Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara III or often called PTPN III (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in the management, and processing of plantation products such as Palm Oil, Rubber, Sugar Cane, Tea, Coffee, Cocoa, Tobacco, and several other plants that are also produced by PTPN. The problem underlying this research is whether the recruitment, selection, job placement policies simultaneously and partially affect and are significant to the effectiveness of performance at PTPN III. The method used is quantitative method, while the data collection techniques in this study were carried out by questionnaire and distributing questions to respondents as many as 82 respondents, From the results of the F test simultaneously Recruitment, Selection, and Placement of Employees tested have an effect and are significant to the effectiveness of performance. Partial Test (t-test) shows that partially the variables of recruitment, selection, placement of employees have an effect and are significant to the effectiveness of performance at PTPN III. While in the Determination Test the amount of adjusted R square is 0.172 (17.2%), while the remaining 82.8% (100% - 17.2%) is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of job evaluation, training and supervision on the quality of employee performance of PT. Nutrihub Medan. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how work evaluations are given to employees, how training is given to employees, how supervision is given to employees, and to find out how the e ffect of work evaluation, training and supervision simultaneously on the quality of employees performance of PT. Nutrihub Medan. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique, with a total of 76 respondents. The calculation process is processed with the help of (SPSS) ver 24 for windows. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, simultaneously the variables of work evaluation, training, and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance by 54.2%. The conclusion of this study is that work evaluation, training and supervision have a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee performance of PT. Nutrihub Medan. Abstract

The development of social media with various features that can be accessed anywhere has made more and more social media users from various backgrounds such as teenagers. The use of social media with its various impacts needs to be socialized to adolescents because currently social media has positive and negative impacts on physical and mental health. The general objective of this community service activity is to find out an overview of youth's knowledge about the positive and negative impacts of using social media for mental health. The methods in this community service activity are: 1. Analysis of the community situation. This stage can be carried out with two sub-stages, which are further divided into several possibilities. First: determine the target audience, Second: determine the problem areas to be analyzed. 2. Problem identification. The results of the analysis work which includes the objectives and problem areas mentioned earlier are that the problems faced by the selected target group can be identified and then formulated. 3. Define specific work goals, in other words what changes are desired. 4. Problem solving plan. Problems that have been identified need to be solved. 5. Social approach. What is meant is the approach to the target community. 6. Implementation of activities. 7. Evaluation of activities and results. Suggestions for schools are to include activities to increase youth knowledge about social media, positive and negative impacts of using social media in the school's extracurricular schedule. This can be done in groups/peer groups with selected social media ambassadors

Abstract

Dalam penelitian tersebut, tujuan utama adalah untuk mencari jumlah dan pengaruh kompensasi kerja, pelatihan dan displin kerja sehubungan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Rubber Hock Lie Sunggal Medan. Diketahui adanya sebuah permasalahan seperti kurangnya pelayanan kompensasi kerja, pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan sikap displin kerja dari karyawan itu sendiri. Pada penelitian ini, populasi berjumlah 166 karyawan dan 117 sebagai responden serta 0,05 untuk ketentuan error margin dipilih menjadi sampel yang berjenis purposive sampling dan untuk menjadi bahan dalam pengujian tersebut. Maka dari itu, metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif adalah metode yang digunakan karena dapat memberikan konsep dan gambaran untuk memulai sebuah penulisan dengan teknik kuesioner dan wawancara sebagai langkah awal. Software SPSS merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk menguji hasil dari beberapa analisis regresi. Sehingga hasil pada perolehan menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi kerja, pelatihan dan displin kerja mempunyai jumlah lebih besar dari batas ketentuan parsial 1,981 dan secara simultan bernilai 7,689 lebih besar dari 2,68 serta bersignifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dari itu, variabel kompensasi kerja, pelatihan dan displin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif pada prestasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan, kompensasi finansial dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover karyawan PTPN III. Menggunakan rumus slovin dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah 84 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pada pengujian data secara parsial variabel promosi jabatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan di PTPN III, kompensasi finansial berpengaruh kuat dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan PTPN III, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh kuat dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan PTPN III.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and analyze the impact of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Buana Independent Insurance. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with primary data collection through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research population involved all employees of PT. Buana Independent Insurance as many as 119 people. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance, which is supported by a tcount value that is greater than ttable with an adequate level of significance. This results in acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho). Apart from that, work motivation also has a significant positive impact on employee performance, as shown by the tcount value which exceeds the ttable value with quite high significance, so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. However, work discipline has not been proven to have a significant positive influence on employee performance. In the analysis, the tcount value is lower than ttable with a significance level that is insufficient to reject the null hypothesis. Therefore, in this study, Ho was accepted while Ha was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that at PT. Asuransi Buana Independent, leadership style and work motivation influence employee performance, while work discipline does not have a significant influence.

Abstract

Situnggaling village is a fertile area, where the area has the potential to produce superior agricultural crops such as shallots. The program is implemented to provide education and training as a means of understanding the community about the natural potential of the village and this program will also provide education and training in the field of entrepreneurship which is expected to grow the community's economy and income.Activity This community service is carried out by an implementing team from an economics lecturer at Prima Indonesia University where this program is the KEDAIREKA Matching Fund program promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology and in collaboration with partners namely BACRIS where this program is entitled Empowering the Situnggaling Community in Improvement of the Economy through Entrepreneurship Training on Shallot Processing and was welcomed positively by the local government and the people who were involved as training participants.

Abstract

PT Asuransi Buana Independent is a general insurance company that has obtained a Financial Services Authority (OJK) business license. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of interpersonal relationships, work environment and compensation on employee morale at PT. Buana Independent Insurance. The time of the research is February 2023. The researcher took the population in this study as 119 employees who work in the company. To determine the sample using the Slovin formula, the tolerance level is 5%, where the total results of the calculations carried out were obtained as many as 92 research samples. The research results found that interpersonal relationships had a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of PT employees. Buana Independent Insurance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of PT employees. Buana Independent Insurance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on PT employee morale. Abstract

The benefits of technology are also increasingly sophisticated and make it easier for educators to carry out all tasks such as using a computer or laptop in preparing reports and learning using visual media, preparing annual reports such as tax payments can also be done online using the online DGT application. Motivation itself is a change in energy within (personal) a person which is indicated by the appearance of feelings and reactions to achieve goals. This training was held to motivate Khairul Imam IT High School teachers to prepare financial and online tax reports. This activity was carried out in June 2024, with as many as 20 people participating in the activity and 6 lecturers who also acted as resource persons.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengadaan kegiatan sekolah yang memungkinkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru, seperti tidak diterapkannya daftar bulanan rangking atau pencapaian para guru dalam mengajar dan keaktifan serta tingkat kedisiplinan guru. Hal tersebut sebenarnya dipandang perlu untuk merangsang inovasi dan kreatifitas para guru dalam melakukan tugasnya yang dapat mempengaruhi semangat kerja yang baik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Internal, Motivasi Eksternal, dan Kompensas terhdap Semangat Kerja Guru di SMA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunaan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi yag digunakan berjumlah 70 guru. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sehingga semua populasi digunakan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi Internal memiliki thitung 2,152 dengan signifikan 0,035, artinya motivasi internal memberi pengaruh positif. Motivasi Eksternal memiliki thitung 3,217 dengan signifikan 0,002, artinya motivasi eksternal memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat Kerja Guru. Kompensasi memiliki thitung 3,015 dengan signifikan 0,004. artinya variabel Kompensasi memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja Guru. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi Internal, Motivasi Eksternal dan Kompensasi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja guru.
