Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect oprice, service quality, and customer relationship management on the purchase decision of Asuransi Astra Garda OtoMedan, JL.ImanBonjol. The data used are primary data obtained from the answer of 85 respondents by accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire and interview technique. Data analysis techniquesin the study used linear regression, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) and the coefficiecnt of determination. Hypothesis testing results indicate that partially (t) obtained value for t count price of 2,833 > t table 1,658 and sig value obtained 0,005<0,05 which means that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance services (Garda Oto). Partially obtained value for service quality tcount 5.152 >ttable 1.658 and sig value obtained 0.000 <0.05 which means that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, partially obtained value for customer relationship management t count 8.878 > 1.658 t table and the sig value obtained is 0.000 <0.05 which means that customer relationship management has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, for the F test results obtained calculated F value = 77.769 > f table (2.69), and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously prices, service quality and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance Services (Garda Oto). Abstract

The study is conducted in order to be able to understand competence, discipline, and systems of work On The Improvement Of Teacher Work Quality In Yayasan Adlin Murni. The Yayasan Adlin Murni has a vision of becoming an excelling school of morality and excellence while the mission of the Yayasan Adlin Murni is: to educate students to become conscious of god, to be concerned about the environment, to develop students who care about science and technology, and to educate underachieving and extracurricular students. In the study the author uses a quantitative research method with the sample used amounts to 75 samples. Data analysis with a double line-regression model and thus obtaining disciplinary results and work systems are affecting the quality of work in a Yayasan Adlin Murni teacher. Abstract

This paper is to investigate whether promotion and price of motor cycle namely Yamaha Scorpion Z effect to elevate its volume sales at PT. Alfa Scorpii Sentral Yamaha Medan. The document of the company throughout year 2016 is used as an instrument in data collection and it is main data, while the data gained from interview section is used for supporting main data which is quantitative and statistical data. Hence, the method of multiple linier regressions is used to analyze the data. The results show that partially the promotion variable effects significantly to elevate sale volume of the Yamaha Scorpio Z (series cw) at PT. Alfa Scorpii Sentral Yamaha Medan. Nevertheless, the price does not give impact significantly to increasing sale volume of the Yamaha Scorpio Z (seri cw) at PT. Alfa Scorpii Sentral Yamaha Medan and simultaneously, promotion and price do not give impact to elevate to sale volume of Yamaha Scorpio Z (serrial cw) at PT. Alfa Scorpii Sentral Yamaha Medan

Abstract

The object of this research is PT. Karya Sukses Kreasi (KASUKA) Medan. This company is engaged in retail. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research used is descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research used is explanatory. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination of the test simultaneously (F test) and partially (T test). The population of this research is 150 people, this is the number of all employees of PT.KASUKA Medan. The sampling technique used random sampling using the Slovin formula with a standard error of 5%. The coefficient of determination test results showed 49.2% of the dependent variable employee productivity which can be explained by the independent variables, namely competence, commitment, and workload. The results of the T test showed that the competency variable had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a T value (4.797> 1.923), the commitment variable had a positive but insignificant effect on the work productivity variable with a T value (-0.719 <1.923) and the load variable. work has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable with the T value (5.088> 1.923). The results of the F test showed that all the independent variables had a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable with the calculated F value (34.287> 2.69).

Abstract

Research done in PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life Medan. The purpose of the Research is to test and analyze the influence of insurance products, personal selling and the quality of pelayananterhadap interest in purchasing insurance products life plan. The phenomenon that occurs interest in purchasing insurance products life plan decreased due to insurance products, personal selling and service quality. Population of 167 consumers and the number of sampelgsebanyak 118 consumers and for testing the validity and reliability of as many as 30 customers outside of the study sample. The sampling technique used is random sampling sampling. The partial and simultaneous Insurance Products, Personal Selling and Service Quality have a positive and signfiikan against the Interest of the Insurance Product Life Plan Insurance PT Sequis Life Medan.

Abstract

At present there are many students who are less interested in continuing to a higher level while these students have high achievements. According to the Minister of Education (2011), "The number of children aged 19-23 years who continue to PT (college) is only 23%, the remaining 77% do not have the opportunity to enter college, they always consider the factors behind them". For example, such as learning achievement factors and motivational factors as well as interest in learning within the students themselves. This is because the students themselves assume that continuing their studies to a higher level does not guarantee a better future. There is also a high interest to continue to a higher level, but these students have less achievements, the cause of students in learning is very lacking. To achieve the above purpose, UNPRI FE lecturers held a mentoring program and traced the learning interest of class XII students regarding the importance of continuing their education to higher education. The results of the socialization found that 80% of the total class XII students of SMAN 7 Medan had a high interest in continuing their education to higher education. Abstract

This study tests and analyzes job training, discipline, and wages on work effectiveness at PT Serumpun Indah Lestari. The phenomenon of decreasing work effectiveness can be seen from the income at PT Serumpun Indah Lestari, the existing income at this time has decreased from 2017 to 2021, which is not able to achieve the expected revenue target. In the problem of training carried out by the company at this time only has training for employees who are just working. Providing wages to some employees who are still below the Medan regional minimum wage makes employees feel unfair and unworthy, affecting their performance and effectiveness. The lack of discipline from work hours to attendance can make the production process smoother and more timely. This research uses quantitative research with the nature of explanatory, descriptive research. The number in the study was 132 employees. Simple random sampling is used as a sampling method. The sample used was 99 people. Questionnaires and data analysis collect data through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption, and hypothesis tests. In partial data testing, training variables positively and significantly affect work effectiveness at PT Serumpun Indah Lestari. Discipline positively and significantly affects work effectiveness at PT Serumpun Indah Lestari. Wages positively and significantly affect work effectiveness at PT Serumpun Indah Lestari. In simultaneous data analysis testing, training, discipline, and wages variables positively and significantly influenced work effectiveness at PT Serumpun Indah Lestari.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training on entrepreneurship in terms of seeing business opportunities that exist in beekeeping, especially honey beekeeping in the hope of helping the welfare of the new village community by opening innovative and useful businesses. By using the method of observation, outreach and implementation of activities. The result of this activity was that the participants received training and an understanding of beekeeping which has many benefits, one of which is not only as a therapeutic medium but also has the potential to generate promising business opportunities so that 16 out of 25 participants felt interested in running this business.

Abstract

This study aims to seek and provide compensation, the amount of non-financial compensation, and work motivation related to the morale of the employees of Perum Damri Medan. In this study, a population of 125 employees and 95 as a sample used a simple random sampling technique to become respondents in this study. Therefore, quantitative and descriptive approach methods are methods that can provide an overview, with questionnaire and interview techniques as the initial stage. SPSS software becomes a tool to test somanalysesis. get the results Based on that financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and work motivation has a number greater than the partial provision of 1986 and simultaneously valued at 16,348 greater than, 2.70 and a significantly less than 0.05. So financial compensation, non-financial compensation spirit, and work motivation have a positive influence on employee work.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Abraham Maslow's Hierarchical Motivation Theory in increasing employee morale at PT. Nutrihub. The independent variables used in this study are self-actualization needs, esteem needs, social needs, safety needs, and physiological needs. The dependent variable is employee morale. The population in this study are employees of PT. Nutrihub. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample technique with a total sample of 76 employees. For data analysis carried out with validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis tests, tests determination, f test and t test. The results showed that the variables of self-actualization needs, esteem needs, social needs, safety needs, and physiological needs partially had a positive and significant effect on the morale of Nutrihub employees. The implications of this research are the basis for companies to see the effect of self-actualization, appreciation, social, security, physiology and employee morale and contribute to improving learning in students of the Faculty of Economics.
