Abstract

DINKOMINFO Cilacap memiliki bagian seperti urusan pemerintahan bidang sandi, bidang komunikasi dan informatika serta bidang statistik. Banyak sistem yang telah dibuat oleh DINKOMINFO Cilacap yang sudah dipakai di dinas-dinas terkait dan banyak juga permintaan pembuatan sistem dari dinas terkait untuk digunakan, namun permintaan sistem tersebut tidak melihat kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang akan menggunakan sistemnya serta melihat kebutuhan secara menyeluruh sehingga sistem yang diminta rata-rata berdiri sendiri tanpa ada integrasi sistem atau saling terkait antar sistem yang dibuat. Dari hal tersebut membuat kesulitan DINKOMINFO Cilacap dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem dikemudian hari. Permintaan untuk pengintergrasian sistem juga menjadi permasalahan tersendiri karena sebelumnya sistem tidak saling terkait dan membutuhkan waktu lama untuk proses tersebut. Merancang IT master plan pada DINKOMINFO Cilacap adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengacu metode ward and peppard yang mencangkup analisis PEST, SWOT, McFarland dan CSF. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah usulan sistem yang sebaiknya diterapkan seperti implementasi smart city yang mencangkup Smart Living, Smart Environment, Smart Economy, Smart Mobilty, Smart Government dan Smart People. Usulan yang lain seperti Pengembangan e-pajak, digitalilasi pemerintahan desa dan kecamatan, SI Penanggulangan Kemiskinan, pengembangan smart kir, pengembangan aplikasi kepegewaian terintergrasi, e-tiket, e-commerce UMKM, pengembangan SIMBAJA, pengembangan e-edukasi, e-bangunan, e-wisata, e-lingkungan, e-transportasi, pengembangan database center, pengembangan digitalisasi pelayanan publik dan pengembangan portal website pemerintahan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze user experience on the level of user satisfaction of the application E-Book-Ku application at Amikom Purwokerto University, using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. This research using a quantitative approach with data collection through a questionnaire distributed to students of Amikom Purwokerto University as users of the E-Book-Ku application. E-Book-Ku application. The variables studied consisted of Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), Behavioral Influence (BC), and Behavioral Behavior (BC). (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), Behavioral Intention (BI), and Use Behavior (UB). Data were analyzed using validity test, reliability, and hypothesis testing to test the relationship between variables using SmartPLS. using SmartPLS. The results showed that all hypotheses accepted, where Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions have a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention. and significant on Behavioral Intention. This finding indicates that user satisfaction in using the E-Book-Ku application is influenced by ease of use. Abstract

Students organizations (UKM) in data administration still uses Google forms and manuals by coming directly to the student affairs room to submit proposals and activity reports. This has an impact on the administration process taking a long time, high error rates, and less effective work. Data that is difficult to combine from forms and manually. Student Affairs also wants all UKM data administration to be system-based so that the data search process is easier and integrated with each other. Therefore, all data administration systems are needed for SMEs so that the problems that have occurred so far can be resolved. The aim of creating an administrative information system (SI ADMIN) is to make it easier for UKM administrators to carry out activities and carry out work programs that have been created. This system will later be integrated with the main student affairs website, which includes several sections such as alumni study tracer, graduate user tracer, job vacancy information and others. The stages in working on SI ADMIN use the extrame programming method. An administrative information system has been successfully created so that existing problems regarding SME administrative management have been successfully resolved. This system has also been tested directly by UKM and student affairs as admin. Based on the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the scenarios tested are in accordance with the expected results.

