Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of administrative staff competence on student administrative services at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency, totaling 190 students. While the number of samples in this study was carried out using Slovin's opinion, from the calculation results obtained a sample size of 66 students. Data collection was carried out in two ways, namely questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation. The data analysis technique uses percentage analysis, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis, and determination coefficient analysis. The results of research and data analysis show that, (1) the competence of administrative staff at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale Bone Regency received a very good assessment, with a percentage of 80%, (2) administrative services for students at SMPN 2 Ajangale Bone Regency were also in the very good category, with a percentage of 79%, (3) there is an effect of administrative staff competence of 60.5% on student administrative services, while the remaining 39.5% is influenced by other aspects not examined in this study. From these results, it shows that the higher the competence of administrative staff at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency, the more administrative services for students will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Desain pada pnelitian ini yaitu Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nonequivalent Only Control Group Design yang terdiri dari kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh metode snowball drilling terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Negeri 7 Bone. Sampel terdiri atas kelas X1 dan X4 SMK Negeri 7 Bone sebagai kelas kontrol maupun eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan hasil nilai signifikansi kelompok kontrol sebesar 0.306 > 0.05, yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa pretest dan postest pada kelompok kontrol. Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode snowball drilling yang artinya H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat dipahami bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode snowball drilling terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas X di SMK Negeri 7 Bone.

Abstract

Pati sagu alami penggunaannya terbatas untuk pangan dan non pangan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dimodifikasi untuk memperbaiki karakteristik fisikokimia dan fungsionalnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi rasio sodium trimetaphosphate (STMP) dengan sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) berdasarkan karakteristik fisikokimia dan fungsional pati sagu fosfat. Penelitian terdiri dari satu faktor dengan 7 taraf konsentrasi rasio STMP/STPP=99/1 yaitu 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 dan 12% (berat/berat pati). Variabel analisis diantaranya kadar fosfat, kadar air, kadar abu, daya menahan air, daya menahan minyak, daya mengembang dan kelarutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi rasio STMP/STPP yang terbaik terdapat pada 6%. Kadar fosfat dan kadar abu pati sagu fosfat meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya konsentrasi rasio STMP/STPP sampai konsentrasi 12% sedangkan daya menahan air dan daya mengembang meningkat sampai 8% selanjutnya menurun sampai akhir konsentrasi 12%. Kadar air dan daya menahan minyak pati sagu fosfat menurun seiring bertambahnya konsentrasi rasio STMP/STPP. Kelarutan pati sagu fosfat cenderung konstan seiring bertambahnya konsentrasi rasio STMP/STPP.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of family income, living environment, and education on poverty levels in Palopo City. Utilizing secondary data from the Palopo City Central Statistics Agency, the research analyzes the relationship between these exogenous variables—family income, living environment, and education—and the endogenous variable of poverty. The study employs panel data, combining time series and cross-sectional data, and uses quantitative analysis through path analysis to evaluate the relationships. The findings reveal that all proposed hypotheses are supported. Hypothesis 1 confirms that family income has a significant positive effect on poverty in Palopo City, indicating that lower family income levels are strongly associated with higher poverty rates. Hypothesis 2 establishes that the living environment has a positive and significant effect on poverty, suggesting that poor living conditions contribute substantially to poverty levels. Hypothesis 3 demonstrates that education also has a positive and significant effect on poverty, implying that limited educational attainment exacerbates poverty issues. These results underscore the interconnectedness of income, environmental conditions, and education in shaping poverty dynamics. The findings highlight the need for integrated policy interventions aimed at improving family income, enhancing living conditions, and increasing educational access to effectively combat poverty in Palopo City. Future research could explore other potential determinants and their interaction with these factors.

