Abstract

Kebijakan kampus merdeka merupakan kebijakan aktual pada bidang pendidikan tinggi, karena menghendaki terjadinya modernisasi dan demokratisasi pendidikan tinggi, sehingga adaptif terhadap realitas kemajuan zaman, juga pada aspek pembelajarannya berdampak nyata bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan kebijakan kampus merdeka dalam memenuhi hak-hak mahasiswa, serta memberikan rasionalisasi pentingnya orientasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pada kampus merdeka yang mengarah pada penguatan kompetensi kewarganegaraan mahasiswa, agar menjadi warga negara yang beradab, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: reduksi data, display data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1) tantangan yang dihadapi oleh kebijakan kampus merdeka, dalam memenuhi hak-hak mahasiswa, umumnya karena belum meratanya kualitas pendidikan, realitas daya saing bangsa dan inovasi nasional, serta kualitas pelayanan dan perlidungan hukum bagi mahasiswa, 2) penguatan kompetensi kewarganegaraan mahasiswa, perlu menjadi orientasi umum dari Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pada kebijakan kampus merdeka, karena komprehensif, guna mewujudkan mahasiswa yang beradab dan mampu diandalkan oleh negara. Upaya mengatasi tantangan yang berpotensi menghambat berjalan optimalnya kebijakan kampus merdeka, bisa melalui komitmen dan konsistensi berbagai pihak terlebih pemerintah dan pimpinan perguruan tinggi untuk memajukan pendidikan bangsa dan menjamin perlindungan hukum yang adil dan bantuan pendidikan yang tidak diskriminatif. Challenges of Fulfilling Student Rights and Strengthening Citizenship Competence through the Independent Campus Policy. The independent campus policy is an actual policy in the field of higher education, because it requires the modernization and democratization of higher education, so that it is adaptive to the realities of the progress of the times, as well as the aspects of learning which have a real impact on students. This study aims to analyze the challenges of independent campus policies in fulfilling student rights, as well as provide rationalization of the importance of Citizenship Education learning orientation on independent campuses which leads to strengthening student citizenship competencies, in order to become civilized citizens. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach with methods literature study, the data analysis process in this study includes: data reduction, data display, verification and conclusion. The results obtained are 1) the challenges faced by the independent campus policy, in fulfilling the rights of students, generally due to the unequal quality of education, the reality of national competitiveness and national innovation, as well as the quality of services and legal protection for students, 2) strengthening competence Student citizenship needs to become a general orientation of Citizenship Education on an independent campus policy, because it is comprehensive, in order to create civilized students and can be relied on by the state. Efforts to overcome challenges that have the potential to hinder the optimal running of the independent campus policy, can be through the commitment and consistency of various parties, especially the government and university leaders, to advance national education and guarantee fair legal protection and non-discriminatory educational assistance

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop Civics science, especially at the level of using technology, information and communication, so that it is positively beneficial for the nation's civilization and the progress of social life in society, as well as to make Civics science more holistic to address the nation's increasingly dynamic and complex problems. So that the development focuses on analysis as well as reflection on socio-technological studies in the perspective of Civics, which leads to optimal community empowerment through the use of advances in technology, information and communication intelligently, wisely and morally. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with a literature study method, data analysis focused on: reduction, display and verification or drawing conclusions. The result of the research is that socio-technology studies in the perspective of Civics are able to strengthen civic knowledge, civic skills as well as the civic disposition of citizens that lead to civic virtue, especially in optimizing the existence of technology, information and communication, so that it has a real impact on the progress of social life, because it accommodates civic empowerment and civic movement in utilizing advances in technology, information and communication intelligently, wisely and morally, as social capital to create a civil society based on Pancasila as well as the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Riset ini berupaya merampungkan model PKn di perguruan tinggi berbasis folklore untuk membina civic culture calon guru sekolah dasar. Riset ini dirampungkan berbasis tradisi