Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in PJOK learning. The problem is that the Ministry of Education and Culture issued a regulation in the form of an independent learning curriculum. Methods using descriptive qualitative. Sources of data using primary data consist of school principals, PJOK teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The data collection instrument uses a data validity test, a credibility test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in PJOK learning is carried out optimally. Even though there are obstacles to the teacher's knowledge regarding the understanding of independent learning curriculum learning. In addition, there is a shortage of teachers in preparing the independent learning curriculum. The key to success in implementing the independent learning curriculum in PJOK learning is that there must be a willingness to make changes in accordance with the provisions set by the government and see the potential that exists. In conclusion, planning in independent learning is not fully in accordance with the theory, it does not show CP, ATP and MA in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of the problem in this study is to find whether using color wood powder bullet media can further improve the learning outcomes of bullet repulsion in class V students of SDN Kasreman 2. The goal to be achieved is to further improve the learning outcomes of bullet repulsion in class V students of SDN Kasreman 2 through color wood powder bullet media. The method used in this research is class action research. The number of students in class V is 20 students, consisting of 11 male students and 9 female students. The results of the research on improving the learning outcomes of rejecting bullets through modifying color wood powder bullets that in cycle I there were 11 students who were complete or 55%. While those who have not completed are 9 students or 45%. Whereas in cycle II there were student results with a complete classification of 18 students or 90%, while only 2 students or 10% were not complete. In conclusion, from the results of the research that has been carried out, it is proven that the use of color wood powder bullet modification media can improve the learning outcomes of bullet throwing. This can be seen from the increase in achievement from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

Sickle kick is a kick technique that is not easy for a martial arts athlete to do, this kicking technique is more difficult compared to direct kicks or straight kicks. The sickle kick requires flexibility and speed, as well as proper practice. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of agility ladder training method on the sickle kick speed of pencak silat athletes PerFraternity Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Ngawi Regency. This type of research is a pseudo-experimental research that uses a non-equivalent posttest only control group design. The sample used in this study was 10 athletes divided into experimental and control classes. This data collection technique uses tests and measurements of sickle kick speed, the data that has been collected is processed and analyzed with descriptive statistics and uses t-tests to determine the results of research hypotheses. The results of this study have found that there is an effect of agility ladder training on sickle kick speed. This is indicated by a significant value (2-tailed) 0.004 < 0.005 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Scores from the sickle kick speed test results were average for the experimental group of 25 and for the control group of 20. So this means that the average experimental group > control group, so it can be concluded that the agility ladder training method can have an influence on the speed of the pencak silat sickle kick of the Brotherhood of Loyal Heart Terate Ngawi Regency

Abstract

A person's ability to consume a lot of oxygen during intense activities, such as exercise, is known as VO2max. The purpose of this study was to determine the VO2max level of Modern Ngawi IPSI pencak silat athletes. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research will produce descriptive data, in the form of written data from populations, subjects and observable objects as research indicators. The sample used in this study were 20 athletes. This data collection technique uses tests and measurements of the MFT Multi-Stage Fitness Test ( Bleep Test ). The results of this study have found that there is an athlete's VO2max level. From the results among the 20 IPSI Modern Ngawi pencak silat athletes have good VO2Max abilities. The results show a maximum score of 51.6 and a minimum score of 36.9, with a mean (mean) of 43.5 and a median of 43.1. Therefore, based on the results of research on the average (mean) and median physical condition, the athlete's VO2Max ability is in the good category.

Abstract

Abstract

Adolescents are vulnerable to imbalanced intake and poor diet quality, therefore, education is needed in the school context through nutrition self‑monitoring skills within the School Health Unit (UKS). This study examined the association between adolescents’ self-monitoring nutrition knowledge and energy–macronutrient intake derived from multi-day food records collected using the FatSecret app, and its implications for UKS strengthening. A cross-sectional analytic study was conducted at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya (river-basin/DAS area) in December 2025. Knowledge was assessed using a 15-item Likert questionnaire (physical activity, food logging/nutrition, and sleep–energy domains). Energy and macronutrients were calculated as each participant’s mean daily intake from multi-day diaries; the main analysis included ≥3 recording days (n=24) and sensitivity analysis included ≥2 days (n=27). Recorded fruit–vegetable intake was low (vegetables 12.2±19.0 g/day; fruit 33.1±47.2 g/day), and 33.3–37.0% recorded none during monitoring. The total scale showed good internal consistency (α=0.831–0.828). Total knowledge was associated with energy intake (Main ρ=0.461; p=0.023; Sens ρ=0.487; p=0.010). In adjusted linear regression, food logging/nutrition knowledge was associated with percent energy from fat (B=5.33; p=0.049), while the number of recording days was inversely associated (B=-1.34; p=0.042). Findings support UKS education emphasizing consistent logging and macronutrient composition literacy.
