Abstract

.This research was carried out in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Palembang City, this aims to determine the Evaluation of the Preparation of Regional Government Implementation Reports for Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. For the population and sample, the researchers took several officials and staff in the Governance Department as well as 3 (three) departments, namely the Trade Department, the Employment Service, and the Palembang City Education Service, totaling 8 respondents. The theory used to evaluate the CIPP evaluation model is by Daniel L. Stufflebeam. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data, data taken by distributing questionnaires to all 8 respondents by means of interviews. Qualitative data will be described using words or sentences separated according to categories to obtain conclusions. The research results show that in context evaluation, the preparation of the Palembang City LPPD is mandated by Law Number 23 of 2014 and is technically still regulated in PP Number 13 2019 regarding LPPD to the Government. Physical support in preparing the LPPD is contained in the guidelines for preparing the LPPD issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and includes technical guidance, facilitation and consultation activities.

Abstract

The strategy of the South Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office in promoting Tourism Objects through Instagram media @pesonasriwijaya aims to describe the way of the promotion strategy of the South Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office on Instagram social media. This type of research uses qualitative methods using AISAS Theory (Attention, Interest, Search, Action and Share). The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by the South Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office in promoting tourist attractions through the sriwijaya charm Instagram media is through the messages they convey on the sriwijaya charm Instagram, then attracting audience interest through post content, utilizing Instagram features such as highlights and hashtags to make it easier for people to find out tourist attraction information, making persuasive invitation sentences in each post caption, and making posters and sharing travel testimonials with the public.

Abstract

As we know, ship management is an activity carried out to initiate a process in work related to ships. This research aims to understand the operational management of ship guidance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (PERSERO) branch in Palembang. This company is engaged in the provision of shipping, port services for shipping routes, and docking places for ships. Pilotage is the service provided by a vessel when it is about to dock at a stop. The implementation of ship piloting and towing is governed by the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 57 of 2015. This research examines how they manage the operational guidance of ships. The findings in the field are related to delays in processes, lack of punctuality, and various other issues. Various operations in the shipping sector using services are wasted time or inefficient. Researchers use the POAC Theory: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This research has informants, namely; (1) Captain of the Sea Pilot, (2) Captain of the Port Pilot, (3) ship entry staff, (4) customer service staff, and (5) ship agents who frequently use the services. The analysis of research involves data reduction or data summarization, data presentation or the objectives to be achieved, and the formulation of conclusions. The research results indicate that the operational management of ship guidance conducted by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (PERSERO) Palembang Branch, when related to the POAC theory, has not been optimal. The hope is that the company's information sources must continue to be updated. The commitment of the guides and staff must be further enhanced so that they can work collaboratively.

Abstract

This study discusses the transformation of e-Government through the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) at the Regional Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDMD) of South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to analyze how SIPD implementation improves efficiency, transparency, and accountability in regional financial management, as well as to identify the challenges faced during its implementation. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that SIPD enhances efficiency in planning and budgeting processes, and improves data integration. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure limitations and human resource readiness remain obstacles. The conclusion of this study is that SIPD implementation at BPSDMD South Sumatra contributes to better governance, but requires improvements in human resource competencies and technology infrastructure reinforcement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the Motor Vehicle Tax Bleaching Program in Increasing Local Revenue for the Province of South Sumatra in 2021. The theory used in this research is the theory of effectiveness by Richard M. Steers. The research method used is a qualitative method. There were 8 people who were used as informants in this study. The results of this study used an analysis of the research focus on the achievement of objectives, integration, adaptation which showed that based on the research focus the objectives were good and the design objectives had been successful and achieved. Furthermore, judging from the research focus, the integration of program socialization is going well because it utilizes digitalization as a means of socialization. and finally the focus of research Adaptation adjustments to the program are carried out well because of the coordination of the traffic police to carry out a network of motor vehicle raids that are still not compliant with motor vehicle taxes.

Abstract

Stunting disebabkan karena permasalahan berkaitan dengan meningkatnya risiko terjadinya kondisi yang kurang baik dan perkembangan otak yang lemah. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah daerah dalam penanganan penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan berupaya observasi langsung. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori peran Mintzberg yaitu, Interpersonal Role/peran hubungan antarpribadi, Informational Role/peran yang berhubungan dengan informasi, dan Decisional Role/peranan membuat keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kecamatan Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin sudah cukup baik. Berdasarkan peran masing-masing setiap instansi yang ada di wilayah pemerintah Kecamatan Lais dalam percepatan penurunan stunting dan dibantu oleh Dinas kesehatan Musi Banyuasin wilayah pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin memiliki tugas dan fungsi masing-masing dalam penyelenggaraan program nasional percepatan penurunan stunting yang menjadi lokasi penelitian sudah baik, namun masih ada orang tua balita stunting tidak mengikuti program perbaikan gizi anak. Hal ini, diharapkan dengan adanya peran pemerintah daerah dalam percepatan penurunan stunting yang difokuskan di wilayah Kecamatan Lais orang tua balita mendapatkan bantuan dan penjelasan dari berbagai elemen yang ada di wilayah pemangku kepentingan, dan orang tua balita tidak lagi takut dengan angka kematian akibat stunting yang mereka tidak sadari.