Abstract

Abstract: The PPKS task force at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto has been established and is actively implementing various programs. However, complaints regarding cases of sexual violence are currently managed through WhatsApp, with limited guidance on the complaint procedures. As a result, many students are unaware of the PPKS task force or how to report incidents, creating obstacles for both the task force in identifying cases and for students seeking to file complaints. This study aims to provide students with an effective and accessible way to report incidents of sexual violence on campus. To develop the complaint information system, the Scrum methodology was used, involving team collaboration to easily adapt to changes throughout the development process. The resulting complaint information system for the prevention and handling of sexual violence has been successfully implemented and tested with students at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. This system enables students to submit complaints seamlessly online. Testing results indicate that the system functions as intended and meets the expected outcomes.            Keywords: information system; PPKS; complaint; student; scrum  Abstrak: Satuan tugas PPKS Universitas Amikom Purwokerto sudah berjalan dan membuat program kerja, namun dalam proses pengaduan kasus kekerasaan seksual saat ini hanya menggunakan whatsapp dan kurangnya penjelasan tentang prosedur pengaduan yang ada. Banyak mahasiswa yang belum mengetahui adanya satgas PPKS di kampus dan cara pengaduan kasus. Hal tersebut menjadi kendala bagi satuan tugas PPKS dalam mengetahui kasus yang ada dan mahasiswa saat ingin melakukan pengaduan kasus. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sarana yang efektif dan mudah diakses bagi mahasiswa untuk melakukan pengaduan kasus apabila mahasiswa mengetahui tentang adanya kekerasaan seksual di lingkungan kampus. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk membantu memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melakukan aduan tentang adanya kasus kekerasaan seksual di lingkungan Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. Metode dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode Scrum. Metode Scrum melibatkan keseluruhan tim yang ada di organisasi. Dengan adanya keterlibatan ini maka mudah dalam mengantisipasi perubahan yang terjadi selama pengembangan sistem. Sistem informasi pengaduan pencegahan dan penanganan tindak kekerasan seksual berhasil di terapkan dan diujikan kepada Mahasiswa Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengaduan ini mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah dalam membuat aduan berbasis sistem. berdasarkan daftar uji yang dilakukan terhadap sistem yang dibuat maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa skenario yang diujikan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapan. Kata kunci: sistem informasi; PPKS; pengaduan; mahasiswa; scrum

Abstract

After observing the PKM proposal, there are still many proposals that do not comply with the writing guidelines such as attachments, bibliography, budget plans and basic things such as paper size, margins, fonts do not comply with the guidelines. From this case, it becomes one of the problems why very few proposals pass from Amikom Purwokerto University. The PKM proposal assessment consists of 2 stages. The first stage is administrative selection and the second stage is substance selection. Based on interviews with national PKM reviewers, almost 60% of all PKM proposals submitted failed at the administrative selection stage. In addition, in the process of uploading PKM proposals to the system, many students do not understand the stages of filling in the system. The purpose of this assistance is to reduce the error rate of PKM proposals made by students. The stages of implementing assistance include assistance in making proposals, assistance in managing the Simbelmawa system, evaluation and discussion. The results of the assistance are that many student proposals are in accordance with the 2025 PKM guidelines.

Abstract

One of the flagship programs of Sridadi Village is the senior School. The "Matahari" senior School in Sridadi Sirampog Village was established in 2022 as a concern of the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning (DP3KB) of Brebes Regency through a curriculum of resilient senior dimensions including spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, social, professional and vocational, and environmental dimensions. In practice, the management and administration of the senior School is still felt to be lacking due to the limited knowledge of administrators in managing schools, especially non-formal educational institutions. Therefore, training is needed on the management of the Matahari senior School. The purpose of this training is to improve the skills of the Matahari senior School administrators in school management so that services to students are better. This training activity uses a participatory approach by combining several methods of lectures, case studies, and questions and answers. The result of this training is an increase in the knowledge of the Matahari senior School administrators in non-formal school management, which has an impact on the learning process at the school.

Abstract

SIBa was founded in June 2023. Initially, SIBa was divided into two classes. The Happy Mother School (SIBa) program aims to educate women to have a deeper understanding of their role in building a sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family based on the principles of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah. Lack of digital literacy knowledge makes it difficult for many mothers to distinguish between true and false information, which can impact child-rearing patterns and family decision-making. Strengthening digital literacy for women is an urgent need so they are able to use technology wisely, productively, and safely. With digital literacy, women can be more selective in accessing information, protecting themselves and their families from the negative impacts of cyberspace. This training activity uses a participatory approach by combining several methods of lectures, case studies, direct practice, and question and answer. The result of this training is an increase in participants' knowledge in the use of digital literacy and healthy internet to support the process of educating children and knowing the correct information on the internet.
