developed fully, leading to an increase in bilirubin production. Their ability to filter bilirubin is not well established, and bilirubin transport can be disrupted in infants. Sometimes, the liver cannot process bilirubin effectively, resulting in an excess of bilirubin in the body; this condition is referred to as hyperbilirubinemia. Although hyperbilirubinemia occurs frequently, if not managed properly, it can lead to complications, including irreversible brain damage.The research design employed in this study was a pre-experimental design, which involved a one-group pre-test and post-test method conducted at Budi Mulia Medika Clinic in Palembang from September to October 2024. The sample consisted of 35 postpartum mothers selected through non-probability accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out via questionnaires, and statistical analysis included paired t-tests to assess the differences in knowledge levels before and after health education. The results indicated a significant increase in knowledge, with pre-test mean scores of 11.31 (SD = 2.610) rising to post-test mean scores of 15.91 (SD = 3.551), yielding a p-value of 0.000. The conclusions of this study emphasize the need for structured health education programs to enhance mothers' understanding of hyperbilirubinemia, which could ultimately lead to improved health outcomes for newborns. The findings highlight the role of healthcare providers in delivering essential health education to reduce the incidence and complications of hyperbilirubinemia among neonates.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling in elementary schools should not be regarded merely as a conceptual discourse; rather, it must function as a strategic educational service that supports students in achieving their developmental tasks holistically. These developmental domains include social, spiritual, moral, intellectual, and emotional aspects. As learners who are in the process of developing these competencies, students require guidance to attain the standards of student independence competencies (Standar Kompetensi Kemandirian Peserta Didik/SKKPD). The SKKPD encompasses eleven developmental aspects, one of which is emotional maturity. Recent cases of bullying reported in both online and offline media highlight the urgency of fostering emotional maturity among school-aged children. These incidents have drawn public attention due to the emergence of aggressive behaviors among students, often triggered by their inability to regulate emotions in a healthy manner. This article aims to analyze the internalization process of emotional maturity, which can be conceptualized through three stages. The first stage is recognition, during which individuals learn strategies to avoid interpersonal conflict. The second stage is accommodation, defined as the ability to tolerate various ways in which others—and oneself—express emotions. The third stage is action, which involves expressing emotions freely and openly while avoiding behaviors that may provoke conflict. This study employs a literature review methodology. Such a method constitutes an essential component and often serves as the primary foundation in qualitative research as well as in purely library-based studies. The findings indicate that the implementation of the SKKPD, particularly in the domain of emotional development, is crucial for assisting school counselors in facilitating elementary students’ abilities to recognize and manage their emotions effectively.

Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) is one of the most common complaints during pregnancy and can significantly affect maternal comfort and daily activities. Postural changes, weight gain, and shifts in the center of gravity are major contributing factors. Since medication use during pregnancy is limited, non-pharmacological interventions such as prenatal exercise offer a safe and effective alternative to reduce pain. The purpose of this community service program is to provide an intervention in the form of a community-based prenatal exercise program tailored to local conditions, involving health cadres, and complemented with education on the benefits of prenatal exercise in reducing lower back pain complaints. This community service program was conducted at Anisa Maternity Clinic, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra, from September 2 to October 2, 2025, involving 35 pregnant women in their second and third trimesters. The activity consisted of three stages: (1) Preparation (coordination, baseline assessment, and module development), (2) Implementation (health education and structured prenatal exercise twice weekly for 4 weeks), and (3) Evaluation (pre–post assessment using VAS/NRS scale and participant satisfaction questionnaire). The results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge about back pain prevention, improved skills in performing correct prenatal exercise movements, and a reduction in average pain intensity by ≥2 points in 68% of participants. Moreover, 85% of participants reported satisfaction with the program and experienced improved daily function. Two partner midwives were successfully trained as facilitators to sustain the program within the community. The community-based prenatal exercise program at Anisa Maternity Clinic proved effective in reducing LBP complaints and enhancing maternal comfort. The involvement of midwives and the provision of educational materials and exercise videos ensure the program’s sustainability for future maternal health promotion activities.     