kualitatif dengan metode literature review dengan peneliti selaku instrumen kunci atau hidup untuk menelaah literatur yang berkaitan dengan substansi dan konsep penelitian, analisis data yaitu reduksi, display dan juga verifikasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu, pertama, model PKn di perguruan tinggi berbasis folklore untuk membina civic culture calon guru sekolah dasar, selaras dengan teori atau tradisi kewarganegaraan komunitarian, pendekatan kewarganegaraan Pancasila, lalu kapabel direalisasikan selaku civic education yang sifatnya formal, kurikuler dan teoretis juga selaku citizenship education yang sifatnya non-formal, sosio-kultural dan praktis untuk penguatan civic competence, kedua, model PKn di perguruan tinggi berbasis folklore untuk membina civic culture calon guru sekolah dasar, relevan dengan kurikulum PKn yang harus adaptif juga mengakomodir local wisdom, dan berprinsip student centered learning, maka bersifat modern, demokratis juga objektif, termasuk memuat community service dalam kerangka citizenship education selaku wahana peningkatan civic engagement mahasiswa pada pelestarian folklore, local wisdom dan kebudayaan nusantara secara sukarela dan berkualitas. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu model PKn di perguruan tinggi berbasis folklore untuk membina civic culture bersifat integratif dan holistik, selaku titik temu atas adaptasi PKn pada modernisasi juga tanggung jawab PKn pada pelestarian kebudayaan nusantara dan habituasi civic culture pada calon guru sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a deliberation-based Civic Education learning model from a vocational civic perspective to strengthen elementary school students’ communication skills. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Civic Education experts and classroom teachers at SDN 268 Panyileukan, classroom observations of the deliberative learning process, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that the integration of deliberative practices with vocational civic education enhances students’ assertive and persuasive communication skills, active listening abilities, and collaborative competencies. In addition, the model fosters key character values, including tolerance, empathy, social discipline, and cooperation. This deliberation-based learning model is expected to serve as both a practical and theoretical reference for teachers, curriculum developers, and policymakers in implementing contextual and participatory Civic Education that emphasizes character development and 21st-century skills.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan produsen kopi terbesar keempat di dunia, dengan Desa Margamukti, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, sebagai salah satu sentra kopi Arabika Java Preanger. Meskipun memiliki potensi agroekologi yang mendukung, sebagian besar petani masih menjual kopi dalam bentuk bahan mentah dengan harga rendah akibat keterbatasan pemahaman standar kopi spesialti, praktik pascapanen, serta akses pasar. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan mengembangkan kopi spesialti sebagai strategi pemberdayaan petani dan penguatan ekonomi lokal melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei awal, pelatihan teknis pengolahan pascapanen kopi spesialti, pendampingan branding dan pemasaran digital, serta evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman petani mengenai standar kopi spesialti sebesar 32%, perbaikan praktik panen selektif dan pascapanen, serta potensi peningkatan harga jual kopi hingga 20–30% dibandingkan harga sebelum intervensi. Selain itu, terbentuknya identitas produk dan kesiapan pemasaran digital menunjukkan penguatan kapasitas ekonomi dan sosial petani. Kebaruan program ini terletak pada integrasi peningkatan kualitas kopi spesialti dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan partisipatif yang memperkuat civic empowerment petani sebagai aktor utama dalam rantai nilai kopi lokal, sehingga berkontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of youth civic action in overcoming the charity model of disability and the medical or individual model of disability, as well as the model of youth civic action in empowering persons with disabilities. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with observation, interviews, and document study techniques. The results show that youth civic action plays an important role in overcoming the stigma of the charity model of disability and the medical or individual model of disability. Youth civic action is guided by the principles of the social model of disability, which views persons with disabilities as capable of empowerment when supported by inclusive factors. Youth civic action models to empower people with disabilities can be implemented in three ways, by joining formal organizations, volunteering with community groups that support people with disabilities, and participating in collective incidental activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk merampungkan paradigma baru selaku missing link pada