This study focuses on analyzing the impact of religiosity and subjective norms on the interest of Generation Z in cash waqf. The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of generation Z in expanding interest in cash waqf as well as to see the role of waqf institutions as the main media in helping generation Z to make cash waqf. The method used is a quantitative research method. This study uses two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data through library research such as journals, books, theses and others to strengthen the arguments in this study. The results showed that religiosity had a positive and significant impact on the interest of Generation Z in cash waqf. While subjective norms have a positive and insignificant effect on the interest of generation z in cash waqf.

This study aims to determine the management audit of the revenue sharing system at PT. BNI Syariah Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive method where company data regarding management audit of financing and profit sharing systems and other data supporting research is collected and then the data is described and whether it is in accordance with PSAK 105 concerning Mudharabah Accounting. The object of the research is PT.BNI Syariah Makassar. The results of the study show that BNI Syariah Makassar is not fully in accordance with PSAK 105, because there are differences in terms of the distribution of business profits where BNI Syariah still uses the principle of revenue sharing while in PSAK 105 uses the principle of profit sharing or profit sharing.

Preventive action by closing or prohibiting something that is basically permissible to prevent mafsadah or damage that is feared to occur if this is allowed. Thus sometimes people translate the meaning of the concept of sadd al-żarāi '. Lots of books or papers that explain this rule and its application, ranging from food problems such as the prohibition of selling food products that are not equipped with a halal label from the MUI and a list of POM numbers which basically sell food and medicine is including muamalah that is allowed in Islam, however, because it is feared that it contains substances that are forbidden or contain chemicals that are harmful to the body, so it is prohibited.Keywords: Sadd Al-Zarai 'Concept, Actualization, Transaction

This study discusses the development of Islamic financial institutions in the era of globalization, including the opportunities and challenges they face. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, which focuses on the analysis of secondary data from relevant literature. The results of the study indicate that Islamic financial institutions have great potential to continue to develop and make more significant contributions to society by understanding the dynamics of globalization and implementing appropriate strategies in optimizing their role in an inclusive and sustainable global financial system.

This study describes halal tourism in Muslim minority areas. Halal tourism is an industry currently developing in developed countries, not only in Muslim-majority countries but also in Muslim-minority countries. According to the Global Muslim Travel Index in 2019, Indonesia rose to the top position as a tourist destination. The coronation of Indonesia as the world’s best halal tourism destination is a new wind of optimism for stakeholders in the halal tourism sector. The Ministry of Tourism continues to expand the scope of priority halal tourist destinations. LPPOM MUI, as an institution that focuses on handling halal certification no less agile in conducting halal certification in tourist destinations. However, the development of halal tourism in several areas has been rejected by residents. This study examines the effect of halal tourism and facilities for Muslim tourists visiting Muslim minority areas. The research method used is qualitative by using observation, interviews, documentation, and in the final stage by concluding. This study found that halal tourism in North Toraja was initially rejected due to a lack of socialization in the community. It causes public misunderstanding regarding halal tourism policies. Halal tourism services still need to be improved, from the availability of halal food, worship facilities, water and bathrooms, and religious harmony. Therefore, the development of halal tourism needs to be a concern for the government.

ABSTRAK Fokus penelitian ini membahas tentang program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional kepada salah satu mustahik zakat yakni Ibnu Sabil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, yaitu metode yang akan menghasilkan data deskriptif, berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik interview (wawancara), dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian Badan Amil Zakat Nasional mempunyai program khusus yang terkait dengan ibnu sabil yaitu Program Konter Layanan Mustahik (KLM). Hanya saja, dalam program KLM bantuan yang disalurkan kepada ibnu sabil berbentuk hibah (program karitas). Sehingga yang tersentuh oleh program ini terbatas kepada kategori ibnu sabil yang mengadakan perjalanan bukan di negerinya, dan belum menyentuh musafir yang mengadakan perjalanan di negerinya sendiri seperti anak jalanan, tunawisma, dan anak-anak miskin yang terkena narkoba. Fokus pembahasan ini menyangkut tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dan etos kerja perspektif syari’ah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran terkait hubungan antara manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan etos kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, dimana penulis mengkaji buku-buku terkait permasalah diatas. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sangat mempengaruhi etos kerja.

Pengetahuan tentang manajemen pengelolaan tanah wakaf melalui sosialisasi nazhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan peran nazhir dalam pengelolaan wakaf yang terjadi pada Kelurahan Mangasa. Pengelolaan wakaf yang terdapat di kelurahan mangasa dipengaruhi oleh keaktifan sumber daya manusia. Jenis penelitian in bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang didapat adalah Nazhir yang berada di Kelurahan Mangasa. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kebanyakan nazhir tidak melaporkan hasil sertifikat yang telah ia dapatkan pada KUA kecamatan Tamalate kota Makassar.Kata kunci : wakaf, manajemen, pengelolaan, nazhir.

Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuaan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, nilai tukar, bi rate dan pandemic covid 19 terhadap tabungan mudharabah pada Bank Umum Syariah Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan. Naskah masuk: Direvisi: Dipublikasikan: Metodologi: penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data Time Series. Data yang digunakan pada[enelitian ini adalah data sekunder . populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data inflasi, nilai tukar, bi rate dan covid 19. Adapun populasi bank pada penelitian ini adalah bank umum Syariah yang terdaftar di otoritas jasa keuangan. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Hasil: secara parsial variabel inflasi dan covid 19 berpengaruh positif terhadap tabungan mudharabah pada bank umus Syariah Indonesia sementara variabel nilai tukar dan bi rate berpengaruh negative terhadap tabungan mudharabah. Secara simultan inflasi, nilai tukar dan covid 19 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tabungan mudharabah sedangkan bi rate berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tabungan mudharabah. Keterbatasan Penelitian: penelitian ini hanya mengkaji factor eksternal yang mempengaruhi jumlah tabungan mudharabah di bank umum Syariah dan tidak mengkaji factor-faktor internal yang bias saja mempengaruhi jumlah tabungan mudharabah. Orisinalitas: penelitian ini memmbahkan variabel covid 19 sebagai variabel independent yang tentunya memberikan perbedaan dengan penelitian lainnya, serta perbedaan rentang waktu yang digunakan,

Background. The management of waqf in Sumpang Mango village is the same as the management of waqf in general Indonesia. The waqf in this village is accommodated by the KUA of Pitu Riawa and the village government of Sumpang Mango. Aim. This study aims to examine and determine the strategic description of the management and utilization of waqf land in the village of Sumpang Mango. Methods. The method used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. Results. The results obtained from this research are that the management of waqf in Sumpang Mango village is already semi-professional and administrative issues are quite good. What needs to be emphasized is the socialization of waqf from the KUA Pitu Riawa or other parties.