Abstract

Desa Talang Pangeran Ulu Kecamatan Pemulutan Barat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi wisata cukup menjanjikan. Namun kesadaran dan peran masyarakat berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis masih sangat minim. Masyarakat belum menyadari potensi yang ada dan belum ada upaya serius dari masyarakat untuk mewujudkan desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata yang dapat memberikan dampak besar bagi masyarakat itu sendiri dan daerah. Perlu adanya solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Melalui program Pengabdian Masyarakarat telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan metode pengabdian, yaitu koordinasi, sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Adanya sosialisasi dan pendampingan masyarakat di Desa Talang Pangeran Ulu dapat menjadikan sebuah pergerakan baru untuk potensi wisata yang akhirnya menciptakan peluang ekonomi dengan memberdayakan UMKM Lokal yang ada dilingkungan sekitar Desa. Kedapan diperlukan dukungan dari semua pihak untuk menggali potensi dan mengembangkan potensi wisata dan UMKM lokal yang sudah ada secara berkelanjutan. Adapun saran dalam pengabdian ini, pemerintah Desa Talang Pangeran Ulu dapat menyusun perencanan strategis bagi pengelolalan pariwisata desa dengan basis pengembangan UMKM Lokal, dan pemerintah Desa Talang Pangeran Ulu dapat memasukan usulan kepada berbagai pihak terutama dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Ogan Ilir mengenai Potensi desa dan UMKM lokal yang sudah ada.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Tirta Lematang Regional Drinking Water Company Lahat. The aim of this research is to measure the quality of service at the Tirta Lematang Regional Drinking Water Company Lahat. In five dimensions of service quality (servqual), namely physical dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee and empathy, apart from that, it also identifies factors that influence the quality of service for the Tirta Lematang Regional rinking Water Change Lahat. This research is quantitative descriptive with the population being customers and employees of the Tirta Lematang Regional Drinking Water Company with a sample of 100 customers and 67 samples of employees. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The results using gap analysis show that the gap value of the servqual dimension is negative (<0), so that the service quality of Tirta Lematang is not good. Furthermore, the factors that influence service quality are the availability of service infrastructure/facilities at Tirta Lematang. including using computerization, providing an overview of service flow, human resources related to the presence, commitment and responsiveness of Tirta Lematang officers to provide services. The results of research using SPSS Customer Perceptions and employee perceptions which show differences in results on the assurance dimension on customer perceptions are still considered very low. This has not yet achieved the customer's desire to get service from the Tirta Lematang Regional Drinking Water Company Lahat.

Abstract

Telah terjadi perubahan paradigma di pasar dengan munculnya teknologi digital, yang menempatkan perusahaan, industri, dan konsumen dalam situasi yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Untuk bertahan dan tetap kompetitif, usaha kecil harus menyesuaikan strategi mereka untuk memenuhi tuntutan baru pasar digital. Wilayah Mariana mempunyai lahan yang luas, namun belum ada produk khas yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat setempat, potensi alam yang cukup tidak menjadi faktor pembangunan yang penting secara sosial dan ekonomi. Salah satu tujuan layanan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan seminar tentang cara menggunakan dan memasarkan website. Metode penerapannya adalah edukasi, pelatihan langsung melalui ponsel dan brainstorming. Pelatihan masyarakat digital diselenggarakan untuk para peserta yaitu ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Mariana. Memberikan pelatihan dengan memberikan materi dan menjelaskan apa saja yang perlu dipersiapkan. Antara lain website toko online diperkenalkan pada pelatihan dan lokakarya tersebut. Pelatihan dimulai dengan pengenalan situs e-commerce, cara penggunaan, pembuatan akun dan masuk ke situs tersebut. Peserta akan berlatih mengakses website e-commerce. Peserta diminta mendaftar untuk membuat akun dengan mengisi beberapa informasi pribadi dan memilih tombol Daftar. Setelah registrasi, pengguna dapat memasukkan nama pengguna dan kata sandinya. Berkat pelaksanaan pelatihan ini, peserta akan dapat menggunakan situs e-commerce untuk pemasaran dan melaksanakan rencana yang dibahas bersama

Abstract

 This study aims to elaborate on the collaborative governance model for flood risk management in Lahat Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research adopts Ratner’s theoretical framework of collaboration, which consists of three key dimensions: (1) identifying obstacles and opportunities, (2) debating strategies for influence, and (3) planning collaborative actions. The results reveal that the collaborative model has been generally implemented well, with active involvement of various stakeholders, including local government, disaster management agencies, and community groups, in both decision-making processes and disaster response strategies. However, several obstacles were identified. First, difficulties in accessing and managing disaster-related data, particularly regarding flood events, have hindered effective planning. Second, challenges in implementing strategies at the field level often arise due to limited resources or lack of coordination. Third, some stakeholders fail to participate consistently in post-disaster evaluation meetings, reducing the effectiveness of collaborative planning. These findings suggest that although the foundation for collaborative governance exists, there is a critical need to enhance institutional coordination, improve stakeholder communication, and establish a regular and inclusive evaluation mechanism. Strengthening these aspects will contribute to a more resilient and integrated flood risk management system in Lahat Regency.
