Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between jobspecifications and workload on employee performance. The population of this study was 49 employees. Using censussampling, 49 Blitar District Court employees were found as samples. The data collection method uses a questionnaireand analyzes it using the t-test, Ftest, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The results ofthis study found that job specifications and workload partially or simultaneously had a direct effect on job satisfaction,and job specifications and workload partially or simultaneously had a direct effect on employee performance. Jobsatisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship betweentransformational leadership and employee performance, which means that the indirect influence of job specifications onemployee performance is greater than the direct influence. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship betweenworkload and employee performance, which means that the direct effect of workload on employee performance is greaterthan the indirect effect

Abstract

The rapid development of the global market in recent decades has brought significant changes in various industrial sectors including the banking sector. Tight competition in the banking sector encourages companies to carry out creative and innovative marketing in attracting and retaining credit customers. Brand Image and Credit Interest Rates are two elements that are very influential in the competition in the Indonesian banking sector today. Banks strive to strengthen their Brand Image by providing good service. At the same time, they also compete fiercely in offering competitive Credit Interest Rates. This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image and Credit Interest Rates on increasing credit customers at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kediri Branch Office. This research method uses Interviews and Questionnaires analyzed with the SPSS V.29 application. The results of the interviews showed that Brand Image and Credit Interest Rates had a significant influence on increasing credit customers. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed an R Square value of 0.652, which means that 65.2% of the variance in Increasing Credit Customers can be explained by the Brand Image and Credit Interest Rate variables, while 34.8% is explained by other variables. At the end of the study, BNI Kediri Branch Office has succeeded in increasing credit customers through effective Brand Image and Credit Interest Rate strategies, with a superior Brand Image based on the CCSL Survey and competitive credit interest rates. A more structured understanding is needed so that credit customers become optimally loyal.

