Abstract

Kegiatan alokasi sumber daya pada proses produksi merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan untuk mencapai tingkat produksi optimal. Permasalahan optimalisasi produksi masih menjadi kendala bagi sebagian besar usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan. Salah satunya, Pabrik Tahu Pak Yayat yang memproduksi dua jenis tahu, yaitu tahu putih dan tahu kuning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah produksi tahu melalui alokasi sumber daya yang tepat untuk mencapai keuntungan usaha yang maksimum. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode branch and bound dan cutting plane. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian metode branch and bound diperoleh kombinasi produksi 36 papan tahu putih dan 75 papan tahu kuning yang memberikan keuntungan maksimum Rp.1.872.000,00. Sedangkan metode cutting plane diperoleh hasil kombinasi produk 37 papan tahu putih dan 75 papan tahu kuning dengan keuntungan Rp.1.886.500,00. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode cutting plane memberikan hasil yang optimal dengan keuntungan yang maksimum dibandingkan branch and bound. Pada penelitian ini, software lingo digunakan untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan data serta membandingkan hasil perhitungan antara manual dan software untuk menghindari kesalahan perhitungan.

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing very rapidly, as evidenced by the birth of Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 has entered all aspects of life, the manufacturing industry and the service industry. One of the purposes of the use of information technology is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a process and the company's competitive advantage. PT. Meidoh Indonesia, which is located in Karawang, has begun to apply Industry 4.0 technology, especially in the field of improving material flow. The process of taking employee work equipment is still conventionally using the material request paper. This study aims to design an employee work equipment warehousing information system using the Framework For The Application System Thinking (FAST) method based on VBA Macro Excel. The results showed that this information system makes it easier for employees to make requests for work equipment to support their work. Information systems can reduce times of request material up to 60%. The fastest material request time conventionally takes 15 minutes, while material request time using this warehousing information system only takes 5 minutes.

Abstract

Healthy, safe and comfortable working conditions need to be created to increase work productivity, ergonomic aspects of the work environment need to be considered so that workers perform their duties optimally. Worker complaints can indicate that there is an unbalanced physiological workload, it is necessary to measure workload at the industrial center. The shoe industry center is one of the largest centers but the production process is still conventional, all work activities are carried out in a sitting and bending position. The aim of this research to identify the workload of workers and measure and analyze the level of fatigue using the ergonomic approach method physiologically workers. The results showed the% CVL of workers in the range of 16.5% - 21.2% which indicates there is no fatigue in workers, while the Energy Consumption (KE) of workers has a value of 1.265 which shows the physiological workload classification is very light, with oxygen consumption (V02) in the range of values 0.7-0.8 which indicates work in the shoe industry center is a medium work classification.Key Words : Workloads, Ergonomics, Physiological Workload, Muscoletal Disrorder’s (MSD)

Abstract

Karawang is one of the areas that developed into one of the largest industrial cities in Indonesia. Karawang experienced rapid growth, especially in the industrial and commercial sectors. This has led to the occurrence of the change of the pattern of life in the community, so that modern society become identical with a consumptive lifestyle. Leads to the new needs that actually put forward in public life, one of which is the demand needs of life, especially basic needs. That's what became the basis of the number of franchise mini market opened, but there are two big names that are often visited by the people that Indomaret and Alfamart. The purpose of this study is to analyze the probability of the displacement of the consumer between two mini market. The method of game theory used for the analysis of customer strategy of the two-mini market, while the Markov chain is used to analyze the displacement of the customer. Results from game theory such Alfamart winning strategy on price and Indomaret winning strategy on the completeness of the product. While the results from the Markov chain there is a movement of consumers from Indomaret to Alfamart.

Abstract

The problems that occur in the soybean tempe home industry are the competition in the market sector and unstable prices. The purpose of this study is to determine the assignment of employees in performing their works and to distribute them to each destination with the shortest distance. The research method used is assignment, networking using the assistance of the operations management software program - quantitative methods (POM-QM) for windows. The data used are the primary data conducted in a preliminary study. In addition, data collection techniques are carried out in several ways, namely interviews, observation and schedule recording. The finding provides optimal results for all four employees based on suitable jobs. Each employee is employee 1 with a type of laundering taking 17 minutes. Employees 2 with a kneading type of work taking 35 minutes. Eemployees 3 with wrapping job type taking 10 minutes. Meanwhile, eemployees 4 is breawing taking 15 minutes. In addition, the distribution of tempe to the destination point with the shortest route produces a distance of 76 km.

Abstract

The problems at the National Dairy Depot are sales productivity problems, regarding the assignment of workers, as well as regarding the distribution allocation network in Teluk Jambe Timur District, which consists of nine workers. The purpose of this research is to optimize the distance and time in the distribution of National Milk. The method used in the assignment of workers is the Assignment (Hungarian) method, and to optimize the distribution network allocation of milk by using the Networking (Spanning Tree) method. Using these two methods, the optimum total allocation of products sold is 1350 pieces of national milk, and the minimum distance that must be traveled by workers in distributing national milk is 39.18 Km.

