Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization model of BOPTN budget absorption on FEB, FISIP and ULM FH 2016 S / D 2018 and identify constraints faced in optimizing the budget absorption. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods and quantitative data presentation. The research results of budget absorption in FEB, FISIP, and FH ULM Banjarmasin units from 2016 S / D in 2018 experienced a significant increase in BOPTN fund absorption optimization. This is intended from the percentage numbers in the recapitulation of budget realization in the FEB, FISIP, and ULM Banjarmasin work units which reached 100% in 2017 and 2018. Employee competencies and budget absorption performance have a unidirectional relationship, if employee competencies are higher, the higher also the level of performance of budget absorption. Similarly, the role of information technology is so important in the budget process. Maintenance and repair of hardware and software that are compiled in a comprehensive, clear and periodic manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan, mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan Hutan Mangrove Center Kariangau Graha Indah Balikpapan Jenis penelitian ini bersifat diskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan membagikan kuesioner kepada Masyarakat dan analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap lokasi Hutan Mangrove adalah 74,32%. pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan hutan mangrove 72.97%. Tingkat keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan hutan mangrove 59,46 %. Jenis keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan hutan mangrove 56.76%. Mangrove Center Kariangau Graha Indah Balikpapan menginginkan agar dalam pengelolaan yaitu masyarakat yang terlibat langsung dalam memanfaatkan sumberdaya hutan mangrove, aparat pemerintah, pengusaha dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat. untuk pengelolaan lingkungan oleh masyarakat Partisipasi tingkat keterlibatan dan jenis keterlibatan yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat pesisir di Mangrove Center Kariangau di Graha Indah adalah keterlibatan langsung mereka dalam pengelolaan hutan mangrove mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemeliharaan dan pengawasan / pelestarian.

Abstract

In the current era, human thinking about the use of technology is increasingly widespread and growing. Currently, welding has been used in many material applications with a variety of different methods. When viewed widely, welding has been used in joining rods in metal building construction and machine construction. In detail, welding is a metallurgical bond at a metal or alloy metal joint which is carried out in a melted or liquid state in a local joint using heat energy. Various methods and developments have been carried out to obtain welding alternatives with fairly good results and are environmentally friendly, one of these methods is friction welding (friction welding) solid-state welding without the use of filler metal where the welding process occurs due to the incorporation of the wrong rotation rate. one workpiece with the compressive force exerted by the other workpiece against the rotating end of the workpiece. The purpose of this study was to determine the variation of friction welding on the visual results on steel37 by varying 3 diameters 8mm, 12mm, 16mm. This study uses an experimental method to see the visual results of the welding process. The results showed that testing using penetrant testing on specimens obtained the best results at a diameter of 16mm, having a 3mm indication of the length of the penetrant at a rotation speed of 1140 rpm with a time of 114 seconds.

Abstract

Vitamin E memiliki fungsi untuk melindungi asam lemak tidak jenuh pada fosfolipid dalam membran sel dan sebagai penetralisir radikal bebas dalam tubuh ikan sehingga vitamin E dapat meningkatkan perkembangan gonad. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penambahan vitamin E pada pakan terhadap pertumbuhan berat spesifik ikan uji, perkembangan berat hati, Tingkat Kematangan Gonad (TKG), Gonado Somatic Index (GSI), dan sebaran diameter telur ikan uji. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan paket teknologi reproduksi induk betina ikan gabus dengan penambahan vitamin E pada pakan, dan sebagai bahan informasi pada reproduksi ikan gabus betina. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan meliputi, perlakuan A (kontrol) tanpa penambahan vitamin E, perlakuan B (250 mg/kg pakan), perlakuan C (350 mg/kg pakan), perlakuan D (450 mg/kg pakan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan vitamin E sebanyak 250 mg/kg pakan dapat meningkatkan TKG rata-rata pada tahap IV (matang), dan sebaran diameter telur ikan gabus dengan ukuran >1,1 mm sebanyak 83 butir, didukung kualitas air selama penelitian.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and its subsequent effect on Shopee e-commerce customer loyalty. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents and analyzed using path analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The findings indicate that service quality plays a significant role in influencing customer satisfaction, highlighting its importance as a key determinant in the e-commerce service landscape. However, the research also reveals that service quality does not directly affect customer loyalty. Instead, customer satisfaction acts as a critical mediator that significantly influences customer loyalty. These insights suggest that while improving service quality is essential, fostering customer satisfaction is even more pivotal for retaining loyal customers in the competitive e-commerce market. By focusing on enhancing the overall satisfaction of its users, Shopee can strengthen customer loyalty and maintain its competitive edge. The study underscores the interconnectedness of these factors and provides valuable recommendations for businesses aiming to improve customer experiences and sustain long-term growth in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

