Abstract

In the development of the business world in Indonesia, companies are required to maintain and improve the quality of work and the quantity of service work. Organizations need people to run them If the company wants to get the desired goals, then one of the things that must be considered is the human being in it namely employees. This research was conducted at PT Multiguna Lestari Abadi Selensen Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work supervision and employee commitment on work achievement at PT Multiguna Lestari Abadi. Work Supervision and Employee Commitment as independent variables (X) while Work Achievement is the dependent variable (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The sample for this research was taken from as many as 53 respondents from the total population using the census sampling method. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were tested statistically through the SPSS program Statistics 24. The results of the tests conducted show that work supervision has a positive and significant effect on work achievement, employee commitment has a positive and significant effect on work achievement, and work supervision and employee commitment have a significant effect on work achievement.

Abstract

The teaching of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKN) becomes a crucial element in forming young generations that possess national character, social skills, and awareness of democratic values. In this new decade, teaching approaches are demanded to be more interactive, enjoyable, and relevant to students' needs. This research aims to identify and evaluate innovative learning models that can support PPKN teaching through the method of literature study. Learning models such as project-based learning, cooperative learning, and problem-based learning are analyzed in depth, especially in the context of increasing student engagement, learning motivation, and understanding of citizenship issues. The study results show that the use of interactive learning models not only makes the learning process more engaging but also provides space for students to think critically, collaborate, and understand the application of Pancasila values in daily life. On the other hand, enjoyable learning strategies contribute to the improvement of academic achievement while simultaneously strengthening students' social attitudes. This study recommends the implementation of these learning models in the PPKN curriculum to create meaningful learning experiences and shape student characters as responsible citizens.

Abstract

Lingkungan sebagai aset alam dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia yang kaya akan sumber daya alam, termasuk timah. Namun, pertambangan timah seringkali merusak lingkungan tanpa pengelolaan yang baik. Hal ini melanggar prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan. Era reformasi membawa konsep keadilan restoratif, dan dampak pencemaran lingkungan akibat penambangan timah juga melanggar HAM. Prinsip pencemar membayar menjadi solusi, diatur dalam UU 32/2009. Implementasinya memerlukan kerjasama antara pemerintah, perusahaan, dan masyarakat serta pengawasan yang ketat. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi prinsip pencemar membayar dalam mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan akibat pertambangan timah di pesisir pantai. Dalam konteks hukum Indonesia, tanggung jawab ini diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 32 Tahun 2009 Tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Implementasi prinsip pencemar membayar tidaklah mudah dan memerlukan kerjasama antara pemerintah, perusahaan pertambangan, dan masyarakat. Pengawasan yang ketat juga diperlukan untuk memastikan prinsip ini diterapkan dengan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi prinsip pencemar membayar terhadap pencemaran lingkungan di pesisir pantai akibat pertambangan timah dan kendala yang muncul dalam pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

Sikeyyan is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise in Beged Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. These Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises do not yet have business legality in general in the form of NIB, PIRT, trademarks and halal certificates. This is what makes intestinal chips products not very well known among the public. From this problem, we aim to provide assistance on the legality aspect of business by providing facilitation and guidance regarding the requirements in managing business legality that must be owned by business actors. The method used in assisting business legality is PAR (Participatory Action Research). PAR has three words that are always related to one another, namely participation, research, and action. All research must be implemented in action. PAR-based research is designed to examine something in order to change and make improvements to it. This assistance provides thebenefit of increasing the quality and quantity of sales of Sikeyyan MSME.

Abstract

Purpose: To improve reading and writing skills to increase the critical thinking ability of students at SMAN 1 Mulak Ulu, Lahat Regency. Methodology/approach: This training was conducted at SMAN 1 Mulak Ulu, with a total of 25 students participating. The methods used were lectures, class discussions, field observations in the school area, and writing a short observation report. Reading activities were carried out independently by giving books to the students. Evaluation is carried out by assessing observation reports and collecting participants' responses regarding the training via Google Forms. Results/Findings: The participants were very enthusiastic about actively asking and answering the instructor's questions. Interactive activities were carried out in the form of field observations, reading books, writing a short observation report, and  a summary of the book reading. Evaluation of the observation reports showed that 64% of the participants had good writing skills. On average, participants had good knowledge of linguistic rules, but their ability to summarize reading still needs to be improved. Most participants stated that this program made a very good contribution to improving their skills and knowledge of writing scientific papers and reading. Thus, this kind of training needs to be continued to improve students' critical thinking abilities. Limitations: The number of participants was relatively small and only in one school. Training is still limited to literacy, so it needs to be developed for other skills Contribution: This training is very useful for students to improve their literacy skills.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar sering menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam mengajarkan konsep perbandingan yang dianggap sulit oleh siswa. Penelitian ini mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis papan perbandingan untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep ini melalui pendekatan visual interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan papan perbandingan secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep perbandingan Selain itu, media ini juga meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengajaran matematika di sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran berbasis visual yang lebih inovatif dan efektif.

Abstract

Fine motor skills are a crucial aspect of early childhood education, which is a prerequisite for learning readiness but often requires effective and applicable learning strategies. Therefore, this study aims to test and determine the magnitude of the effect of the implementation of hands-on activity (direct practice activities) on the fine motor development of early childhood children in Early Childhood Education SPAS. Al-Kautsar Bontobiraeng. This study is quantitative with a pre-experimental approach using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of 10 children in group B (aged 5–6 years). The main data collection technique was observation using a checklist sheet based on indicators of children's fine motor development. Data was analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test due to sample limitations. The results of the study showed a significant increase in children's fine motor ability scores after the intervention. The average pretest score was 20.4, increasing to 32.4 in the posttest. The results of the statistical test showed an Asymp. Sig. value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This finding indicates that there is a significant influence of the implementation of hands-on activity on the fine motor development of early childhood. This study provides a practical contribution: hands-on activity is proven to be effective in stimulating and improving children's fine motor skills through direct, fun, and meaningful learning experiences. These results can be a recommendation for early childhood education teachers to adopt direct practice activities in fine motor development stimulation programs.
