Abstract

Bantimurung District, with a rice harvest area of 10,652 hectares, has an important role in Maros Regency. This research identified a number of main issues, such as farmers' behavior in efforts to improve environmental quality in the Bantimurung irrigation area, knowledge about wet agricultural ecosystems, attitudes towards irrigation, and motivation to protect the environment. This research aims to understand farmers' actions in increasing agricultural production and the environment in a sustainable way, and to measure the impact of various factors, both individually and as a whole. This research method is quantitative using a correlational approach.The research location was chosen using a purposive sampling method in the Bantimurung irrigation area, Maros Regency. The research results show that farmers' behavior in improving environmental quality in the Bantimurung irrigation area has so far only reached a moderate level. Community knowledge about wet agricultural ecosystems, the environment, attitudes towards irrigation, and motivation to protect the environment in these areas tend to be low

Abstract

Background: This research and development study aims to develop media in the form of learning videos on Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and to determine the feasibility of K3 learning videos in the Building Department of SMKN 5 Makassar.Methods: The development model used in this study is 4D (Four-D), namely the stages of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. In this case, the learning video feasibility assessment data collection was carried out using a questionnaire as the research instrument. This study further involved 2 material experts and 2 media experts to assess the feasibility of the video. Students were also involved in getting responses to the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) learning video. Results: This study obtained interactive learning media through research and development methods with 4-D (Four-D) model development. Another result obtained is interactive learning media in the form of learning videos on occupational safety and health subjects in the Buildings Department of SMK N 5 Makassar. Furthermore, the results of the feasibility level of learning videos according to the material experts obtained a value of 89.13% which is categorized as very feasible. Meanwhile, the media experts gave a feasibility level of 89.84%, which is categorized as very feasible. In addition, the student responses as the users of learning video media gave value of 89.89%, which is categorized as very good.Conclusion: Based on this research, it is concluded that interactive learning media in the form of learning videos on Occupational Safety and Health subjects in the Building Department od SMK N 5 Makassar are suitable for use as a learning resource for students in the Building Department of SMK N 5 Makassar.

Abstract

The main problem of this activity is based on the results of observations and discussions with electronics engineering teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Makassar. The problems faced in developing the competence possessed by teachers are due to the limited availability of special electropneumatic practicum equipment. This causes school difficulties in the process of implementing electropneumatic practicum learning activities due to the low competence of teachers in the field of electropneumatics. Therefore, training was conducted for productive teachers majoring in electronics engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Makassar so that teachers could develop their competence in the field of electropneumatics. The results achieved are that after this training, the teacher can understand the basic components of electropneumatics, apply Fluidim for simulation, be able to assemble electropneumatic control systems, be able to use various types of electropneumatic directional valves, be able to understand the application of various electropneumatic actuators, and be able to design operational sequences of control systems electropneumatic.

Abstract

One period that is quite important is when children enter elementary school. One of the things that can be introduced to elementary school children is the concept of ideals. Here, we can introduce and explain how the description of the profession can be his dream. Conventional learning that is often carried out by teachers in a classroom atmosphere tends to be teacher-centered, so that students become passive, bored, and lack motivation to achieve the goals given by the teacher. Therefore, a training was held on providing motivation for elementary school children by using the Ice Breaking Method for Students of SDN 32 Bacukiki Parepare, so that efforts to improve students' abilities to achieve the goals they dream of through the Ice Breaking Method are made the best use of to motivate themselves to continue their education and increase enthusiasm in the learning process.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) is entitled Training on Searching Teaching Materials from the Internet for Teachers. In the era of globalization, teachers should be more productive in developing teaching materials. Teachers must have broad insight in an effort to improve education. Teachers do not only transfer information/learning materials to students. The material taught by teachers must be varied and not only come from textbooks, but there is information as learning material that can be obtained through other sources. One source that can be used as a medium for searching for the latest information is the internet. The internet is not a rare item nowadays. Almost every time we use the internet in every activity to look for various reference materials and the information we need. Currently in Pangkep district, teachers certainly have a variety of learning media and teaching materials that are used in the teaching and learning process. Teachers can access very diverse information for their teaching materials. After carrying out the Training activity on Searching Teaching Materials from the Internet for Teachers in Pangkep Regency, it can be concluded as follows: The participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in this activity. After the implementing team carried out observations and evaluations, it was discovered that more than 80% of the participants had been able to prepare teaching materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce a video that can aid in the learning process, assess the viability of the film, and ascertain student reactions. This study employs the 4D (Four-D) development paradigm, which consists of the phases of define, design, develop, and disseminate. In order to collect replies to the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) learning film, students were also involved. The study's findings include: 1) interactive learning materials created through the research and development process, with the 4D (Four-D) development methodology utilized; 2) interactive learning materials in the form of instructional films for the Electronic Engineering Education FT UNM course on workplace safety and health, 3) Students' response as users of the learning video media was 95% with a very good category, while the study on the feasibility level of learning videos conducted by material experts obtained a feasibility level of 93% with a very feasible category and media experts obtained a feasibility level of 94% with a very feasible category. According to the findings of this study, students can benefit from using interactive learning materials in the form of instructional videos in the Occupational Safety and Health course in Electronic Engineering Education at FT UNM.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi teknologi guru melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Canva dalam pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif. Perubahan paradigma pendidikan di era digital menuntut guru untuk mampu memanfaatkan media pembelajaran visual yang menarik, komunikatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Namun, hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi desain digital, sehingga media pembelajaran yang digunakan sering bersifat konvensional dan kurang mendukung keterlibatan siswa secara optimal. Melalui program pelatihan ini, peserta diperkenalkan pada berbagai fitur Canva serta teknik pembuatan infografis, poster edukatif, slide interaktif, dan lembar kerja digital. Pendekatan pelatihan dilakukan melalui sesi teori, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan berbasis umpan balik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan guru dalam mendesain media ajar berbasis visual dan kemampuan mereka mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam memanfaatkan Canva sebagai alat kreativitas dan kolaborasi. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam penguatan literasi teknologi guru dan dapat menjadi model program pelatihan berkelanjutan di sekolah