This study aimed to design a pair of primers for analyzing OPN gene expression as a fertility marker in male goats (Capra hircus). The research method employed was an in silico molecular study based on bioinformatics. Nucleotide data were retrieved from the NCBI database using the code NM_001285667.1. The data obtained were processed using Primer-Blast on the NCBI site to identify candidate primers. These candidate primers were subsequently analyzed for secondary structure and primer dimer formation using the Sigma-Aldrich OligoEvaluator.The designed primers were further analyzed for their specifications and sequence similarity with the nucleotide database available on the NCBI site using Primer-Blast and Nucleotide-Blast. The results revealed one pair of primers with ideal criteria: the forward primer 5'-ACCCTCCCGAGTAAGTCCAA-3' and the reverse primer 5'-AGTCCTCCTCTGTGGCATCT-3', capable of amplifying the OPN gene region with a product length of 325 bp. In silico performance tests also demonstrated that the primers could specifically detect the OPN gene in Capra hircus. The primer design for detecting OPN expression is expected to aid in predicting fertility levels in male goats (Capra hircus), thereby enhancing the reproductive efficiency of these livestock.

Abstract

The Bird Island and Suwangi Island Nature Tourism Parks (TWA Busuwa) have great potential to be developed as ecotourism because they are supported by the natural resources of the two islands, the beauty of the natural scenery is very supportive of being used as a tourist attraction, besides that there are also local cultural customs that are still preserved. Carried out by the people who live on the two islands. The research was conducted at TWA Bird Island and Suwangi Island, which administratively are located in Pulau Panjang Village, Simpang Empat District and Batulicin Village, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The research was carried out for 3 months starting from the preparation stages, data collection and data analysis. The method used in this research is purposive sampling, calculated from the results of questionnaires, recommended from the results of interviews in the field, spatial analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the research were that Bird Island had a dipterocarp forest ecosystem covering an area of ±28,169 ha, a mangrove forest ecosystem covering an area of ±452,962 ha and an artificial ecosystem covering an area of 64,075 ha. Suwangi Island has a dipterocarp ecosystem type covering an area of ±356,185 ha, a mangrove forest ecosystem covering an area of ±235,111 ha and an artificial ecosystem covering an area of ±103,148 ha. Analysis of animal distribution maps in TWA Bird Island and Suwangi Island, there are 6 types of protected animals found in these places, including the proboscis monkey (Nasalis larvatus), white-bellied kangkareng (Anthracoceros albirostris), black kangkareng (Anthracoceros malayanus), rhinoceros hornbill (Buceros rhinoceros), golden hornbill (Rhyticeros undulatus) and estuarine crocodile (Crocodylus porosus).