Abstract

Rural banks (BPR) have an important role in supporting the Indonesian economy through providing financial access for the public and micro, small, and medium enterprises. Bank’sHealth is one of the parameters on which the bank is trusted by the public, so the health factor is one of the important factors in managing the banking business. This study aims to analyze the Bank’s Health Level at BPR Tunas Artha Jaya Abadi using RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach and uses secondary data obtained by documentation as a method of searching for data.The results showed that the Bank's Health Level at PT. BPR Tunas Artha Jaya Abadi in terms of RGEC (Risk, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) aspect in 2017-2022 has an average RGEC value of 86.67% or a Composite Rating (PK) predicate of 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the of quality of work life, to know the workplace spirituality, to know the employee performance, and the effect of quality of work life and workplace spirituality to work employee performance at Nurul ‘Ula Kota Kediri Educational Institution Kediri City. The population of this study consists of all employees at the institution, totaling 40 employees, with a saturated sample of 40 employees. The research employs a quantitative method, with data collected from respondents using questionnaires. After data collection, the data was processed using SPSS and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result indicated that the quality of work life influence employee performance, however the effect is in the opposite direction or negatively correlated, workplace spirituality has a positive influence on employee performance, quality of work life and workplace spirituality have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at Nurul ‘Ula Kota Kediri Educational Institution. However, while quality of work life has an influence on employee performance at the institution.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how big the profitability ratio is in projecting stock returns for go public companies engaged in the mining sector which are included in the pre-pandemic to post-pandemic LQ45 index for the 2017-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and uses a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses trend analysis. The results of the research and discussion during the study period were that the four profitability ratio indicators (NPM, ROA, ROE, EPS) experienced a positive trend or uptrend and were accompanied by an uptrend on stock returns. This indicates that when the company is successful in generating profits, investors will scramble to buy these shares so that the share price will increase and of course it will create a greater return value that can be felt by shareholders. And when the company has the ability to generate profits, the greater the potential stock returns that will occur.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in developing high-quality human resources, where teacher performance is a key factor in the success of learning. One aspect that influences teacher performance is the principal's leadership style. Situational leadership is considered effective as it can adapt its approach to the needs of teachers. However, at SMK Cahaya Surya Kota Kediri, challenges were found in the work environment and the suboptimal implementation of situational leadership. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of situational leadership style on teacher performance to enhance leadership effectiveness in schools. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The study was conducted at SMK Cahaya Surya, Kota Kediri, with a population of 100 teachers from Yayasan Surya Dharma Laksana. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, specifically convenience sampling, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula at a 5% margin of error. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature review. Data analysis included the Likert scale, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests, f-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) to examine the relationships between variables. The study concludes that situational leadership style significantly influences teacher performance at SMK Cahaya Surya Kota Kediri, with a beta coefficient of 39.4%. Effective principal leadership can optimize teacher performance, aligning with previous findings that emphasize the crucial role of leadership in enhancing teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of personality, social and professional competencies on improving teacher performance at SMK Al Khoiriyah. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method, involving all teachers at SMK Al Khoiriyah totaling 37 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20,0 program. The results indicate that all three competencies positively influence teacher performance improvement, both simultaneously and partially. Teachers’ personality competence contributes to shaping professional attitudes in dealing with students and the school environment. Social competence has been proven to enhance communication effectiveness and teachers’ collaboration with various parties, which ultimately have a positive impact on the learning process. Professional competence plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of delivering material and implementing innovative learning strategies. This finding confirms that improving teacher performance must be done comprehensively by balancing the three competencies. Therefore, it is recommended that schools continue to support the development of teacher competence through training, self-reflection and strengthening the professional community.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dan menjadi prioritas dalam kehidupan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan Inklusi di Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Blitar dan sekolah dari TK atau Paud di wilayah Kota Blitar. Sumber data diambil dari data sekunder dan primer. Data Sekunder dari Wawancara Guru dan staf sekolah inklusi, Kepala sekolah, Siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus, Orang tua siswa, observasi. Sedangkan data primer dari  dokumen Kebijakan pendidikan inklusi, Laporan Implementasi, studi literatur Artikel penelitian sebelumnya, Buku, jurnal, dan literatur terkait. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini enam orang. Metode analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah Individualized Educational Programs atau IEP merupakan pendekatan yang memiliki relevansi dan efektivitas yang tinggi. Selain program akademik, maka untuk mencapai tujuan institusional yang komprehensif sangatlah dibutuhkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang memadai sehingga dapat menjadikan peserta didik dapat mencapai kematangan personal, sosial, dan karir. Sekolah inklusi merupakan program sekolah yang diselenggarakan dengan mencampur anak yang berkebutuhan khusus atau ABK dengan anak normal dalam kelas reguler. Di TKN Kota Blitar semua ABK yang masuk dalam kelas reguler mengikuti proses pembelajaran seperti biasa tanpa ada perbedaan.

Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the world's four coffee suppliers, has the potential to develop coffee cultivation and processing technology, given the still-open market. The slopes of Mount Wilis in Kediri Regency boast 45 hectares of coffee plantations that are still under development and do not yet produce sufficient quantities of coffee. Coffee farmers still live in poverty due to the relatively low selling price and also low production capacity. This community service effort focuses on adding value to Wilis Arabica coffee, creating the Wilis Arabica Drip product. This product can increase its selling price by up to 300% over its original price. roasted beanswithout special packaging. The active involvement of participants (farmer group members) in the training, enabling them to gain hands-on experience rather than simply listening to material, has a positive impact on their motivation to add value to the harvested coffee, turning it into high-value packaged coffee products.

Abstract

Abstract Main Purpose -  This research aims to analyze the internal factors that influence the perception of the quality of financial reports in the Regional Work Unit of the Community Empowerment and Village Government Service (DPMPD) of Kediri Regency. Method -  This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach to interpret the meaning of field findings. Main Findings -  Consistent implementation of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) is the main basis for improving the perception of the quality of financial reports. Human resource competency, internal control systems and independent audit results also strengthen confidence in the accountability of financial reports. The main obstacles were found to be the lack of continuous training and weak implementation of comprehensive internal control. Theory and Practical Implications -  This research provides important recommendations for increasing human resource capacity through regular training and strengthening the internal control system to achieve transparency and accountability. These results can also be used as a reference for policy makers in determining public financial management strategies. Novelty -  This research offers a new perspective regarding the perception of the quality of financial reports based on internal factors of local government organizations in depth through a qualitative approach.
