Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Kilang Kecap Angsa, knowing the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Kilang Kecap Angsa, knowing the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kilang Kecap Angsa and to know the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Kilang Kecap Angsa. This research is a quantitative description research using a questionnaire instrument carried out with a total population of all employees of PT. Kilang Kecap Angsa involved 314 people using the slovin formula sampling technique, so a sample of 75 people was obtained. The results of the study partially obtained the value of the t statistic coefficient of leadership style is 2,317 and a t table value of 1,992 where t statistic > t table (2,317 > 1,992) with a sig value <0.05 (0.023 <0.05), the t statistic coefficient value of work motivation is 3,656 and the t table value is 1,992, where t statistic > t table (3,656 > 1,992) with a sig value <0.05 (0,000 <0.05), the t statistic coefficient value of work discipline is 8,035 and the t table value is 1,992 where t statistic > t table (8,035 > 1,992) with a sig value <0,05 (0,000 <0, 05). Furthermore, simultaneously the F statistic value of the variable Leadership style, work motivation and work discipline are 71,736 F table value of 2,493 where F statistic > F table (71,736 > 2,493) with a sig value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The adjusted RSquare value is 0.741 or adjusted R2 x 100% of 74.10%, meaning that the research independent variables make a very large contribution in explaining employee performance by 74.10% while the remaining 25.90% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the application of the reward, incentive, and punishment methods affect the performance of employees at PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population in this sample in this study consists of 53 employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The use of data analysis will use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial hypothesis testing obtained a t-count > t-table or 4.380>2.009 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so partially the reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi employees. The results of the partial hypothesis testing obtained a t-count > t-table or 2.226 > 2.009 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so partially the incentive has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi employees. The results of the partial hypothesis testing obtained a t-count > t-table or 4.478 > 2.009 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so partially it can be concluded that punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi employees. The test results obtained an F-count (28.486) > F-table (2.79) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05 means that simultaneously rewards, incentives, and punishment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi employees.

Abstract

Prosedur adalah kegiatan yang di lakukan secara berurutan untuk menjalankan suatu transaksi yang baik dan benar. Didalam prosedur ada bebarapa pembagian tugas yaitu siapa yang harus mengerjakan, siapa yang memeriksa dan siapa yang menyetujui. kredit ialah sebuah jenis pinjaman baik itu uang maupun barang yang harus dibayarkan kembali beserta bunganya oleh pinjaman sesuai dengan perjanjian yang disepakati bersama.Adapun tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis prosedur penjualan rumah secara kredit, Objek dari penelitian ini adalah PT.Ana Indo Perkasa Dumai, pengambilan data di lakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada bendahara PT.Ana Indo Perkasa. Data yang di dapat di analisis dengan metode kualitatif yaitu menggambarkan keadaan atau fenomena dan hasil yang di dapat berupa data wawancara dilapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur untuk penjualan rumah secara kredit pada PT.indo Ana Perkasa sangat jelas dan mudah di pahami setelah menggunakan flowchart.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at RSU Royal Prima Marelan. The population of this study was 240 and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in 71 respondents. The method in this research is a quantitative technique. The data collection techniques used were surveys and questionnaires. For data analysis techniques in this research, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, T tests, F tests and coefficient of determination (R2) tests were used using SPSS Windows version 21.0. Based on the research results, it shows that the results of the t test for the Leadership Style variable (X1) do not have a partially significant effect on employee performance with a Sig value. 0.121 > 0.05, the Work Environment variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Sig. 0.010 < 0.05, and the Work Discipline variable (X3) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that Leadership Style, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at RSU Royal Prima Marelan with a sig value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This research has a background to achieve the author's goal, namely to study and explain the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Opal Coffee Indonesia. The results obtained by researchers in the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance in the company are not maximized enough. Therefore, research is carried out using scientific methods. Simple random sampling is a method that researchers use to select samples from a simple random population type. Thus the number of respondents studied was 50 employees at PT. Opal Coffee Indonesia. The first process is done by measuring the answers to sample data using validity tests and reliability tests. Furthermore, the results of the data test are measured by the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing using the t test partially, simultaneous F test and multiple linear regression test. The results in this study, partially there is a work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Opal Coffee Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Medan Branch. The population of this study was 152 and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula to obtain results of 61 respondents. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. For data analysis techniques in this research using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, F tests, T tests, and coefficient of determination tests (R2) using SPSS version 25. Based on the research results, it shows that the test results t the Organizational Culture variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on employee performance, the Work Environment (X2) has no partial significant effect on employee performance, and Work Discipline (X3) has a partially significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on PT Employee Performance. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Medan Branch with a sig value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of digital marketing, brand awareness and sales promotion on purchasing decisions for Lenovo Laptops at PT Dayamega Pratama. The phenomenon studied in this study includes digital marketing because many companies currently rely on sales using digital marketing. And what is interesting in the sales promotion of a product in the absence of promotion can be sold and how much influence sales promotion has on purchasing decisions. Simple random sampling was used as a sampling method. The sample used as many as 151 people. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. In partial data testing, digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on purchasing decisions for Lenovo Laptops at PT Dayamega Pratama. In the simultaneous data analysis test, the digital marketing, brand awareness and sales promotion variables showed a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Lenovo Laptops at PT Dayamega Pratama.