Abstract

Abstrak Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui transfer teknologi embuatan pupuk organik merupakan upaya untuk memanfaatkan potensi bahan lokal sekitar yaitu kotoran ternak kambing. Pupuk adalah salah satu unsur strategis yang berperan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman dan menjadi bagian penting yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem usaha tani. Desa Tinambung memiliki potensi perkebunan seperti tanaman kakao dan peternakan kambing yang tinggi. Ketersediaan pupuk yang terbatas sehingga dilakukan upaya untuk beralih  kepenggunaan pupuk organik. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memanfaatkan potensi desa Tinambung dan memberikan dampak positif untuk masyarakat Desa Tinambung, utamanya dalam memanfaatkan limbah kotoran Kambing menjadi pupuk organik untuk menunjang ketersediaan pupuk bagi tanaman kakao sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksi tanaman kakao. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu metode society parcipatory peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan terhadap inovasi teknologi pengolahan limbah ternak dan  pembuatan pupuk organik berbasis kotoran hewan kambing, dan metode persuasive approach yaitu  penyuluhan  pemanfaatan  limbah kotoran kambing menjadi  produk  baru  yang  bermanfaat  seperti  pupuk organik kompos. Metode  kegiatan  dilakukan dengan  empat tahap,  yaitu  tahap survey, tahap penyuluhan,  pelatihan pembuatan  pupuk  organik, dan monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak sebesar 87,29% berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini telah membantu mitra menjadi lebih mandiri utamanya dalam menghadapi masalah pemanfaatan kotoran hewan kambing melalui pembuatan pupuk organik untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ternak. Program ini berhasil membangun kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan limbah dan pertanian organik, yang tercermin dari tingginya tingkat partisipasi dan kepuasan peserta. Kata kunci: pupuk organik; integrasi; kotoran kambing. AbstractThe implementation of community empowerment through the transfer of technology for producing organic fertilizer aims to utilize local resources, such as goat manure. Fertilizer is a strategic element that plays a significant role in enhancing plant productivity and is an integral part of farming systems. Tinambung Village has substantial potential in cocoa farming and goat husbandry. Due to the limited availability of fertilizer, efforts were made to transition to the use of organic fertilizers. This initiative aims to harness the potential of Tinambung Village and provide positive impacts for the community, especially by converting goat manure into organic fertilizer to support the availability of nutrients for cocoa plants and thereby increase cocoa production. The methods utilized in this activity include Society participatory method: enhancing awareness and skills in applying technological innovations for processing livestock waste and producing organic fertilizer from goat manure. Persuasive approach method: Educating the community on turning goat manure waste into valuable products, such as compost-based organic fertilizer. The activities were conducted in four stages: Survey stage, Education stage, Training on organic fertilizer production, Monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of the organic fertilizer production training showed an 87.29% increase in knowledge and skills among farmers, based on pre-test and post-test results. This indicates that the training successfully helped partners become more independent, especially in addressing the challenge of utilizing goat manure through the production of organic fertilizer to boost agricultural productivity. This program effectively raised community awareness about the importance of waste management and organic farming, as reflected in the high levels of participation and satisfaction among the participants. Keywords: organic fertiliser; integration; goat manure.

Abstract

Desa Tubo Tengah, Kecamatan Tubo Sendana, Kabupaten Majene, merupakan wilayah dengan mayoritas penduduk sebagai peternak sapi dan kambing. Minimnya pengetahuan peternak mengenai manajemen kesehatan ternak menyebabkan tingginya risiko penyakit dan rendahnya produktivitas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peternak terkait biosekuriti, pengendalian penyakit, sanitasi kandang, serta manajemen pakan sehat. Sosialisasi dilaksanakan pada 14 Februari 2025 di Aula Desa Tubo Tengah, melibatkan 21 peternak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif dan diskusi partisipatif. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: skor rata-rata naik dari 2,24 menjadi 4,71 (+41,27%) dan tingkat kelulusan meningkat dari 23,81% menjadi 95,24%. Temuan menunjukkan lemahnya penerapan biosekuriti serta kurangnya pemahaman tentang risiko zoonosis. Direkomendasikan penguatan edukasi berkelanjutan, integrasi protokol biosekuriti dalam praktik harian, peningkatan kolaborasi dengan layanan kesehatan hewan, dan replikasi program di wilayah serupa. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat ketahanan pangan berbasis masyarakat dan keberlanjutan sektor peternakan rakyat.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of the level of seaweed (Padina australis) as a ruminant feed on the nutritional quality and fiber fraction of complete diets. The variables observed were dry matter, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, extract material without nitrogen, ash content, acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber. This study was based on a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely P0 = complete feed (control), P10 = complete feed with 10% Padina australis level, P20 = complete feed with 20% Padina australis level, and P30 = complete feed with 30% Padina australis level. The results showed that the use of Padina australis up to 30% can increase dry matter, crude protein and reduce crude fiber, crude fat and ash content as well as neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content. The use of Padina australis at 20% level is the best treatment because it can reduce crude fat 6.21%, ash content 16.56%, neutral detergent fiber 50.88% and acid detergent fiber 31.22%.
