Abstract

Land waqf in Indonesia holds significant potential for economic empowerment; however, its predominantly conventional management practices have limited its contribution to broader development goals. This study aims to formulate comprehensive strategic priorities, based on expert evaluations, to enhance the sustainable effectiveness of land waqf management. The research employs the Analytic Network Process (ANP), a method that enables the analysis of interdependencies among decision elements using expert input. The results reveal notable differences in emphasis among expert groups. Regulators identify regulatory issues as the primary challenge (0.303) and the most critical solution area (0.321), with regulatory strengthening emerging as the top strategic priority (0.272). Academics consider nazhir-related issues as the central problem (0.344), advocating balanced empowerment of both wakif and nazhir (each 0.285), supported by strategies focused on enhancing waqf literacy and optimizing asset management (each 0.342). Practitioners also emphasize the role of nazhir (0.308) and prioritize capacity-building solutions for nazhir (0.311), proposing a comprehensive strategy encompassing waqf literacy, regulatory reinforcement, and asset optimization (each 0.270). These findings underscore the need for a multidimensional approach to waqf asset optimization—one that integrates institutional development, educational initiatives, and policy reform. The study highlights the critical importance of collaboration among regulators, academics, and practitioners to establish an effective, professional, and productive land waqf management system.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Implementasi Pembiayaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Mikro Syariah dalam Pengembangan Usaha Mikro (Studi Kasus pada BSI KC Kendari Abd Silondae 2)” bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana pelaksanaan Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah pada BSI KC Kendari Abd Silondae 2 dan bagaimana peran Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah dalam Pengembangan Usaha Mikro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari metode penelitian ini diperoleh informan yang terdiri dari para pegawai BSI KC Kendari Abd Silondae 2 yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah serta beberapa nasabah Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah pada BSI KC Kendari Abd Silondae 2. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa implementasi Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah pada BSI KC Kendari Abd Silondae 2 berjalan dengan baik dan tidak ditemukan adanya pembiayaan macet. Prosedur Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah pada BSI KC Kendari Abd Silondae 2 dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu: tahap pengajuan pembiayaan, tahap BI Checking, tahap survei, tahap analisis pembiayaan, tahap pemberian putusan pembiayaan, tahap pencairan/akad pembiayaan, tahap monitoring, disertai pertimbangan kaidah syariah. Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah berperan membantu siklus usaha mikro tetap berjalan, perputaran usaha lancar, omzet usaha meningkat, serta dapat mengembangkan usaha nasabah lebih dari satu jenis. Dalam rangka optimalisasi implementasi Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah pada BSI KC Kendari Abd Silondae 2, diharapkan pihak bank dan pemerintah daerah mengoptimalkan sosialisasi mengenai KUR Mikro Syariah agar masyarakat luas mengenal dan memahami maksud dan tujuan Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah. Perlu adanya kerja sama antara bank dan pemerintah daerah sehingga tercipta sinergitas dalam pengelolaan Pembiayaan KUR Mikro Syariah. Kepada pelaku usaha mikro untuk tidak mencampur adukkan penggunaan dana KUR Mikro Syariah dengan kebutuhan konsumsi agar pemanfaataan lebih bijak dan efisien sehingga dapat dirasakan hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to optimize efforts to increase awareness of muzakki to pay zakat in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Makassar City. This research uses qualitative research. The data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data. The results of research conducted regarding Optimizing Efforts to Increase Awareness of Muzakki issuing zakat at Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Makassar were obtained in order to optimize efforts carried out by implementing management strategies as a form of optimizing long-term and short-term efforts by analyzing opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses which are owned. Strategy management goes through three stages, namely formulation, implementation and evaluation. At the formulation stage, the vision mission and objectives of the institution are formulated, which are implemented at the head office. The results of the formulation of the vision and mission are implemented in branch offices throughout Indonesia, including Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Makassar City, Indonesia.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine the priority scale regarding the eligibility of Moncongloe Lappara village to receive zakat funds. This study uses a mixed method research approach, which combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Quantitative data was obtained through IDZ measurements based on five main dimensions: economy, education, health, social, and da'wah, while qualitative data was collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the social conditions of the community.The IDZ calculation results obtained by the researcher in Moncongloe Lappara Village were 0.57, which is classified as “fairly good.” The details of each dimension index are as follows: the economic dimension scored 0.38. The health dimension scored 0.67, the education dimension scored 0.75, the social dimension scored 0.60, and the da'wah dimension scored 0.54. This shows that Moncongloe Lappara Village can be considered or has the opportunity to receive assistance from zakat funds, especially to improve the welfare of villagers in terms of economy. The main program recommendations prioritized for implementation in the Moncongloe Lappara Village community are the establishment of an integrated creative industry community, the provision of a flea market, the provision of a sharia cooperative or other types of financial institutions, assistance, and financing for MSMEs.

Abstract

This study analyzes the optimization of immovable waqf assets in the development of the Babul Khaer Islamic Boarding School in Bulukumba Regency. The purpose of the study is to identify efforts made by the Islamic boarding school in managing immovable waqf assets and analyze their impact on the development of the Islamic boarding school. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that optimization efforts were carried out through: (1) increasing the capacity of nazhir through waqf management training, (2) implementing digital platforms and periodic audits for transparency, (3) collaboration with Islamic Financial Institutions, and (4) intensive socialization to increase community participation. The impact of optimization is seen in three aspects of Islamic boarding school development: improving the quality of education through facility construction, improving the institution's reputation through accountable governance, and increasing community participation in supporting the waqf program. It is concluded that professional and collaborative waqf asset management is key to encouraging sustainable Islamic boarding school development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT- This study presents two research questions, namely: first, What are the factors that influence the level of fanaticism towards Lemonilo Noodles? Second, What is the Islamic jurisprudence's view on Korean Wave endorsements in increasing Lemonilo Noodle sales? The phenomenological research approach is combined with qualitative research methodology in this study. Primary data or data obtained directly from primary sources is the data source used in this study. Information collection was carried out using interview and documentation strategies. The results of this study conclude that Lemonilo has succeeded in building a fanatical attitude among the young Muslim generation in Makassar by using Korean artist endorsements that are widely liked by the young generation in Indonesia. This phenomenon provides valuable lessons on how a product can build consumer loyalty, especially Muslim consumers, without ignoring sharia aspects or contemporary trends. The implications of this study are: (1) this study enriches the study of halal product marketing that successfully integrates Korean Wave endorsement strategies while still paying attention to Islamic values. (2) Lemonilo's success in building Muslim consumer loyalty without sacrificing religious aspects can be a reference model for other companies targeting similar markets. (3) demonstrates the ability of the young Muslim generation in Makassar to adopt modern trends while maintaining Islamic values. Keywords: Endorsement, Korean Wave, K-Pop, Fanaticism, Mie Lemonilo

Abstract

Pengelolaan zakat harus dibangun atas nilai-nilai Islami, baik itu dari tataran perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan (penghimpunan dan pendistribusian), maupun pengawasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen zakat pada BAZNAS Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen zakat Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Makassar sudah baik namun perlu dicarikan solusi kongkrit dari kendala-kendala yang dihadapi.
