Abstract

The Nganjuk District Agricultural Office requires reliable human resources to achieve the stated goals. After understanding the importance of human resources as the activator of the organization, the organization must be able to manage, utilize and empower in such a way that the strengths of human resources in the organization can be optimized. For this reason, Employee Performance is emphasized. The objectives of this research are: (1).To determine the effect of discipline on employee performance; (2). To determine the effect of compensation on employee performance; (3) To find out the effect of discipline and compensation together on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of the Nganjuk District Agriculture Office with 75 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained by using questionnaire, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with t test and F test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that, the correlation of discipline and compensation showed a positive and significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk District Agricultural Service employees both separately and simultancously, Effective contribution of discipline and compensation of 48,1% to employee performance.

Abstract

The need for hospital care quality more and more increases with economy and degrees community health. In last few years industry hospitals have undergo development enough with the rules and constitution aimed at fuel investment and created the business condition and services hospital better. This research is motivated researcher observations and experiences, especially that of RSGM IIK BHAKTI WIYATA KEDIRI. Patients who are less sensitive in terms of quality of service and low sense of employee discipline in obeying the rules. The aim of this study is (1) Is the quality of health care insurance in effect on patient satisfaction in RSGM IIK (2) Is the employee disciplinary effect on patient satisfaction in RSGM IIK. The method used is a quantitative with descriptive method of analysis design crossectional , the number of respondents were 100 people. Where the data obtained will be calculated using the formula and test the statistical analisisa. Conclusion The results of this study were (1) Variable quality of service (X1) to simultaneously deliver significant influence on patient satisfaction in RSGM IIK with a probability value of b1 is 0.344. (2) Variable discipline employees (X2) simultaneously providing significant influence on patient satisfaction in RSGM IIK with a probability value of b2 is 0.300. Conclusions based on these results, it is recommended: (1) quality of service influence to satisfaction to the patient. (2) discipline employee influence satisfication patient.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implications of the theory of interest to financial management. Results of the description viewed from the standpoint of Islamic economics. The implication variable that really stood out are theory of interest; interest philosophy, the concept of interest and usury, the concept of money, the concept of time value of money and the economic value of time, the concept of cost of capital, and interest as a revenue. The variables in financial management implicated by of the theory interest are the general economic, investment, pricing, inflation and money supply, economic growth, unemployment, social welfare and exchange rate. This study is a literature research (library research), which is using books as a source of data to explain the issues studied. The character of this study is descriptive qualitative research that describe and analyze the data clearly on the theories of interest and their implications to financial management on the Islamic economics perspective. Source of data used in this research is secondary data, ie data obtained from the study of literature in the form of analysis of books, papers and websites. According to the type of data that is required of the study, the data analysis technique used is the technique of "content analysis" which is a method of data analysis that focuses on the content of an object of study. In addition to using content analysis method, the author also uses several methods of approach, namely: Deduction Approach, Induction Approach and Comparison. From the discussion, this study found strong implications of the theory of interest to financial management, and after review of the economic point of view Islam concluded there is a negative impact on the economic system of conventional, for example, that in fact the theory of interest is the intervention of theoretical biology, so it is considered living creature that is about living cells, the concept of money, it is not clear status; instrument or commodity?, The interest is riba, time value of money is not rational, the right is economic value of time, including capital costs and the interest is considered as an income. The findings impact to the financial management so that the economic system is not clear (absurd).

