Abstract

Teacher certification is a government effort in improving teacher quality by increasing teacher welfare, so that it will improve the quality of learning and the quality of education in a sustainable manner. The implementation of teacher certification is carried out by a process and several stages. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is a decision making technique by carrying out the weighted sum of each performance rating on each alternative of all attributes and requiring the decision matrix normalization process. This method is one method that can carry out multiple criteria assessments and in detail uses a comprehensive thinking framework and hierarchical process considerations which then calculates the weight for each criterion in determining the effectiveness of teacher certification submission in accordance with the quota.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the scramble type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes on the theme Caring for Animals and Plants class II SDN 040515 Tiga Meeta for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative research type. To obtain the required data, a test instrument of 32 questions is required. The total research sample was 30 students. To determine students' initial abilities, researchers conducted a PreTest with an average score of 59.3 which fell into the category of not meeting the specified KKM. The results of the PostTest have improved from the PreTest results given previously with the average student score reaching 80 in the good category. It can be said that the level of success in student learning outcomes has increased as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation, which obtained rcount≥rtable results with results of 0.799≥0.361. The value obtained tcount>ttable (7.021> 1.697). So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the scramble type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (UU KIP) dalam pelayanan informasi publik di perguruan tinggi negeri. Perguruan tinggi negeri sebagai badan publik memiliki kewajiban untuk menyediakan informasi yang terbuka, akurat, dan dapat diakses oleh masyarakat. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pelaksanaan keterbukaan informasi di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi masih menghadapi berbagai kendala struktural dan teknis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi evaluatif, yang dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen pada salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi UU KIP di perguruan tinggi negeri belum berjalan secara optimal. Informasi yang disediakan masih terbatas pada data administratif dasar, sedangkan informasi strategis seperti laporan keuangan dan audit kelembagaan belum terbuka untuk publik. Beberapa kendala yang diidentifikasi antara lain keterbatasan kapasitas SDM PPID, belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, serta lemahnya budaya transparansi di lingkungan birokrasi kampus. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan sistem digital layanan informasi, peningkatan kompetensi petugas PPID, serta internalisasi nilai-nilai keterbukaan dalam kebijakan dan budaya institusi pendidikan tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara peraturan, struktur kelembagaan, dan komitmen organisasi dalam membangun pelayanan informasi publik yang efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Dharma Wanita Pertiwi Private Elementary School, Medan Selayang District and the research was focused on fourth grade students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of media images on student learning outcomes on the theme The Beauty of Diversity in My Country, Grade IV. This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes and also student interest in learning when teaching and learning activities take place. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with analytic descriptive method. The design used in this research is the one-group pretest-posttest design. The population used was class IV, with a sample of all fourth grade students at SD Dharma Wanita Pertiwi Private Elementary School. Based on the results of the study, the correlation coefficient value of R count 0.719> R table 0.396 means that there is a strong influence between media images on student learning outcomes. From the results of the t-test conducted, it can be concluded that there is an influence between media images on student learning outcomes of SD Dharma Wanita Pertiwi Private Elementary School.

Abstract

Abstrak: Study Action Class. The aim of this classroom action research is to determine the growth of student learning outcomes using a problem-based mathematics learning model for class IV SD Negeri 101824 Durin Simbelang. This research was carried out in 2 stages. The subjects were 27 grade IV students at SD Negeri 101824 Durin Simbelang. Data collection methods in this research include tests and observations. The research results show that the application of the problem-based learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IV students. This increase can be seen in the results of the initial test (pre-test), where 5 students (18.52%) obtained full marks, while 22 students (81.48%) did not complete, which is the average student score. study 57.03. In the post test stage of cycle I, it increased to 15 students (55.6%) and 12 students (44.4%) did not complete it, so the average student learning outcome was 74.22. In the second period post-test stage the number of students increased to 25 people (92.59%) and those who did not complete were 2 people (7.41%), and the average student score was 90.59. From the results obtained it can be seen It was concluded that using a mathematical problem-based learning model in class IV can improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Problem Based Learning Model , Results Study Mathematics , and Study Action Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran matematika berbasis masalah kelas IV SD Negeri 101824 Durin Simbelang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 101824 Durin Simbelang yang berjumlah 27 orang. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan datanya adalah tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV. Peningkatan tersebut tercermin dari hasil ujian pendahuluan (preliminary test), dimana 5 siswa (18,52%) mendapat nilai penuh, sedangkan 22 siswa (81,48%) gagal, yang merupakan nilai rata-rata seorang siswa. belajar 57.03. Pada tahap post test siklus I meningkat menjadi 15 siswa (55,6%) dan tidak tuntas sebanyak 12 siswa (44,4%) sehingga rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 74,22. Pada post-test periode kedua, jumlah siswa bertambah menjadi 25 orang (92,59%), dan tidak lulus ujian sebanyak 2 orang (7,41%), dan nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 90,59. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran matematika berbasis masalah di kelas IV dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Model Problem Based Learning, Hasil Belajar Matematika, dan Penelitian Tindakan

Abstract

This article describes the impact of bullying on students' social skills at SDN 066050 Medan Denai. The type of research study described in this study was quantitative survey research. A quantitative research study method can be defined as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism and used to examine certain populations or samples. The data collection technique used the instruments of the research. The subjects in the study involved the students of SD Negeri 066050 Medan Denai in the academic year of 2020/2021. Based on the results of the research obtained, the result showed that there was an effect of bullying on children's social skills at SD Negeri 066050 Medan Denai. The results of the study on the frequency of the bullying victim category showed that the students with having less bullying category were 29.6%, while the students with having high bullying category were 22.2%. And those who have a percentage in the bullying category frequency are enough at 18.5. Clearly, it could be concluded that the effect of bullying on children's social skills at SD Negeri 066050 Medan Denai with the category of bullying behaviour is low.

Abstract

The students’ low learning outcome was caused by both internal and external factors. The internal factors included a lack of interest and talents of the students and a lack of motivation from parents and the environment so that students were not enthusiastic about carrying out teaching and learning activities in their education. Meanwhile, the external factors could be seen from the learning strategy, the management of learning activities, and less varied methods and learning models. The external factors were also observed from the lack of other sources to assist the teaching and learning process at schools. Therefore, researchers initiated to find a solution for these problems. Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model was one of the interactive learning models that teachers could implement in the learning process. This model can draw students' real and clear understanding of the learning process they follow. The objectives of this research were to find out the influence of CTL Model on the students’ learning outcomes on the theme of “Daerah Tempat Tinggalku” at grade IV SD Negeri 091332 Raya Bayu. This research was the experimental research. The data were analyzed by the correlation coefficient test and T test. The results showed that the average pretest score in the experimental class was 58.5 and the average posttest score in the experimental class was 86.9. This was supported by the results of the correlation coefficient test which was 0.781, meaning (0.781) > (0.361). Thus, Ha was accepted. This implied that there was a significant influence of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Model on the students’ learning outcomes at grade IV-A SD Negeri 091332 Raya Bayu. The results of t-test also revealed 6.621 > 1.701, meaning that the hypothesis Ha was accepted. This confirmed that Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model significantly influenced the students’ learning outcomes on the theme of “Daerah Tempat Tinggalku” at grade IV-A SD Negeri 091332 Raya Bayu in the academic year 2019/2020.