upaya pemenuhan hak politik dan pemberdayaan disabilitas melalui PKn berbasis service learning untuk civic equality, karena bersifat integratif. Penelitian ini berbasis literature review, dengan hasil penelitian, yaitu, PKn bersifat holistik untuk mengatasi stereotip ableisme, dan mewujudkan pemenuhan hak politik dan pemberdayaan disabilitas, untuk civic equality mengingat memiliki teori relevan, yaitu citizenship transformative dan civic empowerment untuk mengatasi individual atau medical model of disability. PKn selaku civic education adalah wahana strategis untuk memberi informasi holistik mengenai pemenuhan hak politik dan pemberdayaan disabilitas, lalu PKn selaku citizenship education adalah wahana strategis pemenuhan hak politik dan pemberdayaan disabilitas, yang bersifat sosio-kultural, praktik citizenship education, memuat service learning, agar holistik dan terpadu, lalu mengakomodir siasat kolaborasi pentahelix agar melibatkan lintas sektor, selaku penerapan spirit persatuan nasional, agar representatif dan integratif.   This research seeks to complete a new paradigm as a missing link in efforts to fulfill political rights and empower people with disabilities through service learning-based Civics for civic equality, because it is integrative. This research is based on a literature review, with research results, namely, Civics is holistic to overcome stereotypes of ableism and realizes the fulfillment of political rights and empowerment of people with disabilities, for civic equality considering that it has relevant theories, namely transformative citizenship and civic empowerment to overcome individual or medical models of disability. Civics as civic education is a strategic vehicle for providing holistic information regarding the fulfillment of political rights and empowerment of people with disabilities, then Civics as citizenship education is a strategic vehicle for fulfilling political rights and empowerment of people with disabilities, which is socio-cultural in nature, practices citizenship education, contains service learning, so that it is holistic and integrated, then accommodating pentahelix collaboration strategies to involve cross-sectors, as an implementation of the spirit of national unity, so that it is representative and integrative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dirampungkan dengan mempertimbangkan potensi konflik yang semakin dinamis dan kompleks, akibat dampak negatif globalisasi dan media sosial, serta kesenjangan dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi pustaka. Analisis data mengarah pada reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian: Pertama, secara konseptual berdasarkan teori kewarganegaraan komunitarian, menegaskan pentingnya kebersamaan dengan melibatkan setiap sektor yang mewakili sifat kerja sama sehingga dapat mewujudkan integrasi sosial, kesejahteraan, keadilan dan penegakan budaya politik Pancasila. Kedua, penerapan model penyelesaian konflik berbasis kolaborasi Pentahelix bersifat preventif, persuasif, inklusif, dan humanis, kemudian secara eksplisit, implementasi model tersebut, adalah: 1) integrasi program kerja, 2) implementasi kolaborasi, 3) evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, serta 4) sosialisasi masif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian tersebut, yaitu pengembangan model penyelesaian konflik berbasis kolaborasi pentahelix untuk mewujudkan integrasi sosial yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan merupakan upaya ilmiah, kolaboratif, dan inklusif untuk meminimalisir dan mengatasi berbagai konflik sosial, khususnya horizontal di masyarakat, sebagai modal sosial dalam mewujudkan visi masyarakat sipil Indonesia.   This research was completed considering the potential for increasingly dynamic and complex conflicts, due to the negative impact of globalization and social media, as well as gaps in education. This research is based on a qualitative approach, with a literature study method. Data analysis led to reduction, display, and verification. Research results: First, conceptually based on the theory of communitarian citizenship, emphasizing the importance of togetherness by involving each sector that represents the nature of cooperation so that it can realize social integration, welfare, justice and the enforcement of the political culture of Pancasila. Second, the application of Pentahelix's collaboration-based conflict resolution model is preventive, persuasive, inclusive, and humane, then explicitly, the implementation of the model, is: 1) the integration of work programs, 2) the implementation of collaboration, 3) evaluation and follow-up, as well as 4) massive socialization. The conclusion of the study, namely the development of a conflict resolution model based on pentahelix collaboration to realize inclusive and sustainable social integration is a scientific, collaborative, and inclusive effort to minimize and overcome various social conflicts, especially horizontal in society, as social capital in realizing the vision of Indonesian civil society.
