Abstract

The use of YouTube Social Media is a new thing in learning Islamic Religious Education at SDI Alexandria Tangerang City. The implementation of YouTube Social Media on the material Aku anak Saleh is expected to be able to make students reflect the attitude of Saleh in their daily activities. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Islamic Religious Education Learning through YouTube Social Media in Class IV SDI Alexandria. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation studies. Data validity checks using triangulation. Data were analyzed through the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Interviews were conducted with an Islamic Religious Education teacher and 5 class IV students. The results of this research are that the implementation of Islamic Religious Education Learning via YouTube Social Media in class IV SDI Alexandria is said to be effective and improves students' ability to understand the material of I'm Saleh's Child in accordance with the research focus.

Abstract

Guru memainkan peran penting dalam pendidikan, terutama dalam interaksi langsung dengan siswa selama pembelajaran. Keberhasilan pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan keterampilan dasar mengajar, termasuk variasi pembelajaran. Jika guru tidak mampu melakukan variasi, siswa dapat merasa bosan dan kurang memperhatikan materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru kelas IV SDN Kampung Bambu I dalam mengadakan variasi pembelajaran Matematika dan mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melakukan variasi suara, pemusatan perhatian, kesenyapan, kontak pandang, gerakan badan dan mimik wajah, serta perpindahan posisi. Dan menggunakan pola interaksi secara klasikal, kelompok, dan perorangan. Namun, pada penggunaan media pembelajaran kurang bervariasi, terbatas pada benda konkret dari lingkungan sekitar atau kehidupan sehari-hari, dan jarang menggunakan media berbasis teknologi seperti infokus dan komputer karena beberapa kendala. Kendala utama termasuk teknologi sebagai tantangan yang cukup sulit bagi guru dan kesulitan guru dalam menjaga motivasi belajar siswa. Disarankan agar guru berkolaborasi dengan rekan sejawat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi dan terus meningkatkan keterampilannya dalam mengadakan variasi pembelajaran guna menjaga antusiasme siswa.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric review of Islamic pedagogy within modern educational systems. Through an analysis of key themes, authors, and regional trends, the research aims to map the evolving landscape of Islamic pedagogy and its intersection with contemporary educational theories and practices. The bibliometric approach identifies significant shifts in the literature, particularly the integration of sociocultural theory, the moral dimensions of education, and the role of Muslim educators in implementing Islamic educational principles. The findings reveal growing interest in the application of Islamic pedagogy in diverse geographical regions, including Indonesia, Australia, Canada, and the UAE, with a notable emphasis on adapting traditional Islamic educational practices to modern technological and multicultural contexts. The study highlights the ongoing challenges of balancing Islamic values with global educational standards and offers directions for future research, particularly in the areas of gender, multiculturalism, and the integration of technology. This review contributes to the growing body of knowledge on Islamic education and provides insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers interested in the development of Islamic pedagogy in contemporary settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tantangan dan peluang yang terkait dengan implementasi e-learning dalam pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 150 responden, termasuk pendidik, administrator, dan siswa dari berbagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 25 menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur digital yang tidak memadai dan resistensi budaya merupakan tantangan utama yang menghambat adopsi e-learning. Sebaliknya, aksesibilitas yang ditingkatkan dan jalur pembelajaran yang fleksibel diidentifikasi sebagai peluang signifikan, menyoroti potensi e-learning untuk mentransformasi pendidikan Islam. Studi ini menekankan perlunya investasi yang ditargetkan dalam infrastruktur, program literasi digital, dan pengembangan konten e-learning yang sesuai dengan budaya untuk mengatasi hambatan dan memaksimalkan peluang. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan administrator untuk menciptakan lingkungan e-learning yang lebih inklusif dan efektif dalam konteks pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This study explores the digitalization of performance management as a strategy to enhance sustainable education in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with five key informants, including policymakers, school administrators, educators, technology experts, and educational researchers. The findings reveal that digitalized systems offer benefits such as real-time monitoring, data transparency, and improved collaboration among educators. However, challenges persist, including infrastructural limitations, digital literacy gaps, and resistance to change. Strategies such as capacity building, pilot projects, and inclusive planning are recommended to address these barriers. The study underscores the potential of digital performance management to transform education sustainably, provided these challenges are systematically mitigated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kendala pada proses pembelajaran ipa kelas V SDN Gandasari 1 Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Responden pada penelitian yaitu guru kelas V, dan 23 siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa, observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada proses pembelajaran IPA kelas V berhasil dengan baik melalui strategi yang bervariasi dan interaktif , hal ini terbukti pada hasil tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa telah mencapai KKTP yang ditetapkan. Kendala-kendala yang ditemukan, yaitu kurangnya partisipasi aktif dapat mempengaruhi dinamika kelas, mengurangi interaksi antara siswa dan guru, serta menghambat terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang inovasi. Sebagai akibatnya, siswa mungkin tidak mencapai KKTP yang telah ditetapkan, Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mendorong siswa agar lebih aktif dan terlibat dalam proses berpikir kritis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas IV SDN Gandasari 1 Kota Tangerang, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan dalam menulis puisi kelas IV SDN Gandasari 1 Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Data dianalisis melalui langkah-langkah yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan 27 siswa dari hasil tulisan yang telah dianalisis pada kemampuan menulis puisi siswa pada aspek unsur kesesuaian tema dan isi memperoleh skor 102 termasuk kedalam katagori sangat baik, aspek unsur pengimajinasian memperoleh skor 74 termasuk kedalam katagori baik dan kata pengimajinasian yang digunakan yaitu citraan penglihatan, perasaan, dan pendengaran, pada aspek unsur diksi memperoleh skor 69 termasuk kedalam katagori cukup, pada aspek bahasa figuratif (majas) memperoleh skor 69 termasuk kedalam katagori cukup, pada aspek unsur rima/ritma memperoleh skor 45 termasuk kedalam katagori kurang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas IV Gandasari 1 Kota Tangerang dalam katagori cukup, yaitu rata-rata 66,5.

