One of the learning adaptation processes in the revolutionary era of 4.0 is digital and interactive-based student worksheets (LKPD). LKPDs are more innovative and can be packaged in online form or can be called Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD). This paper aims to conduct a need analysis of E-LKPD based on live worksheets in science natural learning subjects at class V SD. The research was conducted at SDN 87 Palembang. Data collection uses a questionnaire with qualitative data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. The data that need to be analyzed regarding the use of the teaching materials are the implementation of teaching and learning material through the evaluation system and the supporting factors. The research results of the need analysis imply that 46.9% answered that the learning method that was frequently used was discussion or question and answer. In addition, 84.4% of students answered that they had difficulty understanding natural science learning subjects in the class. A total of 78.1% of students stated that they really needed live worksheet-based E-LKPD teaching materials in the learning process in the class. Subsequently, 75% of students strongly agree that the use of the E-LKPD is equipped with interesting pictures, videos, audio, and questions. Hence, E-LKPD based on Liveworksheets can be used as an alternative electronic teaching material.

Abstract: Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in toddlers due to malnutrition due to age which has an impact on intelligence, disease susceptibility, lowers productivity levels to inhibit economic growth, poverty, and disease. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between ANC visits, LBW, and mother's attitude about the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 months at the Teluk Pakedai District Health Center, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province in 2022. The design of this study used a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study were 68 respondents with a sampling technique using random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Researchers used the Chi Square test. Based on the research on the frequency distribution of stunting incidence in toddlers aged 24-59 months at the Teluk Pakedai District Health Center in 2022, the shorter category was more dominant, namely 60 respondents (43.1%), the main visits were 49 respondents (72.1%), the majority 47 respondents (69.1%) who do not have LBW, and the most important thing is the number of mothers' attitudes about nutrition, namely 51 respondents (75%). Statistically there was a relationship between ANC visits (P value = 0.005;OR= 10,846), history of LBW (P value = 0.009; OR= 9,000), and mother's attitude about nutrition (P value = 0.020;OR= 6,667) with the incidence of stunting in children under five. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between ANC visits, LBW, and maternal attitudes about nutrition with the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 months at the Teluk Pakedai District Health Center, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province in 2022. Suggestions for further researchers are expected that the results of this study can be a source of information. and science and reference material for further researchers and developed by examining other variables so that more information is obtained about good nutrition to prevent stunting in toddlers.Abstrak: Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis karena usianya yang berdampak pada kecerdasan, kerentanan terhadap penyakit, menurunkan tingkat produktivitas untuk menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi, kemiskinan, dan penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan kunjungan ANC, BBLR, dan sikap ibu tentang gizi dengan kejadian Stunting pada balita usia 24-59 bulan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Teluk Pakedai Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tahun 2022. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 68 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Instrumen penelitian dengan kuesioner. Peneliti menggunakan uji Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian distribusi frekuensi gambaran kejadian stunting pada balita usia 24-59 bulan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Teluk Pakedai tahun 2022 bahwa kategori pendek lebih dominan yaitu 60 responden (43.1%), mayoritas standar kunjungan yaitu sebanyak 49 responden (72,1%), mayoritas yang tidak bblr adalah 47 responden (69,1%), dan mayoritas adanya sikap ibu tentang gizi yaitu sebanyak 51 responden (75%). Secara uji statistik ada hubungan kunjugan ANC (P value = 0,005;OR=10,846), riwayat BBLR (P value = 0,009;OR 9,000), dan sikap ibu tentang gizi (P value = 0,020;OR = 6,667) dengan kejadian Stunting pada balita. Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan kunjungan ANC, BBLR, dan sikap ibu tentang gizi dengan kejadian Stunting pada balita usia 24-59 bulan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Teluk Pakedai Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tahun 2022. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan dan bahan acuan bagi peneliti selanjutnya dan dikembangkan dengan meneliti variabel - variabel lainnya sehingga lebih banyak informasi yang diperoleh tentang gizi yang baik untuk mencegah stunting pada balita.

