Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of bank’s health at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk seen from the risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital factors during the period of 2014 to 2018. The data analysis method in this study is a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of data analysis can be explained that the bank’s health level at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk based of the risk profile factor shows that the majority of NPLs are predicated as healthy and LDR banks are considered to be very healthy. The good corporate governance factor shows the bank titled as good. The earning factor shows that the majority of bank ROA has a very healthy predicate and bank NIM has fluctuated from a healthy predicate to a very healthy predicate for three years and returned to healthy predicate in 2018. Capital factor shows a bank CAR is more than 12% which has a very healthy predicate. So the assessment of the level of bank’s health at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk seen from the risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital factors during the period of 2014-2018 included into the Very Healthy category.

Abstract

Perlindungan lahan pertanian pangan merupakan upaya yang tidak terpisahkan dalam rangka mengendalikan alih fungsi lahan pangan yang semakin pesat akhir-akhir ini akibat meningkatnya kebutuhan akan lahan. Kandungan bahan Organik yang ada dalam tanah perlu diperhatian agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitasnya, terutama untuk tanaman padi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan organik tanah terhadap produktivitas padi; dan (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan organik tanah terhadap penetapan lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan (LP2B). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) Kandungan bahan organik tanah berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas padi di Kabupaten Kediri. Semakin tinggi kandungan bahan organik yang ada di dalam tanah maka semakin tinggi pula produktivitas padi yang dihasilkan; (2) Kandungan bahan organik tanah berpengaruh terhadap penetapan lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan (LP2B) di Kabupaten Kediri. Semakin tepat kandungan bahan organik tanah yang digunakan petani maka semakin tepat pula penetapan lahan yang dipilih; dan (3) Pemilihan lahan untuk investasi harus memperhatikan kondisi kandungan bahan organik yang ada. Sebelum dilakukan alih fungsi dari lahan pertanian ke non pertanian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui potensi ekonomi, keunggulan kompetitif, dan strategi pemasaran beras merah di Kabupaten Ngawi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian adalah dengan analisis SWOT yaitu Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, dan Threats. Kemudian akan dianalisis matriks IFAS dan EFAS, matriks iE dan matriks QSPM (Quantitive Strategic Planning Management). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah petani beras merah di Kabupaten Ngawi yang akan diwawancara secara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan berfokus pada product priority yang artinya perlu pengembangan mengenai kualitas produk lebih baik lagi. Dalam strategi marketing mix, startegi produk merupakan unsur yang paling penting, karena dapat mempengaruhi startegi pemasaran lainnya. Produsen beras merah perlu meningkatkan kualitas produk terkait dengan melengkapi standarisasi produk seperti label halal dan expired date untuk menambah kepercayaan konsumen terhadap beras merah

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dan menjadi prioritas dalam kehidupan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan Inklusi di Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Blitar dan sekolah dari TK atau Paud di wilayah Kota Blitar. Sumber data diambil dari data sekunder dan primer. Data Sekunder dari Wawancara Guru dan staf sekolah inklusi, Kepala sekolah, Siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus, Orang tua siswa, observasi. Sedangkan data primer dari  dokumen Kebijakan pendidikan inklusi, Laporan Implementasi, studi literatur Artikel penelitian sebelumnya, Buku, jurnal, dan literatur terkait. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini enam orang. Metode analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah Individualized Educational Programs atau IEP merupakan pendekatan yang memiliki relevansi dan efektivitas yang tinggi. Selain program akademik, maka untuk mencapai tujuan institusional yang komprehensif sangatlah dibutuhkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang memadai sehingga dapat menjadikan peserta didik dapat mencapai kematangan personal, sosial, dan karir. Sekolah inklusi merupakan program sekolah yang diselenggarakan dengan mencampur anak yang berkebutuhan khusus atau ABK dengan anak normal dalam kelas reguler. Di TKN Kota Blitar semua ABK yang masuk dalam kelas reguler mengikuti proses pembelajaran seperti biasa tanpa ada perbedaan.

Abstract

This research aims at examining and analyzing: (1) the effect of ethical climate on deviant behavior; (2) the effect of workplace spirituality on deviant behavior; (3) the effect of organizational commitment on deviant behavior; (4) the effect of ethical climate on workplace spirituality; (5) the effect of ethical climate on organizational commitment; (6) the effect of ethical climate on deviant behavior mediated by workplace spirituality; (7) the effect of ethical climate on deviant behavior mediated by organizational commitment. This research using quantitative study with SmartPLS analysis methode, and the population is 207 people of the regional unit apparatus holding the structural positions of echelon 2b, 3a, and 3b in Blitar Regency Government, and 67 of them are taken as the samples. The results of the study show that ethical climate does not influence deviant behavior, but workplace spirituality affects deviant behavior. Meanwhile, organizational commitment does not affect deviant behavior, but ethical climate affects organizational commitment. In addition, ethical climate influences workplace spirituality, also the organizational commitment. Furthermore, the results of the study also reveal that the ethical climate influences deviant behavior mediated by workplace spirituality, but not through organizational commitment.  Keywords: Ethical Climate, Workplace Spirituality, Organizational Commitment, Deviant Behavior

