Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan Google Workspace pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan tambahan variabel eksternal facility conditions. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 4.0. dengan  jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak  266 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu: (1) facility conditions berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness, (2) perceived ease of use juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness, (3) perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward use, (4) perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use (5) attitude toward use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use, (6) behavioral intention to use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual system usage. Nilai R-Square pada setiap variabel menunjukkan kemampuan prediktif model yang kuat, sedangkan nilai Goodness of Fit sebesar 0,601 menegaskan bahwa model memiliki kesesuaian yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa facility conditions serta persepsi pengguna terhadap kemudahan dan manfaat merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan adopsi Google Workspace di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.Kata Kunci: Google Workspace, Model Penerimaan Teknolgi, Kondisi Fasilitas, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Persepsi KegunaanABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance and use of Google Workspace among Office Administration Education students at Surabaya State University using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory with the addition of the external variable of facility conditions. This study uses a quantitative method analyzed using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 4.0. with a total of 266 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) facility conditions have a positive and significant effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, (2) perceived ease of use also has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, (3) perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on attitude toward use, (4) perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use (5) attitude toward use has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use, (6) behavioral intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual system usage. The R-Square value for each variable indicates the model's strong predictive ability, while the Goodness of Fit value of 0.601 confirms that the model has a high degree of suitability. This study confirms that facility conditions and user perceptions of ease and benefits are important factors in increasing the adoption of Google Workspace in higher education environments.Keywords: Google Workspace, Technology Acceptance Model, Facility Conditions, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness

Abstract

Objective: Development of OBE (Outcome-Based Education) curriculum-based digital textbooks to strengthen students' abilities and skills in order to support the achievement of learning outcomes in accordance with the graduate profile of the study program. In line with learning objectives that are relevant to the needs of the world of work, the content and guidelines in this textbook are expected to help students master the competencies specified in the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for each course. Method: The research used a descriptive statistical analysis approach with 60 undergraduate students from the Office Administration Education Study Program at UNESA, UM, and the Office Administration Management Study Program at UPI as subjects. The instruments included student perceptions based on TAM indicators (Perceived Usefulness/PU, Perceived Ease of Use/PEOU, Attitude Toward Using/ATU, Behavioral Intention/BI, Actual System Use/ASU). Results: This study indicate that this digital textbook is effective in improving learning performance, motivation, and actual use, supporting the transformation of digital education in higher education. Novelty: Novelty of this research is the analysis of Android-based digital textbooks for the Electronic Records Management course, which is in line with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum and integrated with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).

Abstract

The urgency of this research is that the development of Android-based digital textbooks for Electronic Records Management courses is urgently needed to support the OBE curriculum, improve 21st-century skills, and facilitate interactive and accessible learning. This research aimed to measure students' perceptions to develop an Android-based digital textbook for the Electronic Records Management course to support the implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in higher education. Utilising the 4D development model, Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate, the study involved 60 students from the Office Administration Education program at a state university in East Java. Validation by experts in content, media, and language resulted in scores of 92.83%, 95.65%, and 86%, respectively, indicating a high feasibility level. Student responses were overwhelmingly positive, with mean scores exceeding 4.21 across categories such as format, relevance, engagement, satisfaction, and confidence. The findings confirm the digital textbook's effectiveness in enhancing 21st-century skills and meeting learning outcomes aligned with OBE standards. Recommendations include refining visual elements and adding interactive features to maintain engagement. This research contributes significantly to digital textbook development, emphasising accessibility and adaptability to meet the demands of modern education and professional readiness.

Abstract

This article discusses a study about the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial readiness, family environment on entrepreneurial readiness,self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness, entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial readiness mediated by self-efficacy, and family environment on entrepreneurial readiness mediated by self-efficacy. The population of the study involved 141 students in class XII of the Office Administration Automation skill program at SMK Negeri Mojoagung who had taken the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship learning subject. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the sample and 104 respondents. The technique of the study used quantitative research with the type of a causal associative, and the data collection method used a questionnaire. The technique of data analysis used path analysis. The conclusion indicated that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness (P Value = 0.008), the family environments did not have a positive effect on entrepreneurial readiness (P Value = 0.182), self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness (P Value = 0.019), there is no significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness mediated by self-efficacy (P Value = 0.068), and family environment on entrepreneurial readiness mediated by self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect with the significant impact (P Value = 0.049).

Abstract

This research aimed to measure the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest, the family environment on entrepreneurial interest, entrepreneurship education on self-efficacy, the family environment on self-efficacy, self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy, as well as the family environment on the entrepreneurial interest mediated by self- efficacy. This research was conducted on students of Office Administration Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Surabaya registered in 2018 which consisted of 62 students. All populations were used as samples in this research. This research technique was quantitative research with causal associative types and primary data types. Data were collected by using Self-Administered Surveys. Then, the data were analyzed by using path analysis. The research output concluded that entrepreneurship education did not have a positive impact on entrepreneurial interest (P Value = 0.789), the family environment had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interest (P Value = 0.030), self-efficacy had a positive impact on entrepreneurial interest (P Value = 0.000 ), entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant impact on self-efficacy (P Value = 0.000), family environment had a positive and significant impact on self-efficacy (P Value = 0.044), entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy (P Value = 0.000), family environment did not have a positive and significant impact on the entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy(P Value = 0.107).

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan peranan penting dalam mengembangkan potensi manusia sebagai sumber daya. Lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan menarik mampu meningkatkan semangat siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Ekonomi dan Bisnis SMKS PGRI 2 Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental). Hasil uji hipotesis didasarkan pada hasil uji T pada minat belajar siswa diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,004 yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi <0,05. Hasil pengujian ini mengarah pada H0 ditolak dan H1. Hasil uji hipotesis didasarkan pada hasil uji T pada hasil belajar siswa diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi <0,05. Hasil pengujian ini mengarah pada H0 ditolak dan H2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat minat belajar dan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen pada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran inkuiri dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri memberikan dampak positif secara signifikan terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Ekonomi dan Bisnis.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: The digital transformation in education has underscored the need for innovative learning strategies that enhance student engagement and academic achievement, particularly in vocational high schools (SMKs). However, many existing learning media remain insufficiently interactive and fail to foster active student participation. Purpose: This study aims to develop a Content Management System (CMS)-based learning media and evaluate its effectiveness in improving student engagement and learning outcomes in the Office Management and Business Services program at SMK. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the implementation of an interactive blog-based CMS tailored specifically for archival studies, integrating instructional videos, quizzes, and comment sections to promote independent exploration and active learning. Research Methods: The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model and involved 11th-grade students at SMKN 1 Surabaya as research participants. Effectiveness was assessed through expert validation, classroom observations, pre-test and post-test evaluations, and student response questionnaires. Results: The results indicated that the CMS-based media was rated as highly feasible by expert validators. Empirical findings showed a significant increase in student engagement, demonstrated through active participation in discussions, task completion, and self-directed exploration of materials. Learning outcomes also improved significantly following the use of the CMS-based media. Research Contributions: This study contributes to the development of practical and effective digital learning media in vocational education and serves as a strategic reference for implementing technology-based instruction in vocational high school contexts
