This research aims to determine the influence of advertising, price and display on purchasing decisions at Indomaret Betungan Bengkulu, whether they influence simultaneously or whether they influence each other together. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, namely research that uses mathematical models, theories and/or hypotheses related to natural phenomena. The sample in this study used an accidental sampling technique, where the population was sampled at Indomaret Betungan when the researcher conducted the research. There is an influence of advertising (X1) on the purchasing decision (Y) of Indomaret Betungan Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t count > t table (6.760>0.135) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, variable X influences purchasing decisions (Y). There is an influence of price (X2) on the purchasing decision (Y) of Indomaret Betungan Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05 and t count > t table (8.427>0.135) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, the variable X2 influences purchasing decisions (Y). There is an influence of display (X3) on the purchasing decision (Y) of Indomaret Betungan Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05 and t count > t table (6.909>0.135) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, variable X3 influences purchasing decisions (Y). Advertising, price and display together influence purchasing decisions with a value of Fsig < α where Fsig is 0.000 and the F count is 9.323, > F table 2.65.

Abstract

Increased competitive pressure, accelerated technological change, and changes in demographic structure. Growing awareness and recognition of the increasingly important role of human resources in an organization. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of role conflict and work stress on turnover among nurses at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression have the equation Y= 27.384-0.439 X1+0.156 X2+2.292 because the direction of the regression is positive, which means that if role conflict and work stress increase, turnover intentions will also increase. Role conflict is more influential than work stress, there is turnover intention because the role conflict regression value is -0.439 which is greater than the work stress regression value. Role conflict has a negative effect on turnover instruction, this is proven by the results of the t test showing t count > t table (-5.903 > 1.976) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Job stress has a positive effect on turnover, this is proven by the results of the t test showing tcount > ttable (3.128 > 1.976) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Role conflict and work stress have a joint and significant effect on turnover among nurses at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency, this is proven by the f test which shows the value of Fcount > Ftable (19.697 > 3.91) with a significance value of 0.000.

The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Equation Y = 10.788 + 1.277 X1 + 0.402 X2 + 0.229 X3 +e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the training variables (X1) and Competence (X2) and the work environment have a positive influence on employee performance (Y) at Satpol PP and damkar South Bengkulu Regency. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.819. This means that the value of training (X1) and the value of competence (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 81.9% while the remaining 19.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.
