Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Quality Assurance (QA) communication to improve employee performance of production department at PT Sinar Djaja Can reviewed in mini audit communication that is from management, organization, communication, and feedback aspects. This research uses quantitative explanative method, with total population of 200 employees of production department. Samples taken as many as 67 employees. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. While the data analysis technique through multiple linear regression formula. The results of this study show that employee performance is influenced by management, organization, communication, and feedback. This is reinforced by R Square of 90.9%. This can be interpreted if the QA communication is improved then the performance of employees will increase in terms of quality, quantity, and utilization of time, so as to minimize the decline in quality standards of production and customer complaints. The other aspects are influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study described consumer receptions of the fashion product brand image Sophie Martin Paris. This qualitative research used interview data collection techniques to fashion product consumer Sophie Martin Paris. Location in this study at Business Center (BC) Khusnul Khotimah Ngoro Mojokerto Sub-district. The results of this study indicated that consumer reception of fashion products Sophie Martin Paris showed a positive thing. Consumers provided a brand image or a good brand image of the products were distributed by Sophie Martin Paris company. That way audiences would trust and interested in buying and delivering positive assumptions about a product already distributed.

Abstract

Pariwisata adalah industri yang melibatkan banyak pihak dan berdampakmultidimensi bagi kehidupan masyarakat di suatu daerah obyek wisata,diantaranya pelaku wisata dan Pemerintah. Demikian juga dengan destinasiwisata di Sidoarjo. Koordinasi dan komunikasi adalah salah satu hal pentingdalam pengembangan wisata di daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmenganalisis dan mendeskripsikan audit komunikasi pemerintah dalampengembangan wisata di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitiankuantitatif, dengan populasi, para pelaku wisata di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, danjumlah sampel 60 orang, dengan teknik snowball sampling dan menggunakanteknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan dilengkapi dengan wawancara. Teknikanalisis data dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwavariabel kepuasan organisasi, iklim organisasi, kualitas media, kemudahanmemperoleh informasi, penyebaran informasi, muatan informasi, kemurnianpesan, dan budaya organisasi, berpengaruh secara simultan terhadappengembangan wisata di Sidoarjo. Variabel iklim komunikasi dan budayaorganisasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pengembangan wisata diSidoarjo

Abstract

Instagram can be used as a mass communication medium that can reach a wide audience in the digital world, and Instagram users can be categorized as active audiences to play a role in giving meaning to various accounts, especially official accounts at an organization / company / university. No exception the official account from UMSIDA (Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo). This account is expected to be a medium of communication between UMSIDA and UMSIDA students. The purpose of this study was to see Umsida Student Reception on "1912 Umsida Instagram" as an Information Media for Umsida Student Activities.This type of research is descriptive qualitative and focuses on the meaning of UMSIDA students (Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo). The object of this research is Instagram Umsida 1912 and the subjects of this research are students who are followers / followers of the 1912 Umsida Instagram account. The informants are students who are members of UKM (Student Activity Unit) members of HIMA (Student Association) and students who are active in Other organizations outside, the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling, with data obtained from in-depth interviews. The method used in this research is the encoding-decoding reception analysis method by Stuart Hall, where the reception includes perception, thought, preference, and interpretation.The results obtained from this study indicate that the different receptions / meanings by the informants based on the experience and background of each informant are influenced by internal and external factors of the informants that Umsida Instagram is considered to be still lacking in providing information on student activities medically however, Instagram Umsida has advantages in providing information about PMB (New Student Admissions).

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of a communication mini audit of members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (Case Study on IMM Korkom Umsida). This research uses quantitative descriptive research. Researchers use this type of research to determine the organizational communication process in IMM Korkom UMSIDA. The results of this study indicate that the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) has good communication with fellow members and with leaders. This includes aspects of management, organization, and communication to IMM members with good procedures for managing members or organizations and their communications. While in the aspect of feedback with a value of 61% and although the lowest, this aspect is still in the good category. To support and enrich the development of knowledge, especially regarding the mini-audit of communication of members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association.

Abstract

Program Desa Melangkah merupakan salah satu program inovatif Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang bertujuan memaksimalkan potensi masing-masing desa, demi meningkatkan kemajuan dan perkembangan di berbagai desa yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan difusi inovasi Program Desa Melangkah di Desa Kenongo, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan tipe-tipe pengadopsi inovasi dalam program tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan informan warga desa Kenongo, yang terdiri dari perangkat desa dan masyarakat biasa melalui teknik pengambilan sampel snow ball. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penyebaran informasi inovasi Program Desa Melangkah dilakukan oleh pemuka pendapat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat melalui empat elemen proses penyebaran, yaitu inovasi, saluran komunikasi, jangka waktu, dan sistem sosial, disamping itu juga ditemukan 4 (empat) tipe pengadopsi inovasi dari hasil penelitian di lapangan, yaitu innovator, early adopter, early majority dan late majority.

Abstract

Alumni dan Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA) banyak yang secara ekonomi terdampak COVID 19, yakni tidak lagi bekerja dan kehilangan penghasilan. Sementara itu profesi content creator sangat menjanjikan karena bergaji besar dan banyak fasilitas. Metode pengabdian masyakarat ini adalah pendampingan content creator dan monitoring evaluasi serta penilaian karya yang dihasilkan. Hasil abdimas adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan para peserta tentang content creator.

Abstract

This research explains about how the interpersonal communication strategies of teachers in implementing character-based holistic education in early childhood in RA Insan Mulia school. This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication strategies of teachers in implementing character-based holistic education in PAUD students and determine the inhibiting and supporting factors of interpersonal communication between teachers in PAUD students in implementing character-based holistic education. This study uses a qualitative approach because it is easy for researchers to explore a fact, then provide an explanation related to the reality found. Based on data obtained during the study, the results were found that interpersonal communication strategies are an important part needed by teachers at RA Insan Mulia in implementing character education in the classroom. The strategies used by PAUD teachers at RA Insan Mulia include communication planning, message content, delivery methods and communication barriers. Communication barriers come from the environment of students at home if they do not make habituation and role models like those at school.

Abstract

This research is a research with a quantitative descriptive approach whose data is in the form of qualitative data that is numbered, which will later be concluded to obtain the calculation results. The research location was carried out in the area of ​​Rw.05 and Rw.06 of Bringin Wetan Hamlet, Bringin Bendo Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. By using respondents as many as 88 respondents, by using the technique .Sampling using the technique of random .sampling. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents and interviews as complementary research materials. Data analysis using interval or percentage scale using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 20.0. The results of this research show that the overall opinion of the community about the activities of the Corporate Social Responsibility of PT. Charoen Pokphand has done well, this is shown from the results of the lowest opinion value in trust of 77.18% in the social field. Which is in the good category, while the highest opinion value in the social part of the attitude is 82.13% which is in the very good category. From these results it can be ascertained that the Corporate Social Responsibility activities of PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia – Sidoarjo East Java received positive opinions from the people around the company. However, there are still negative values ​​from residents which are caused by several factors, namely the lack of supervision from the company, the amount of assistance is not evenly distributed, information about the assistance is not conveyed properly to the community.

Abstract

The formulation of the problems contained in this study are a) How is the influence of family, environment and YouTube media simultaneously on the Islamic character of children? And b) How is the influence of family communication, environment and YouTube media partially on the Islamic character of children?. The type of research used is quantitative, the sample used as research is 109 children, the sampling technique used is simple random sampling, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 application. simultaneously between the variables of family communication, environment and YouTube media on the Islamic character of children. And there is a partial effect of each variable (family communication, environment and youtube) on the child's Islamic character variable.