Abstract

Kelurahan Belawan Bahari merupakan daerah pesisir yang kaya dengan hasil laut salah satunya kerang. Pemanfaatan kerang masih terbatas pada konsumsi dagingnya sedangkan cangkang kerang belum dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat karena dianggap tidak berguna dan tidak bermanfaat sehingga banyak berserakan dan menjadi limbah di lingkungan masyarakat. Agar dapat bernilai ekonomis salah satu pemanfaatan yang dilakukan dengan membuat souvenir dengan tujuan agar mengurangi limbah, membuka lapangan kerja dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, bahwa masyarakat mampu membuat barang-barang kerajinan (souvenir) dengan memanfaatkan cangkang kerang yang ada di lingkungan mereka.

Abstract

PT Multi Medika Labolatory merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor alat-alat labolatorium Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh  Kepuasan Pelanggan, Distribusi dan Personal Selling terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Multi Medika Labolatory. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 208 pelanggan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 68 pelanggan. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi.  Hasil pengujian secara parsial diperoleh  nilai thitung > ttabel atau 3,710 > 1,998 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,000 < 0,05, berarti bahwa Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Multi Medika Labolatory. Hasil pengujian secara parsial diperoleh  nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,675 > 1,998 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,009 < 0,05, berarti Distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Multi Medika Labolatory. Hasil pengujian secara parsial diperoleh  nilai thitung > ttabel atau 3,173 > 1,998 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,002 < 0,05, berarti Personal Selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Multi Medika Labolatory.Hasil pengujian secara simultan diperoleh  nilai F hitung (18,398) > F tabel (2,75) dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, berarti Kepuasan Pelanggan, Distribusi dan Personal Selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Multi Medika Labolatory.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are businesses that have a fairly high role, especially in Indonesia, which is still classified as a developing country. With the large number of MSMEs, there will be more job opportunities for the unemployed. In addition, MSMEs can be used as a source of income, especially in rural areas and low-income households. Lack of knowledge about the taxation and bookkeeping system for MSMEs is one of the reasons why MSME actors in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency are reluctant to calculate, pay and report their income. In the socialization carried out by the PKM team, it was found that almost all MSME actors in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency did not understand and did not know how to calculate, pay and report taxes on MSMEs. In addition, MSME actors also still do not use a good bookkeeping system to support MSME business records. The PKM team intends to carry out PKM activities with an approach method through counseling and socialization regarding the taxation and bookkeeping system for MSMEs. Through this PKM activity, it is hoped that it will be beneficial for MSME in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency in the form of increasing knowledge and understanding related to the taxation and bookkeeping systems for MSME.