Abstract

Financial management is closely related to the implementation of government affairs through the implementation of decentralization, certain government functions are delegated to regional governments with the aim of increasing added value in the administration of government. In general, the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of an area is dominated by central government funds regulated by legislation. This causes regions to be very dependent on the central government. In terms of the influence of General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Local Revenue (PAD) on regional expenditure, the coefficient value of -1.350 has a significant effect on regional expenditure. This shows that regional expenditure in Kediri Regency has a negative relationship with the change in of General Allocation Fund (DAU). In other words, during the period under study, by keeping other variables constant, a 1 percent increase in of General Allocation Fund (DAU) will result in a decrease in regional expenditure of 1,350 percent. And with a coefficient of 4.393 it has a significant effect on regional expenditure. This shows that regional expenditure in Kediri Regency has a positive relationship with changes in Local Revenue (PAD). In other words, during the period under study, by keeping other variables constant, a 1 percent increase in Local Revenue (PAD) would result in an increase in regional expenditure of 4,939 percent. In terms of the effect of of General Allocation Fund (DAU) growth and PAD growth on regional expenditure growth, the coefficient value is -0.884 has a significant effect on the growth of regional spending. This shows that regional expenditure growth in Kediri Regency has a negative relationship with the changing of General Allocation Fund (DAU) growth. In other words, during the period under study, by keeping other variables fixed, a 1 percent increase in of General Allocation Fund (DAU) growth will result in a decrease in regional expenditure growth of 0.884 percent. And with a coefficient value of 0.302 it has no significant effect on regional expenditure growth. This shows that the growth of spending in Kediri Regency has a positive relationship with changes in Local Revenue (PAD) growth. In other words, the increase in Local Revenue (PAD)growth will result in an increase in regional expenditure growth of 0.302 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic compensation and extrinsic compensation to job satisfaction of Civil Servants of Blitar City Education Office either partially or jointly. In doing research the method used is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The respondents as a sample of 80 of 100 employees in the Education Office of Blitar City. The result of hypothesis test shows that partial compensation effect of intrinsic compensation has significant positive effect and extrinsic compensation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. But these two independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Civil Servant of Education Office of Blitar City. The dominance of the effect of intrinsic compensation and extrinsic compensation on job satisfaction is smaller than the influence of other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research describes the utilization of management information system at Organization of Regional Devices. Taking the example of Transportation Department of Communications and Informatics of Tulungagung Regency, this research specifically explains the role of management information system (SIM) to the decision of Head of Service. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of management information systems in decision making used by Head of Department and Head of Government. Decision-making is the most important Leadership role and the availability of reliable sources of information is a key component in leadership decisions within an organization. In this research use qualitative research method with descriptive approach. Informants in this study are Head of Department, Secretary, Head of Division, Section Chief and Staff of Transportation Department of Communications and Informatics of Tulungagung Regency that is directly related to this research topic. Data and information gathering is done by interview. The results of this study indicate that the Management Information System in decision-making owned by the Department of Transportation Communications and Informatics Tulungagung District utilize Management Information Systems, to help and facilitate their work much less related to decision making, although sometimes the decision is not necessarily through a computer system. But sometimes a physical decision is made by the Head of Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui dan menganalis pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap kinerja Pegawai; (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai; (3) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai ; (4) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai; dan (5) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dominan diantara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Struktural Di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Kediri. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Dinas Pendidikan Kota Kediri dengan sampel penelitian seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Kediri sebanyak 80 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) secara parsial, variabel independen Pendidikan pelatihan (X1), Motivasi (X2), dan Kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai; (2) secara simultan, seluruh variabel independen Pendidikan pelatihan (X1), Motivasi (X2), dan Kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai; (3) Variabel pendidikan pelatihan dalam hal ini mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih dominan (dibanding dengan variabel yang lain) terhadap kinerja; dan (4) Nilai koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan atau Adjusted R. Squared (R2) sebesar 0,273 ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesarnya pengaruh semua variabel independent adalah 0,273 atau 27,3% sedangkan sisanya 72,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service to student satisfaction Basic Education Program Open University UPBJJ Malang Group of Learning Amanah Blitar Raya. This study was conducted using a quantitative method involving 234 samples from 565 total population. Determination of the quantity of samples using Slovin formula with proportional random sampling technique. The result shows the level of student satisfaction on academic services in tutorial activities on Tangible and Empathy factors have a significant effect on student satisfaction. Researchers recommends to improve the quality of service, especially in the both dimension.

Abstract

Investment decision making is inseparable from human behavior that allows for irrational behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of framing effect and self-efficacy on housewives' investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and literature study. The populations in this study are housewives who live in the city of Kediri. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents with special criteria, namely having investment experience. The research instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis prerequisite test used normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study the framing effect variable has a significant influence on the investment decisions of housewives in Kediri City. Each change in the framing effect variable has an effect of 45.6% which has a real and positive effect on changes in the investment decision variable. This is in line with the theory that the Framing Effect consistently proves to be one of the biggest biases in decision making. The self-efficacy variable has a significant influence on the investment decisions of housewives in Kediri City. Each change in the self-efficacy variable has an effect of 77.4% which has a real and positive effect on changes in the investment decision variable. This is in accordance with the theory of financial self-efficacy, namely individuals who have a higher sense of self-control can solve financial problems or with a view of "problems to be solved, rather than threats to be avoided".
