Abstract

This study is part of a broader (umbrella) research project conducted by three researchers, consisting of development, experimental, and descriptive studies. This tudy aims to describe the results of implementing a Quizizz-based Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) on the topic of arithmetic sequences and series in Grade X at Vocational High School State 1 Bulango Selatan. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method. The population consisted of all Grade X students of Vocational High School State 1 Bulango Selatan in the 2023/2024 academic year, comprising four classes with a total of 87 students. The sample was selected using Cluster Random Sampling through a lottery method among the four classes, and Class X ASKEP A was chosen as the sample. The findings indicate that the use of the Quizizz-based E-LKPD received a positive response from students. This is reflected in the student response questionnaire results, which reached 94.5%, indicating that most students felt assisted in understanding arithmetic sequences and series, and were more motivated and engaged during the mathematics learning process. Therefore, this media can serve as an innovative alternative for implementing digital-based learning in schools.

Abstract

Chemistry learning at the high school level often faces challenges in how to create interesting and fun learning for students. the current paradigm of chemistry subjects is often considered scary by students, so it is necessary to take an innovative approach with the main focus of this service is to create a positive and inspiring learning experience in the school environment, motivating students to be more actively involved in chemistry learning. The service aims to explore the implementation of fun chemistry practicum as a strategy to increase students' interest in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pagimana. This practicum was designed with the aim of changing the conventional chemistry learning paradigm into a fun and memorable experience. Through interactive and visual experiments, students are invited to actively participate in practical activities involving simple chemical reactions and demonstrations that arouse their curiosity. The initial evaluation showed a positive change in students' behavior as seen from their enthusiasm in participating in this activity.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak pada kesehatan fisik dan mental remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan peran teman sebaya terhadap perilaku bullying pada remaja sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) di Poso Kota. Studi ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa/siswi kelas VII (tujuh) dan VIII (delapan) yang bersekolah di Poso Kota. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 83 siswa kelas VII dan VIII dari empat SMP di Poso Kota yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap perilaku bullying pada remaja SMP di Poso Kota. Angka pearson korelasi bernilai negatif yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi nilai dukungan keluarga maka semakin rendah perilaku bullying yang terjadi pada remaja. Selanjutnya, diketahui bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara peran teman sebaya terhadap perilaku bullying pada remaja SMP di Poso Kota. Oleh karena itu, peran keluarga sangat penting dalam membentuk perilaku remaja agar terhindar dari tindakan bullying.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Worked Example-based statistics e-module for Grade VIII junior high school students. The development is motivated by the need for digital teaching materials that can enhance students’ understanding of statistical concepts in a gradual and systematic manner through structured problem-solving examples. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The Define stage involved needs analysis, student characteristics analysis, and content analysis. The Design stage focused on constructing the structure of the Worked Example-based e-module. The Develop stage included validation by media and subject matter experts, as well as practicality testing through readability tests, student response questionnaires, and teacher responses. The Disseminate stage was conducted on a limited scale to evaluate the feasibility of the product in instructional settings. The results indicated that the developed e-module met both validity and practicality criteria. Media validation obtained an average score of 3.45, categorized as highly valid, while material validation achieved an average score of 3.17, categorized as valid. The readability test resulted in a percentage of 90.87%, categorized as highly positive. Student responses reached 88.54%, also categorized as highly positive, while teacher responses attained 97.22%, categorized as highly practical. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Worked Example-based statistics e-module is feasible and effective as a learning medium for Grade VIII junior high school students.
