Abstract

Menurunnya jumlah pelanggan XL setiap tahunnya pasti dipengaruhi banyak operator seluler yang bermunculan, menyebabkan terjadinya persaingan yang semakin tinggi sesama operator seluler dalam menarik minat konsumen untuk menggunakan produknya. Menciptakan kesetiaan pelanggan yang bisa dimulai dengan periklanan mobile untuk memberitahu produknya. Periklanan yang baik akan menciptakan, mempertahankan kepuasan, serta menjadikan konsumen yang loyal. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Periklanan Mobile terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen pada Kartu Prabayar XL (Survei Pada Pengguna di Karawang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna kartu prabyar XL di Karawang. Sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik aksidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil pengolahan data analisis regresi linier sederhanan periklanan mobile dengan nilai β sebesar 1,191 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 dan nilai t sebesar 12,623 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa periklanan mobile memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna kartu prabayar XL di Karawang.

Abstract

As an area that has evolved into one of the industrial cities in Indonesia, Karawang has experienced rapid growth, especially in the fields of industry and business. This causes a change in lifestyle so that modern society is bornthat is synonymous with consumptive behavior patterns which result in new needs that are presented practically in people's lives, one of which is restaurant food needs so that growth presence of fast food restaurants in Karawang. Competition between fast food restaurants can result in the brands switch to customers, so marketing mix strategy (9P) is needed (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Packaging, Payment). This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on brand movement, the rate of movement of fast food restaurant brands (X, Y, and Z) at Karawang, and the right strategy for companies to win the competition. The Markov Chains method is used to predict the market share of a product from the level of transfer of fast-food restaurant brands in Karawang, while Game Theory is to determine the right strategy in the marketing mix in the face of shifting customer brands. Research results obtained from 113 respondents who are valid and reliable,with the relationship of the two low variables are negative at -0.083 interpreting that the marketing mix correlation with brand displacement has an inverse relationship so that the marketing mix of fast food restaurants increases, the customer's brand shift will be lower. The brand transfer rate is predicted to have a market share in the coming year of 33.2% X, 36.2% Y and 30.6% Z with competitive strategies that can be done by increasing the Promotion and Location of Fast Food Restaurants.

Abstract

The company always tries to meet customer demands, so it must be able to provide good product quality. Quality control is always carried out by manufacturing companies for the creation of zero defects. Lever Assy Parking Brake is part of the cars spare parts produced by manufacturing company X and must have a zero defect product quality level. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of product defect using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. Data was carried out with process control procedures. This study showed that the product defect rate of Lever Assy Parking Brake with Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method in March 2018 was very large. As seen from the 22 data production processes, 13 production process data (59 percent) were out-of-control but still fell within the specification limit of 9 ± 0.5 mm. Meanwhile, only 9 data production processes (41 percent) were in control. So there is a need to analyze causes and corrective actions. R control chart shows the process that has been stable or under control has a UCL (Upper Control Limit) value of 0.21, the LCL (Lower Control Limit) value of 0 and a value of CL (central line) of 0.10. Whereas ????̅ chart shows the control limit with UCL value of 9.39, LCL value is 9.27 and CL value is 9.33.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Toserba Blitz is one of the MSMEs which is engaged in the sale of daily necessities. Every day, Toserba Blitz to provide consumer needs and determine sales strategies to win the sales competition. The purpose’s research is to make the right decisions in determining the sales strategy to win the competition. The method used strategic management matrix formulation which consists of 3 stages, namely the Input Stage using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix, the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, the External Internal Matrix (IE) and the Boston Consulting Group Matrix, Matching stage using SWOT analysis and the decision stage using QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) method. The results are the highest Total Attractiveness Scores (TAS), 3.03 and 3.76, which are followed by market and product development strategies with total strength and weakness score of 1.88 and total value of opportunities and threats 2.93, and the integration strategy total score of 1.41 and 3.05. Toserba Blitz needs to apply alternative strategy for market penetration, by increasing store employees to increasing sales, increasing sales of latest products, competitive prices, increasing promotions supported by pricing strategy, increasing the uses of customers based on loyalty, increased advertising, offering promotion extensively or increasing publicity. Abstract