Abstract

This study explores the complex relationships among Educational Psychology (EP), Al-Islam Muhammadiyah Course (AMC), English Language Education Students (ELES), Learning Motivation (LM), and Academic Outcomes (AO) in a value-based educational context. Understanding these interactions can inform curriculum design and instructional strategies to enhance student achievement. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory survey method. Data were collected from 165 ELES enrolled in AMC courses. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software was utilized to examine direct and indirect effects among variables. Instrument validity and reliability were assessed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), with Composite Reliability (CR 0.7) and Average Variance Extracted (AVE 0.5) ensuring robust psychometric properties. Findings indicate that EP and AMC have minimal direct effects on LM and AO; however, their influence is significantly mediated through LM. In contrast, ELES exhibits a direct, positive impact on AO, highlighting its role in fostering essential academic competencies. Despite an elevated RMSEA value (0.144), the model remains theoretically sound and interpretable. The study confirms that LM serves as a crucial mediator, reinforcing established theoretical frameworks on student motivation and achievement. Institutions can leverage these insights by incorporating motivation-driven teaching strategies within the ELES curriculum. This research underscores the importance of LM in enhancing AO. While statistical model fit is essential, theoretical coherence remains paramount in evaluating educational models. Future studies should further explore motivational interventions to optimize student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study addresses the gap in culturally contextualized English language instruction in higher education, where teaching often overlooks students’ sociocultural backgrounds. The research aimed to develop and evaluate an English learning model integrating Rampak Bedug—a traditional Banten performance rich in Islamic values—using the Dick and Carey instructional design model combined with the Culture-Based Learning (CBL) approach. The model was implemented with second-semester students of the English Education Department at Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang during the 2024–2025 academic year. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, project documentation, and reflective journals. Instructional strategies incorporated visual and auditory media—such as videos, traditional costumes, and musical instruments—alongside group discussions, project-based writing, and reflective activities. Findings indicated improvements in students’ descriptive writing skills, digital literacy, and cultural awareness. The integration of Rampak Bedug fostered engagement by embedding values such as harmony, discipline, sincerity, and cooperation. Formative evaluations led to revisions in visual aids and linguistic scaffolding. Summative evaluations highlighted enhanced student collaboration, creativity, and reflective practice. In conclusion, this culturally grounded, multimodal instructional model supports communicative language learning while promoting professional development skills aligned with human resource management principles, such as teamwork and instructional planning. The model demonstrates strong potential for replication across educational levels and cultural settings in Indonesia, offering a transformative, socially relevant approach to English language pedagogy.

Abstract

Code-mixing has become increasingly prevalent among Generation Z, particularly in academic and social contexts. This study explored the types of code-mixing used by 8th-semester Gen Z students at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang, Indonesia, and examined the underlying reasons for this linguistic phenomenon. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through direct observation of students’ spoken interactions and open-ended interviews conducted at different times. Audio recordings of code-mixing utterances were documented and transcribed for analysis. A total of 177 code-mixing utterances were identified, consisting of three types: insertion (85.3%, 151 instances), alternation (14.7%, 26 instances), and congruent lexicalization (6.2%, 11 instances). The data suggest that insertion is the most dominant form of code-mixing among participants. Several reasons were identified for the frequent use of code-mixing. Students often engage in it unconsciously and see it as a way to improve their English language skills. Additionally, code-mixing is perceived to carry social prestige, making speakers feel confident, proud, and "cool." Social factors—such as peer influence, exposure to trends, and admiration of public figures—also contribute significantly to this behavior. The study reveals that code-mixing among Gen Z students is driven by both linguistic and sociocultural factors. These findings underscore the need to understand code-mixing not merely as a linguistic habit but as a socially influenced form of communication reflective of identity and group belonging.
