Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five years old due to chronic malnutrition. Efforts that can be made to reduce the incidence of stunting in Indonesia are to identify factors that are thought to affect the incidence of stunting in Indonesia. The analysis methods used in this study are the global Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the local Geographically Weighted Panel Regression (GWPR) model. FEM is a global regression model that assumes that each individual's model has a different intercept value. While GWPR is a local regression model from FEM that considers aspects of geographic location, by repeating data at each observation location, different times, and using spatial data. The weighting function used in this study is fixed bisquare and adaptive bisquare. This study aims to obtain a GWPR model on the percentage of stunting toddlers in Indonesia in 2019 until 2022 with independent variables, namely the percentage of children receiving exclusive breastfeeding , the percentage of households that have access to proper sanitation , the average per capita health expenditure of the population for a month , the average length of schooling for women , and the number of poor people . The variables are obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and Study of Indonesia’s Nutritional Status (SSGI). The results showed that the best weighting function, namely adaptive bisquare with a CV value of 264.80.

Abstract

Anxiety in pregnant women before childbirth was often caused by hormonal changes that affected emotional states. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of lemon aromatherapy on anxiety levels in pregnant women approaching labor. A quasi-experimental method was used with a pre-test and post-test with control group design, involving 32 pregnant women in the working area of Kampung Bugis Public Health Center. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed that the administration of lemon aromatherapy significantly reduced anxiety levels, with a p-value of 0,000. This study recommended lemon aromatherapy as a safe and effective non-pharmacological method to reduce anxiety in pregnant women prior to childbirth.

Abstract

Research is conducted with the aim to determine the design and effectiveness of teaching materials according to the assessment of the class and teachers in the field of study (PKn and neuroscience) and student learning activities in the classroom. The research method used in this research is Research & Development (R&D). The development Model used in developing 4-D product is composed of 4 stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Teaching materials developed in the form of self-esteem material. The subject in this research is a class III student of 24 ways to obtain the data in this study: validation sheet, student observation sheet and student learning test. The Data obtained is analyzed using a descriptive statistical analysis. In the analysis of the Council is used descriptive statistics. The results of this study show that the teaching materials in the form of neuroscience-based teaching books are said to be valid by three validators. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained a valid learning device through the validity analysis for the teaching materials of 3.34 and included in the valid category.