Industry 4.0 is called the fourth industrial revolution which brings a paradigm shift in the production industry so that it gives a big impact on the industrial value chain. The concept of industry 4.0 illustrates the increase in digitalization of the entire value chain and results in the interconnection between people, objects and systems through real-time data exchange so that this will be a challenge for companies is facing charges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. in this change the company effectively needs to plan for sustainable human resource development. The characteristics of Industry 4.0 that tend to focus on technology and ultimately create a gap between competencies and the expertise needed by Industry 4.0. Therefore, companies need a competency model that is needed by suitable industrial workers in facing industry challenges 4.0. This study aims to analyze the results of the evaluation of employee competencies in companies in the district. Karawang. Employee competency evaluation at companies in the district. Karawang uses multidimensional scaling analysis methods, importance-performance analysis and gap analysis, and radar chart analysis. Based on the results of the study, the multidimensional scaling method aimed at the similarity of characteristics in the use of social competencies and personal competencies of employees in Kab. Karawang has a high similarity of characteristics with the stress value on the perception map of 0.146 or 15% and the R2 value generated is 0.907 or 91%. The largest gap value is owned by the construct of Industry 4.0 competencies with a value of -0.99. The smallest gap value is assumed by the construct of Technical competencies with a value of -0.45. priority levels of competency that need to be improved by employees in Kab. Karawang in the industrial era 4.0 was categorized in the main priorities: social competencies and industry 4.0 competencies, the category of maintaining achievement: Personal competencies and excessive categories: methodological competencies and technical competencies.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menarik perhatian masyarakat karena dapat memudahkan aktivitas, salah satunya yaitu usaha food delivery yang kini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan smartphone, atau dikenal dengan Aplikasi Pengiriman Makanan (APM). Namun, berbagai motif dibalik penggunaan APM (GrabFood dan Go-Food) belum diketahui secara pasti. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi niat penggunaan APM. Selain itu hubungan antara external motivation variable dengan intention to use juga diselidiki. Terdapat empat variabel motivasi eksternal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: quality control, convenience, listing dan search of restaurants. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 390 mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA) yang menggunakan GrabFood maupun Go-Food. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 25 menunjukkan terdapat dua variabel secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi niat penggunaan APM di Karawang, yaitu variabel convenience dan search of restaurants.

Abstract

The culinary industry contributes to the development of MSMEs in the country and requires companies to be able to increase their competitiveness, the need for a strategic management approach so that MSMEs can be competitive. Strategy formulation is used by reviewing MSMEs using the PESTLE analysis method for external environmental analysis, competitiveness analysis using the Five Force method, Ansoff Matrix method to determine market development strategies at the business unit level and Blue Ocen Strategy to determine strategies in winning the market. Data collected through interviews and observations. The results obtained show that F&B MSMEs can implement market penetration strategies by creating online stores and websites. Market development strategies can be done through Healthy Store, Retailer and consignment. Product development strategies by creating healthy subscription and journal packages, and diversifying by conducting Healthy Sessions or Workshops. From the four methods above and alternative solutions offered, it can be concluded that the most appropriate strategy to improve competitiveness is to diversify in the form of a Healthy Session or Workshop.

Abstract

MSME Nasi Goreng Kencur is one of the developing MSMEs. With a variety of products for sale. Of the various variants that are sold, of course, they have different advantages. So we need a problem solving tool to find out which product has the maximum benefit. Research is able to find out how feasible and optimal solutions are from various problem models. Implementation of operational research on the completion of the case study in Nasi Goreng Kencur SMEs, to obtain optimal benefits. This research was conducted in 2022 using the interview method and direct observation, where MSME owners become the data source for conducting research. To optimize the profit can be solved by using the Integer Linear Programming problem model using the Simplex method. Then for the assignment analysis at the Nasi Goreng Kencur SMEs using the Hungarian method. In the data processing that is carried out using these two models, manual data processing is carried out, and calculations using POM-QM software. So that the results of the study become more accurate, because in addition to using manual calculations. Calculations are also used using the POM-QM application.