Abstract

Proses pemeriksaan akhir pada perusahaan manufakur merupakan aktivitas pemeriksaan yang dilakukan sebelum produk akan dikirim ke customer. Perkembangan komputerisasi dalam perusahaan merupakan kebutuhan pada saat ini untuk menjalankan aktivitas dalam perusahaan salah satunya perancangan dan pengembangan sistem inspeksi digital. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat dilakukan dalam perbaikan kinerja suatu bisnis dan komponen di dalamnya. FMEA dapat melakukan analisis kesalahan yang akan terjadi pada suatu aktivitas pekerjaan dengan melakukan rating severity, occurrence dan detection untuk menghasilkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN). Sehingga, dapat diusulkan perbaikan dari tiap proses untuk mengurangi nilai RPN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi pada tiap proses pemeriksaan akhir dan usulan perbaikannya dengan menggunakan metode FMEA. Kemudian, dilakukan perancangan sistem inspeksi digital dengan menggunakan Macro VBA Excel. hasil penelitian dengan analisis FMEA ini didapatkan nilai RPN awal pada pekerjaan inspeksi akhir adalah 1019, dengan rekomendasi perbaikan nilai RPN berkurang menjadi 542. ini berarti berkurangnya tingkat kesalahan setelah dilakukan perancangan sistem inspeksi dengan aplikasi Macro VBA Excel. Selain nilai RPN yang berkurang, aplikasi ini juga dapat menghemat waktu pekerjaan dan mengurangi pemakaian kertas di perusahaan. Kata Kunci:  pemeriksaan akhir, sistem inspeksi, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Macro VBA Excel

Abstract

PT.XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang insulasi thermal. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah adanya ketidakseimbangan di lintasan produksi yang berakibat adanya kesenjangan yang sedikit jauh antara permintaan produk face lathe dan aktual produksi yang dihasilkan departemen Ring Production. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini perlu dilakukan penyeimbangan lintasan produksi dan perhitungan takt time. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan metode Line Balancing yaitu metode penugasan sejumlah pekerjaan yang saling berkaitan dalam satu lintasan produksi sehingga setiap stasiun kerja memiliki waktu yang tidak melebihi waktu siklus dari stasiun kerja tersebut. Metode Line Balancing yang digunakan adalah metode bobot posisi (Rangked Positional Weight) dan metode Killbridge-Wester. Dari perhitungan takt time dan kedua metode Line Balancing yang digunakan sebagai solusi penyimbangan lintasan, terjadi perbaikan performansi dengan nilai sama pada lintasan produksi. Hasil perhitungan takt time Untuk memenuhi permintaan dari pelanggan, berdasarkan data pemesanan pelanggan pada bulan September, Oktober, dan November 2019 dalam perhitungan takt time menunjukkan bahwa 1 unit produk harus di produksi dengan waktu 45,14 detikperproduk. Nilai efisiensi lintasan (line efficiency) meningkat menjadi 74,60 % dari 70,06 % pada kondisi awal. Nilai keseimbangan waktu senggang (balance delay) turun menjadi 25,39 % dari 29,94 % pada kondisi awal. Sehingga didapatkan jumlah stasiun kerja yang diusulkan sebanyak 2 stasiun kerja, berkurang satu stasiun kerja dari sebelumnya memiliki 3 stasiun kerja.

Abstract

In the work environment of a company, it cannot be denied that the risk of possible work accidents can occur. The number of work accidents in Indonesia shows an increase every year until 2018 which is the highest accident rate in the last 28 years. Historical data of PT. Byung Hwa Indonesia, which is engaged in manufacturing which produces electronic and automotive components, has recorded a number of work accidents that have occurred up to 2019. The data shows that many work accidents are caused by hazards that are not optimally controlled. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the hazard identification process with a risk assessment which aims to identify the factors that can cause work accidents and provide suggestions for controlling the factors that can cause work accidents. The research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach and risk management used in the hazard identification process, namely Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). From the results of the study it can be concluded that, in the activities carried out by the operator on the injection machine there are 12 factors out of 5 activities that can cause work accidents and on the shootblast machine there are 5 factors from 1 activity that can cause work accidents. The total factors that can cause work accidents are 17 factors and the possibility of a work accident occurring at the low level is 24%, medium 41%, and high 35%. There are several ways to minimize the occurrence of work accidents from these 17 factors, namely by providing Personal Protective Equipment (APD) in the form of glasses, safety shoes, earplugs, gloves and arm protectors. Furthermore, socializing the application of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in work and engineering by redesigning the layout of the existing machines on the production floor.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu indikator tingkat kinerja suatu bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perpindahan nasabah Bank BCA dan Bank Mandiri Cabang Karawang dan tingkat antrian nasabah yang datang dalam melakukan transaksi dari kedua bank. Metode Markov chain digunakan untuk menganalisis pangsa pasar mendatang. Perbandingan model game theory untuk mengetahui analisa persaingan antara kedua bank dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terkait pelayanan, fasilitas, dan produk yang ditawarkan oleh kedua bank. Model analisis antrian menggunakan model Single Channel. Hasil Markov Chain untuk meramalkan pangsa pasar 3 tahun kedepan untuk Bank BCA berada pada peringkat ke-3 Bank Mandiri berada pada peringkat ke-4. Perhitungan Game Theory memperoleh hasil untuk strategi Bank BCA menggunakan strategi 1 yaitu “Transaksi Online” sedangkan untuk Mandiri menggunakan strategi 4 yaitu “Kantor cabang yang tersebar”. Perhitungan antrian hasil perhitungan didapat hasil rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam sistem untuk Bank Mandiri yaitu 14 menit dan Bank BCA yaitu 2 menit sedangkan rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam antrian untuk Bank Mandiri yaitu 11 menit dan Bank BCA yaitu 17 menit.