Abstract

Mastering fundamental financial proficiency and expertise in finance in managing financial resources can enhance each individual's welfare so that they can grasp national concerns in the financial sector. This is because such knowledge and skills are necessary to manage financial resources. A person's capacity to use the financial institution system might be hindered by their lack of financial literacy, which can also harm prosperity. This study aimed to investigate the considerable influence that financial literacy and financial attitudes are of paramount importance in personal finance., and demographic characteristics have on how individuals make decisions regarding financial investments. In this study, a descriptive technique was taken in conjunction with a quantitative one. A total of 67 participants were sampled from the population for this study. In order to collect data for this study, the researchers utilized a questionnaire. The research utilized a method known as multiple regression analysis for the test. The study's findings explain concurrently why financial literacy, financial attitudes, and demographic characteristics play a substantial role in investment decision-making. It is thought to be influential because the level of financial literacy, financial Attitude, and demographic characteristics all contribute to the behaviour of investment decision-making, and the better they are, the more influential it is thought to be. According to the findings of this research, employers and investors should be able to meet their expectations about their knowledge of how to comprehend financial literacy properly. Keywords: demography, investment, finance, decision, literacy, Attitude

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the product's Price and quality influence the brand image and purchasing decisions of collapsed beef among residents in Jombang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was Jombang residents, while the sample used was 100 people, determined using the Slovin formula. This research uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used is influenced by the Price and quality of the product, which influences the brand image of collapsed beef, to find out how Price, product quality, and brand image influence the decision to purchase collapsed beef and to find out whether the brand image can mediate the influence of price and product quality on beef purchasing decisions collapse. The method used in this research is a survey method, where the author distributes questionnaires for data collection. The approach used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis using smartPLS SEM software. The research results show that Price has a positive contribution to brand image, while product quality does not contribute to brand image. Apart from that, Price also contributes positively to purchasing decisions. However, product quality does not contribute to purchasing decisions. The brand image also influences purchasing decisions. Brand image can partially mediate price influence on purchasing decisions but cannot influence product quality.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the financial sector has fundamentally reshaped the way individuals, especially university students, manage their personal finances. The widespread use of cashless payment systems such as digital wallets (e-wallets), QRIS, and mobile banking, along with easy access to online shopping platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada, has not only simplified transactions but also significantly influenced consumption patterns. This study aims to examine the influence of cashless payments and online shopping applications on the financial management behavior of students. The research adopts a literature review method by analyzing various relevant academic journals, theses, and scholarly books. Findings reveal that while digital transaction tools enhance efficiency in financial management, they also pose risks of impulsive spending if not accompanied by adequate financial literacy and self-control. Students often exhibit consumer behavior driven by digital promotions, installment facilities, and credit features such as paylater. Therefore, financial literacy and the development of sound financial management habits are crucial to building financially resilient and literate student communities. The study recommends that higher education institutions take a more active role in integrating financial literacy into the academic curriculum and fostering awareness among students to make wise financial decisions in the digital era.)

Abstract

Kepuasan keuangan (financial satisfaction) merupakan bentuk pencapaian kesejahteraan hidup seseorang. Kepuasan terhadap keuangan telah mendapat perhatian yang cukup besar dan menjadi isu yang sangat penting dibahas saat ini. Kepuasan keuangan merupakan bentuk kemampuan seseorang dalam mengelola keuangan pribadinya. Setiap ASN memiliki rasa kepuasan yang berbeda-beda pada setiap individu terutama rasa puas terhadap kondisi keuangannya. Semakin puas seseorang dengan kondisi keuangannya akan membuat individu tersebut bahagia dan sejahtera dalam kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kepuasan keuangan pada ASN yang bekerja di RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. Pengujian kepuasan keuangan ini diukur dengan pendapatan, literasi keuangan dan perilaku manajemen keuangan terhadap financial satisfaction. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini 86 responden diperoleh dengan rumus slovin dalam pengambilan sampel dari jumlah populasi penelitian. Metode analisa data yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan tidak berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap financial satisfaction, literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap financial satisfaction dan perilaku manajemen keuangan berpengaruh terhadap financial satisfaction

Abstract

The high level of public need for transportation has encouraged entrepreneurs to develop transportation technology. They compete to attract public interest so that they are interested in using their services in order to increase company profits. In this research the author will analyze the influence of financial performance using the economic profitability method with indicators of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Economic Value Added (EVA) in 10 transportation and logistics service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data taken is financial report data for transportation and logistics service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 in the form of balance sheets, profit and loss reports, or the company's annual financial reports. After analyzing the economic profitability method with the Return on Assets (ROA) indicators, Return on Equity (ROE) indicators, it can be concluded that the financial performance results using the ROA and ROE methods of the 10 companies tend to fluctuate every year. Meanwhile, the financial performance results using the EVA method from 10 companies also tend to fluctuate every year.