Kesetaraan gender merupakan prinsip dasar dalam perlindungan hak asasi manusia dan pencapaian pembangunan yang inklusif. Namun, diskriminasi berbasis gender masih menjadi tantangan global yang kompleks dan multidimensional. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya promosi kesetaraan gender serta strategi penghapusan diskriminasi terhadap kelompok rentan, khususnya perempuan. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dan studi pustaka, artikel ini mengkaji bentuk-bentuk diskriminasi gender yang terjadi dalam bidang pendidikan, ketenagakerjaan, dan partisipasi politik. Ditemukan bahwa ketimpangan struktural, budaya patriarki, serta lemahnya implementasi kebijakan menjadi faktor utama yang menghambat terciptanya keadilan gender. Artikel ini juga mengulas berbagai inisiatif nasional dan internasional dalam mendorong kesetaraan, termasuk pendidikan gender, advokasi hukum, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa promosi kesetaraan gender membutuhkan sinergi lintas sektor dan perubahan paradigma di tingkat masyarakat. Dengan demikian, penghapusan diskriminasi gender bukan hanya tanggung jawab negara, tetapi juga memerlukan partisipasi aktif dari seluruh elemen masyarakat. This service aims to find out the implementation of the Religious Values and Humanitarian Values Strategy in THK in various aspects at the company PT. JNE. This service also uses the Socialization method, designing a simulation regarding service utilization, Testing the results of a technical design on how to serve a THK based customer. Implementation is already in PT policy. JNE which has religious and human values at THK includes: the existence of a tangible company, reliable in accommodating consumers, fast response in responding to consumer complaints, insurance for employees and consumers and empathy for consumers which indicates maintaining the existence of the company's relationship with society at large. by serving wholeheartedly and best for the blessing of God.

Tanaman Krisan (Chrysanthemum morifolium) merupakan tanaman hias yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Pupuk organik cair dari limbah organik mengandung unsur hara cukup tinggi berpotensi dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang terbaik dari limbah sayur terhadap pertumbuhan krisan. Desain yang digunakan adalah Rangcangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan sehingga terdapat 24 unit dalam ulangan percobaan. Perlakuan pupuk cair berupa 0 ml (K0), 5 ml (K1), 10 ml (K2), 15 ml (K3), 20 ml (K4), dan 25 ml (K5). Parameter pertumbuhan yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), dan panjang daun (cm). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA One-way dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk organik cair dengan konsentrasi 15 ml/L air menghasilkan tanaman tertinggi dan konsentrasi 5 ml/L air (K1) menghasilkan jumlah daun terbanyak.

In spreading Islam to all corners of the world, da'wah became one of the contributors to spreading this so that Islam became a religion that was embraced and believed in by various nations in all corners of the world. This research aims to review and explain the instillation of da'wah values through the religious learning process at SMP Negeri 4 Filial, Usaha Jaya Class. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method by collecting data through observation. The results of this research show that the cultivation of da'wah values is still high in SMP Negeri 4 Filial, Usaha Jaya Class. The factor causing the high value of da'wah in this area is the early planting carried out by the parents of these students.

The Malang City government's primary goal in addressing the more intricate demands and expectations of the populace is to raise the caliber of public services. This journal article highlights areas that require improvement while critically analyzing the strategies employed by the Malang City government to raise the standard of public services. This was accomplished by performing a thorough examination of the relevant literature on the strategy. The research methodology makes use of a thorough literature analysis from pertinent sources, such as policy papers and associated empirical investigations. The context of the Malang City administration is examined in the study, along with its public service policies, profile, and possibilities and challenges. The plan that the Malang City administration has established is the primary subject of the analysis, which also includes a review of the adopted strategy, a critical analysis of its implementation, and an identification of its shortcomings and obstacles. The examination of success and failure factors, obstacle identification, and strategy implementation evaluation are among the conclusions drawn from the critical implementation analysis. The study offers several suggestions for improvement based on these findings, such as methods for improving implementation effectiveness and estimates of how changes may affect service quality. The interpretation of the analysis's findings, their theoretical links, and their consequences for public service practice and policy are all covered in the findings discussion. Key findings are emphasized in conclusions, which also offer recommendations for further study and application.

This study aims to optimize the heating length in terms of the sensory properties of sweet soy sauce made from coconut water. This experiment used a Complete Randomized Design consisting of 7 treatment levels, with each combination of treatments repeated 3 times so that the total was 21 treatments. It was concluded that the length of heating affects the color, taste, and viscosity of sweet soy sauce. Panelists favored the 160-minute warm-up time in terms of color, taste, and viscosity. The color favorability score was 5.64 (like), taste was 4.87 (somewhat like), viscosity was 5.61 (like), and aroma was 5.27 (somewhat like). The Smart Village Community Service Program (KKN) based on local wisdom in Tabah Village aims to encourage village transformation towards more modern, inclusive, and digitally oriented governance. This activity uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach as the main strategy to map, optimize, and empower local assets, including human resources, economic potential, social institutions, and village digital infrastructure. The program implementation includes mapping village assets, digital literacy training, assistance in using the DIGIDES platform, creating village websites and social media accounts, and compiling maps and infographics of public services. The results of the activity show that the ABCD approach has succeeded in increasing the capacity of village officials in digital administration, expanding access to public information, and encouraging the active role of youth and the community in the digital transformation of the village. Although there are still obstacles in the form of limited internet access and digital literacy among some residents, high community participation and support from village officials are factors that support the sustainability of the program. Overall, this KKN activity proved that the integration of digital technology and local wisdom through the ABCD approach can be an effective model in the development of an independent and sustainable Smart Village.