Abstract

The implementation of free education policies in improving student achievement provides benefits for improving the quality of education, especially high schools in Bulukumba Regency by increasing student participation in learning motivation supported by teaching staff and good infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of free education policies in improving student achievement at State Senior High School 1 Bulukumba Regency which is supported by good facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach focusing on case study analysis using an interactive model. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the free education policy in the learning process in improving student achievement in the learning process went well. It can be seen that with this policy, the learning process in improving student achievement and resources, especially teachers, is getting better. On the other hand, the procurement of facilities and infrastructure has not been maximised, this is because the allocation of free education funds in Bulukumba Regency decreases every year so that it has an impact on the learning process and student achievement and the improvement of teacher welfare looks less than optimal, especially the provision of incentives for excess teaching so that it affects student achievement in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) yang bertujuan untuk, (1) mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan multimedia dalam pembelajaran IPA menggunakan Adobe Animate, (2) mendeskripsikan kualitas multimedia dalam pembelajaran IPA menggunakan Adobe Animate ditinjau dari kevalidan, kepratisan, keefektifan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model DDD-E yang terdiri dari 4 langkah yaitu Decide, Desing, Develop, dan Evaluate . penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTS As’Adiyah no.34 Doping, kecamatan Penrang, Kabupaten Wajo. Subjek panelitian terdiri dari 2 yaitu subjek utama dan subjek uji coba. Subjek utama berjumlah 2 orang yang menjadi tim validator produk. Subjek uji coba berjumlah 29 orang peserta didik kelas VII A dan D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat validitas produk yang dikembangkan setelah melewati tahap validasi akhir berada pada kategori validitas tinggi dengan nilai validitas sebesar 0,97. Hasil analisis kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 97% peserta didik memberikan tanggapan praktis terhadap produk yang dikembangkan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria praktis. Tingkat keefektifan penggunaan multimedia dilihat dari analisis tes hasil belajar diperoleh persentase tingkat ketuntasan sebesar 76 % dan berdasarkan hasil analisis tes hasil belajar thitung = 3,951 > ttabel = 2,012 sehingga multimedia dapat dikatakan efektif untuk digunakan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa multimedia yang dikembangkan memberikan kemudahan kepada peserta didik dalam memahami materi yang disajikan dalam produk yang dikembangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how digital technology plays a role in preserving local wisdom in the Cirendeu Traditional Village from the perspective of students of the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) 3, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that digital technology has a significant role in the documentation, education, and promotion of local culture in the Cirendeu Traditional Village through social media, websites, and other digital-based applications. The obstacles faced in the implementation of digital technology are the limited infrastructure and digital literacy of the local community. Therefore, collaboration is needed between students, academics, and the community in developing more effective strategies to utilize digital technology in preserving local culture

Abstract

The use of technology in education is an alternative to improve the quality and quantity of results and processes, including sources in learning where teachers and students are required to actively use technology in the teaching and learning process. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. The research was conducted in March-May 2024. The research location was at SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. Respondents were 35 students consisting of 19 male respondents and 16 female respondents. Data analysis techniques used the help of excel and spss applications. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes p value <0.05. the conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article presents the experiences of students from the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) 3 at the Indonesian Education University in understanding and playing angklung at Saung Angklung Udjo. From the results of the interviews conducted, it was revealed that before participating in this activity, most students had never tried playing angklung. However, after participating in the angklung learning activity at Saung Angklung Udjo, a significant increase in their skills was seen. In addition, students also showed an increase in understanding of the cultural values of angklung as a traditional musical instrument. Several factors that contributed to the success of this learning included the quality of teaching, adequate facilities, time and intensity of practice, and student motivation and interest. The positive experiences gained during learning at Saung Angklung Udjo not only improved technical skills, but also instilled cultural values and togetherness among students. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for the development of arts and culture education curriculum in Indonesia.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang studi variasi suhu dan konsentrasi larutan asam sitrat terhadap karakteristik silika daun tebu menggunakan metode leaching dengan 3 variasi suhu 60ºC, 80ºC, 100ºC dan 3 variasi konsentrasi 8%, 10%, 12%. Metode yang dilakukan ialah preparasi daun tebu, sintesis silika daun tebu menggunakan metode leaching dengan asam sitrat, dan pembakaran daun tebu hasil leaching asam sitrat. Pengujian dilakukan untuk memperoleh silika murni. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variasi suhu dan konsentrasi larutan asam sitrat terhadap karakteristik silika daun tebu yang diperoleh dengan metode leaching. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 3 analisis yaitu, untuk analisis XRD menunjukan didapatnya hasil struktur silika yang masih amorf. Analisis FTIR menunjukan gugus fungsi yang terbentuk yaitu -OH, Si-O-Si dan Si-O. Analisis SEM menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi suhu leaching yang diberikan terhadap sampel maka ukuran butir semakin merata.