Abstract

Intisari— Permulaan Industri 4.0 ditandai dengan munculnya rekayasa intelegensia dan internet of thing. Industri 4.0 diperkirakan akan mempunyai potensi manfaat yang besar, namun menyimpan berbagai dampak negatif salah satunya adalah disrupsi pada ancaman lapangan pekerjaan yang membuat persaingan semakin ketat. Langkah Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengatasi hal tersebut dengan membuat roadmap making Indonesia 4.0. Salah satu langkah inisiatif dalam roadmap making Indonesia 4.0 adalah pemberdayaan usaha kecil, mikro, dan menengah (UMKM) dan insentif dalam inovasi atau penggunaan teknologi. Namun, UMKM mengalami beberapa hambatan salah satunya adalah kurangnya sumber dana dan penggunaan teknologi. Hal ini membuat pelaku UMKM harus menghasilkan inovasi baru agar bisa memenuhi tuntutan pasar. Inovasi tersebut diwujudkan dengan penggunaan financial technology (fintech). Penggunaan fintech memiliki beberapa aspek yang menjadi pertimbangan bagi UMKM, salah satunya adalah pada aspek technology-organization-environment (TOE). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling signifikan berdasarkan aspek TOE dalam penggunaan financial technology dan pengaruh financial technology terhadap financial inclusion UMKM Kabupaten Karawang menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan 100 responden pelaku UMKM sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek TOE yang dilihat dari perceived direct benefit mempengaruhi financial technology (0.152). Sedangkan perceived indirect benefit, perceived cost, perceived technical competence, perceived industry pressure, dan perceived government pressure tidak memiliki pengaruh dalam financial technology (0.277; 0.174; 0.261; 0.225; 0.035), dan financial technology mempengaruhi financial inclusion (0.727). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa faktor yang signifikan dalam aspek TOE yang mempengaruhi penggunaan financial technology adalah perceived direct benefit, dimana menurut responden pada penelitian ini merasakan manfaat langsung dari penggunaan financial technology dan semakin tinggi pengguna financial technology sebanding dengan financial inclusion UMKM.Abstract— The beginning of Industry 4.0 was marked by the transition to intelligence engineering and the internet of things. Industry 4.0 is predicted to have great potential benefits, but it keeps various negative impacts, one of which is disturbed by job challenges that make competition tighter. The steps of the Government of Indonesia in overcoming this matter by making a road map to make Indonesia 4.0. One of the steps in developing a road map for Indonesia 4.0 is the empowerment of small, micro and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and incentives for innovation or technology use. However, MSME uses several solutions, one of which uses funding sources and the use of technology. This makes SMEs must get new innovations in order to get market praise. The innovation is realized by using financial technology (fintech). The use of fintech has several aspects that are considered by MSMEs, one of which is in the aspect of technology-organization-environment (TOE). The purpose of this study is the comparison of the most significant factors based on aspects of TOE in the use of financial technology and financial technology on MSME financial inclusion in Karawang Regency using the SEM-PLS method with 100 respondents using MSME as a sample. The results of this study indicate that the aspect of TOE as seen from the direct benefits felt affects financial technology (0.152). Whereas perceived indirect benefits, perceived costs, perceived technical competence, perceived industry pressure, and perceived government pressure have no influence in financial technology (0.277; 0.174; 0.261; 0.225; 0.035), and financial technology affects financial inclusion (0.727). Based on the results of this study, it was found that a significant factor in the aspect of TOE that influenced the use of financial technology felt direct benefits, where according to respondents in this study the direct benefits of using financial technology and the higher financial technology users were comparable to MSME financial inclusion.

Abstract

            Model transportasi merupakan salah satu satu metode dalam riset operasi untuk memecahkan suatu permasalahan transportasi dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa variabel dan pembatas. Toko Sumber Mainan yang memiliki 3 cabang toko berbeda ini memiliki permasalahan transportasi pada proses pengiriman mainan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian terapan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui biaya transportasi minimal yang perlu dikeluarkan dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas barang di dalam gudang pada setiap toko. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah transportasi ini adalah Vogel’s Approxiamtion Method (VAM) untuk menentukan solusi awal dan Stepping Stone Method untuk menentukan solusi optimumnya. Hasil pengolahan data secara manual menggunakan Vogel’s Approxiamtion Method serta dilanjutkan dengan uji keoptimalan menggunakan Stepping Stone Method sebesar Rp.99.525. Perhitungan menggunakan bantuan Software POM-QM guna memvalidasi akurat atau tidaknya perhitungan secara manual juga dilakukan dan menunjukkan hasil yang sama yaitu biaya minimal yang dikeluarkan Toko Sumber Mainan untuk melakukan pengiriman mainan ke setiap toko sebesar Rp.99.525.
