Abstract

Soal-soal latihan buku siswa pada materi perkalian masih kekurangan latihan soal yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan siswa untuk memecahkan masalah, sehingga sulit untuk menilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi perkalian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat tes untuk soal-soal uraian tentang keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Model ADDIE 5 tahap digunakan dalam pengembangan. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar validasi, lembar respon siswa dan tes kemampuan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan dari anaisis kevalidan, analisis kepraktisan desain dan analisis keefektifan. Hasil validasi dari 2 validator yaitu ahli materi dan guru mata pelajaran yaitu 86,1% dari ahli materi, 90,7% dari guru mata pelajaran. Respon siswa memperoleh 87,96% yang artinya sangat baik dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dalam mengerjakan soal materi perkalian yang dikembangkan mendapatkan rata-rata 83% dengan ketuntasan belajar 80%. Oleh karena itu, latihan soal tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah efektif dalam pembelajaran pada materi perkalian mata pelajaran matematika.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkalian adalah salah satu operasi penjumlahan bilangan berulang dengan nilai yang sama. Di tingkat sekolah dasar, perkalian merupakan dasar matematika setelah penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Dalam menghitung perkalian diperlukan keterampilan berhitung yang tepat agar hasil yang diperoleh sesuai. Namun, ada beberapa siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam keterampilan berhitung perkalian dan siswa selalu menganggap matematika sebagai mata pelajaran yang membosankan. Sehingga peneliti menggunakan media pembelajaran TAKALINTAR, penggunaan media sangat cocok untuk proses pembelajaran dengan media proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan menarik serta dapat meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu siswa dan keterampilan berhitung perkalian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses, hasil dan kesulitan selama proses pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media TAKALINTAR dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa, terdapat 16 dari 19 siswa yang sudah dapat menguasai keterampilan berhitung perkalian dengan cukup baik, dan terdapat 3 dari 19 siswa yang masih belum menguasai keterampilan berhitung perkalian. Kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa adalah menggambar tabel dan menempatkan angka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a multiplication material mathematics assessment instrument developed for fourth grade students at SD Negeri Kembangbahu 1. This study used the ADDIE development research methodology and used quantitative techniques as data analysis. The questionnaires used were validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and test questions. Data is collected from the results of the questionnaire used. The results of this study indicate that the assessment instrument developed to assess conceptual understanding is feasible and valid. Evidenced by the average results of the validation of the two validators obtaining 98.6% in the valid category, the results of the students' concept understanding test obtained an average percentage above 70%, which is equal to 83,3%, and the results of positive responses students received an average percentage of 88,7% with very good criteria.

Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with teachers at SD Negeri 1 Tritunggal, a problem was found, namely the low learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which required the implementation of online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning method on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 1 Tritunggal. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. In this study, using the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tritunggal, totaling 14 children as research subjects. Data collection methods used are interviews and tests to determine student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis from interviews and tests given, it is known that the assignment method through the WhatsApp application is not effective on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tritunggal in mathematics. This can be seen from the percentage of student learning completeness which is less than 75%, which is only 57.14% who complete.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the need for the development of an Realistic Mathematics Education (RME)-based audiobook for fourth-grade elementary school students. This study focused on two aspects, namely (1) the interest of fourth-grade students in learning mathematics; and (2) the need of RME-based audiobook media by fourth-grade teachers. The participants of this study were 135 students and 12 teachers of grade IV at four elementary schools in the Merauke area, Indonesia. Using a qualitative methodology, the data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the interest of fourth-grade students in learning mathematics was still lacking. The teacher's way of teaching was considered unattractive and the mathematics learning materials delivered by the teacher were difficult to understand. Meanwhile, the need of RME-based audiobook media by the fourth-grade students and teachers was quite urgent. It was because 79% of the teachers had never used audiobook media when teaching mathematics. In addition, 53.7% of the teachers had never taught mathematics using the RME approach.Keywords: development, audiobooks, realistic mathematics education.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan pengembangan audiobook berbasis RME untuk siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada dua aspek, yaitu (1) minat siswa kelas IV dalam pembelajaran matematika; dan (2) kebutuhan media audiobook berbasis RME oleh guru kelas IV. Cara mengajar guru dinilai kurang menarik dan materi pembelajaran matematika yang disampaikan guru sulit dipahami. Sementara itu, kebutuhan media audiobook berbasis RME oleh siswa dan guru kelas IV cukup mendesak. Hal ini dikarenakan 79% guru belum pernah menggunakan media audiobook saat mengajar matematika. Selain itu, 53,7% guru belum pernah mengajar matematika dengan pendekatan RME.Kata kunci: pengembangan, buku audio, pendidikan matematika realistik.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that must be taken by students. Mathematics has become a part of human culture inherent from the past to the present. Ethnomatematics is a term for mathematical values that exist in everyday life. Ethnomatematics is a learning mathematics related to certain cultures. In addition, ethnomatematics can be used to apply mathematics in the context of the current cultural system and the natural environment. Indonesia has a variety of cultural wealth, including in terms of traditional games. Although traditional games are very popular because they are in demand by all levels of society, as time goes by, slowly traditional games began to be forgotten because of the emergence of online games that are more easily accessible in various situations and conditions. Inspiring this, the writer feels interested in expressing mathematical values in the context of traditional games, especially the crank game. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with an ethnographic approach, considering this research is rooted in the phenomenon of Indonesian culture, namely traditional games. The purpose of this study is to identify hidden mathematical values in traditional games, with the hope of supporting the preservation of the traditional game. The results of this study include the description of the crank game which includes mathematical aspects such as geometry, comparison, and opportunities. In addition, research also shows that the game crank can be used as a container to teach multiplication material on integers.

Abstract

Permainan ular tangga merupakan salah satu bentuk permainan tradisional yang memanfaatkan papan dengan petak bernomor. Media permainan ular tangga merupakan media yang menarik bagi siswa karena penyajiannya tidak seperti media biasanya yang mungkin hanya untuk dilihat dan didengar tetapi disajikan dalam bentuk permainan.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji literatur review terkait permainan ular tangga dalam pembelajaran matematika disekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode SLR (Systematic Literatur Review). Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan mendokumentasi artikel yang terkait pada penelitian serupa. Artikel yang didapat dan digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 7 artikel jurnal nasional dapat diperoleh dari database google scholar dengan menggunakan aplikasi publish or perish.

Abstract

Audiobooks are a form of technological development that allows students and teachers to access information more easily and flexibly. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing relevant previous studies and providing a clear and comprehensive description of the use of audiobooks in the context of learning in schools. This research can provide practical recommendations for teachers and schools in implementing audiobooks as part of their learning strategies, as well as other researchers who are interested in researching audiobooks in learning. The results of this study indicate that the use of audiobooks in school learning has been extensively researched and implemented in various contexts and subjects in various countries. Of the 100 articles identified, 72% were written in English, and this research shows that the use of audiobooks in learning is mostly implemented in language subjects. In addition, the type of research that is most often used is qualitative, while the subjects that are most often the focus of research are students, especially to develop listening and reading competencies. Indonesia was also identified as the country that most often conducts research on the implementation of audiobooks in classroom learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Javanese hanacaraka script in the traditional ABC 5 basic game in Javanese language learning for grade 1 MI students. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews, through the use of the Javanese hanacaraka script. Students are exposed to learning experiences that include cultural aspects and traditional values ​​in the context of the Javanese language. The results of the research show that the use of the Javanese hanacaraka script in the basic ABC 5 game is very effective in improving students' memorization understanding. Students are actively involved in this game, practicing their memory skills by naming the Javanese script. By doing this, they not only develop Javanese language skills but also gain a deeper understanding of the culture.