ABSTRAK Nyeri punggung bawah (Low Back Pain/LBP) merupakan salah satu keluhan tersering selama kehamilan yang dapat mengganggu kenyamanan dan aktivitas ibu hamil. Perubahan postur tubuh, peningkatan berat badan, serta pergeseran pusat gravitasi menjadi faktor utama penyebab keluhan ini. Penggunaan obat-obatan terbatas selama kehamilan, sehingga intervensi non-farmakologis seperti senam hamil menjadi alternatif aman dan efektif untuk mengurangi nyeri. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini diperlukan untuk intervensi berupa program senam hamil berbasis komunitas yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lokal, melibatkan kader kesehatan, serta dilengkapi dengan edukasi tentang manfaat senam hamil untuk mengurangi keluhan nyeri punggung bawah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Klinik Bersalin Anisa Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan pada tanggal 2 September–2 Oktober 2025 dengan melibatkan 35 ibu hamil trimester II–III. Kegiatan meliputi tiga tahap:(1) persiapan (koordinasi, survei awal, dan penyusunan modul), (2) pelaksanaan (edukasi kesehatan dan senam hamil terstruktur selama 4 minggu, 2 kali per minggu), dan (3) evaluasi  (penilaian pre–post intervensi menggunakan skala VAS/NRS dan kuesioner kepuasan). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pencegahan nyeri punggung bawah, keterampilan dalam melakukan senam hamil dengan benar, serta penurunan rata-rata intensitas nyeri sebesar ≥2 poin pada 68% peserta. Selain itu, 85% peserta menyatakan puas terhadap kegiatan dan merasa lebih nyaman dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Dua bidan mitra juga berhasil dilatih sebagai fasilitator agar program dapat berlanjut di masyarakat. Program senam hamil berbasis masyarakat di Klinik Bersalin Anisa terbukti efektif meningkatkan kenyamanan dan menurunkan keluhan LBP pada ibu hamil. Keterlibatan bidan dan penyediaan modul serta video panduan memungkinkan keberlanjutan program secara mandiri di posyandu dan kelas ibu hamil.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ketidakefisienan dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dapat menyebabkan siswa kehilangan ketertarikan, sehingga merasa jenuh saat mengikuti kegiatan belajar di kelas. Hal tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, serta kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk membuat bahan ajar berbasis literasi numerasi (E-LKPD) yang valid dan praktis berbasis teori permintaan dan penawaran uang untuk siswa kelas XI SMA Darussyifa Banjar Rejo. Bahan ajar ini dapat digunakan oleh guru dan peserta didik untuk mendukung pembelajaran di kelas. Pengembangan bahan ajar ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa bahan ajar yang tersedia belum cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Akibatnya, peserta didik masih mengalami kesulitan untuk memahami materi. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4D yang meliputi tahapan Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, media pembelajaran E-LKPD berbasis literasi numerasi yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Selain itu, respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa media ini sangat praktis dan efektif apabila diterapkan di kelas. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis literasi numerasi ini sangat valid dan efektif dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar. This has an impact on the low critical thinking skills, creativity, and numeracy literacy skills of students. The purpose of this research and development is to create valid and practical numeracy literacy-based teaching materials (E-LKPD) based on the theory of demand and supply of money for grade XI students of SMA Darussyifa Banjar Rejo. These teaching materials can be used by teachers and students to support learning in class. The development of these teaching materials is due to the fact that the available teaching materials are not enough to meet students' needs. As a result, students still have difficulty understanding the material. This research is a type of research and development (R&D) using the 4D model which includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In the data collection process, researchers used observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire distribution methods. Based on the results of the study, the numeracy literacy-based E-LKPD learning media developed has met the validity criteria and is declared suitable for use in learning activities. In addition, student responses show that this media is very practical and effective when applied in class. Thus, it can be concluded that E-LKPD based on numeracy literacy is very valid and effective in supporting the teaching and learning process. Keywords : E-LKPD, Numeracy Literacy, instructional media.
