Abstract

Abstrak ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalis pengaruh etos kerja, kompensasi dan pengembangan karir pada kinerja PT. Indofood sangat bergantung pada kimerja karyawan yang tinggi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasionalnya pada etos kerja yang ada di PT Indofood saat ini, karyawan masih belum memiliki etos kerja yang baik yang terlihat dari karyawan masih melakukan pelanggaran dalam peraturan dan absensi karyawan yang masih sering terjadi. Pemberian kompensasi sesuai dengan harapan akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Pada pemberian kompensasi di PT Indofood masih belum sesuai dengan harapan karyawan. Karyawan terutama bagian penjualan dan administrasi sering mendapat uang lembur dan gaji yang kurang sesuai dengan masa kerja maupun upah lembur yang di harapkan. Promosi jabatan maupun mutase pada pengembangan karir sangat di perlukan di Perusahaan. Oleh karena itu pengembangan karir akan membuat karyawan merasa memiliki semangat kerja karena mendapatkan promosi jika memiliki kinerja yang baik. Pada pengembangan karir di PT Indofood memiliki jenjang promosi bagi karyawan yang kinerja baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah 150 orang dengan simple random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pada hasil penelitian secara simultan maupun parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel etos kerja, kompensasi dan pengembangan karir secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze PT Semestanustra Distrindo's marketing data to identify the factors that impact customer choice in relation to advertising, personal selling, and brand recognition. Customers of PT Semestanustra Distrindo, the precise count of whom is not known, make up the population under study. Surveys were sent out to gather data, which was then processed and evaluated using SPSS 21. Results from hypothesis testing reveal that brand awareness, personal selling, and advertising are the three independent variables at PT Semestanustra Distrindo that influence purchase choices, proving that variable 1). A favorable and statistically significant relationship exists between brand awareness and purchase behavior, 2). Personal selling influences consumers' choices to buy in a favorable and statistically significant way, 3. There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between advertising and consumer spending (4). Decisions to buy at PT Semestanustra Distrindo are impacted by advertising, personal selling, and brand recognition all at once. Brand awareness, personal selling, and advertising impact purchase choices at PT Semestanustra Distrindo by 51.7%, according to the coefficient of determination. The remaining 48.3% is influenced by other factors that were not explored in this study. At 39.1%, personal selling is the most influential component when it comes to purchase choices.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze how digital payment methods, discounts, and product quality influence purchasing decisions among consumers at PT. Kiat Atek Sukses Mandiri. Data was gathered through questionnaires distributed to an unspecified number of consumers from PT. Atek Sukses Mandiri's population, then processed and tested using SPSS 21 software. The hypothesis testing results indicate that all variables examined—digital payment methods, discounts, and product quality—have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This holds true both individually and simultaneously. The combined contribution of these three variables to purch|asing decisions is 60%, leaving the remaining 40% influenced by other factors not within the scope of this research. Among the three, product quality emerged as the most significantly influential factor, contributing 43.7% of the total observed influence.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Safety, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Sawit Sukses Sejati. The method used is a survey technique and filling out a questionnaire on all employees of PT. Sawit Sukses Sejati. The number of samples in this study was 74 employees. The results of the analysis of the hypothesis of this study are t count more than t table which is 5.256 less than 1.967 and the significance value is 0.001 less than 0.005, the value of t count more than t table or 4.02 more than 1.967 and the significance value is 0.001 less than 0.005, the value of t count more than t table or 3.538 more than 1.967 and the significance value is 0.001 less than 0.005. So it can be interpreted that the three independent variables affect the dependent variable. This means that safety, motivation, and work discipline affect the performance of an employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess how work discipline, communication, and work stress affect the work performance of staff at PT. Kopi Khas Sumatera. Workers are an important part of achieving business goals, so it is very important to understand things about staff work results. The success of a company not only depends on strategy or capital but also on how optimal employees perform in their respective roles. Therefore, performance is a critical aspect to monitor and evaluate. Information obtained from distributing questionnaires has been tested for validity and accuracy of information. The validity test shows that all items have a calculated r-value greater than 0.213, indicating that all questionnaire statements are valid. Meanwhile, the information straightness test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method shows a normal distribution of information, with a significant number of 0.200 which exceeds the threshold of 0.05. From multiple linear regression analysis, the formula Y = 2.067 + 0.310X₁ + 0.304X₂ + 0.445X₃ is obtained. This model indicates that work discipline (X₁), communication (X₂), and work stress (X₃) all positively influence staff work performance (Y). The F-calculated value of 98.024 is significantly greater than the F-table value of 2.72, and the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. These findings confirm that all three independent variables simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. The study concludes that improving discipline, maintaining effective communication, and managing stress levels are essential strategies to enhance employee productivity. Managers should create supportive work environments and develop communication channels that encourage collaboration and stress resilience.

Abstract

Kelurahan Belawan Bahari merupakan daerah pesisir yang kaya dengan hasil laut salah satunya kerang. Pemanfaatan kerang masih terbatas pada konsumsi dagingnya sedangkan cangkang kerang belum dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat karena dianggap tidak berguna dan tidak bermanfaat sehingga banyak berserakan dan menjadi limbah di lingkungan masyarakat. Agar dapat bernilai ekonomis salah satu pemanfaatan yang dilakukan dengan membuat souvenir dengan tujuan agar mengurangi limbah, membuka lapangan kerja dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, bahwa masyarakat mampu membuat barang-barang kerajinan (souvenir) dengan memanfaatkan cangkang kerang yang ada di lingkungan mereka.

Abstract

Financial Literacy is knowledge, skills and beliefs that influence attitudes and behavior to improve the quality of decision making and financial management to achieve community welfare. Implementing financial education in order to increase public financial literacy is very necessary because based on a survey conducted by the OJK in 2022, the financial literacy index of the Indonesian population is 49.68 percent, an increase compared to 2013, 2016 and 2019 which were only 21.84 percent each. , 29.70 percent, and 38.03 percent. Service activities were carried out at Karya Utama Private High School Jl. Education No. 23 Marindal Satu, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra was held on May 20 2024. This activity is a form of socialization and special training for students of Karya Utama Private High School Jl. Education No. 23 Marindal Satu, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra so that they can have financial literacy skills as an effort to build intelligent character in managing finances in Karya Utama High School students.

Abstract

Ameri Jasa Antares Andalan adalah perusahaan jasa keamanan yang tengah mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan, ditandai dengan menurunnya kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, dan kemampuan menyelesaikan tugas. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya ketelitian, keterlambatan, serta manajemen waktu dan keterampilan kerja yang tidak optimal. Penurunan kinerja diduga dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung (pencahayaan, suhu, hubungan antar karyawan), rendahnya disiplin (sering terlambat dan absen), serta stres kerja akibat tekanan dan tuntutan berlebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin, dan stres terhadap kinerja karyawan. Seluruh populasi karyawan sebanyak 97 orang dijadikan sampel (sampel jenuh). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Ameri Jasa Antares Andalan Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline, communication and competence on employee performance at PT. Capella Medan Daihatsu. Researchers took the population in this study as many as 230 employees. The number of samples in this study were 107 employees. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The results showed that simultaneously work discipline, communication and competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Capella Medan Daihatsu and partially work discipline, communication and competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Capella Medan. Daihatsu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Oleochem & Soap Industri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 178 karyawan, dan sampel berjumlah 123 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh hasil secara parsial kepemimpinan, kepuasan, dan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Oleochem & Soap Industri. Hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai Fhitung (23,324) > Ftabel (2,68) dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, berarti bahwa secara simultan kepemimpinan, kepuasan dan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Oleochem & Soap Industri.
