Abstract

Layaknya peserta didik lainnya, peserta didik dengan tunagrahita ringan memiki hak untuk memperoleh ketrampilan dasar akademik yaitu mengenal huruf. Untuk mengoptimalkan ketrampilan tersebut maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti pengaruh metode visumotor terhadap perkembangan pengenalan huruf pada anak tunagrahita ringan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang peserta didik berusia 11 tahun yang termasuk klasifikasi tunagrahita. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi untuk memperoleh data.  Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa metode visumotor cukup efektif dilakukan untuk mengenalkan huruf abjad pada anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam klasifikasi tunagrahita ringan, dengan perlu digarisbawahi, tidak semua tahapan pemberian metode visumotor yang tertera dalam penulisan penelitian ini efektif untuk diberikan khususnya pada anak tunagrahita yang memiliki gangguan mood dan gangguan fokus yang cukup serius.

Abstract

Salah satu program yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya mengembangkan gerakan literasi adalah penerapan program study club. Program ini merupakan sebuah kelompok studi yang ditujukan untuk membantu peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi mereka. Dalam program ini, sekelompok individu akan bertemu secara teratur untuk membahas topik tertentu dan saling berbagi pengetahuan serta pengalaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa data dari hasil wawancara terhadap Kepala Sekolah yang merupakan informan utama. Implementasi program study club dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan program gerakan literasi. Program ini dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berbicara yang merupakan keterampilan dasar dalam literasi. Selain itu, program ini juga dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami dan menghargai karya sastra, meningkatkan kreativitas dan minat baca, serta memperkaya pengetahuan dan pengalaman siswa melalui diskusi dan berbagai kegiatan literasi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan program study club dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam mengembangkan program gerakan literasi di berbagai sekolah dan komunitas edukasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reinventing Policy and Tax Penalties in paying PBB-P2 in Bandung. This research is prompted by the decrease in the collection of PBB-P2 and the elevated nominal value of PBB-P2 receivables annually. Despite the annual increase in the number of taxpayers in Bandung, this growth has not corresponded with improved tax compliance.The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample was determined based on the Accidental Sampling method with a specified sample size of 100 respondents. This research uses primary data collection methods in the form of questionnaires as research instruments, which are structured based on the Likert scale, and the data is processed using the SmartPLS 4 application version 4.1.0.9. The results of this study indicate that Reinventing Policy and Tax Penalties simultaneously have a significant impact on Taxpayer Compliance. The R-Square value of 0.774 shows that Reinventing Policy and Tax Penalties contribute to Taxpayer Compliance by 77.4%, while the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Adolescents who are obese often experience verbal and nonverbal disturbances from their environment. In this context, self-acceptance plays a role so that individuals know their strengths and weaknesses and understand how to behave with the environment. This study aims to determine the description of self-acceptance of obese adolescents and the factors that influence self-acceptance of obese adolescents in Semen Village. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The location of this study is in Semen Village. The primary data source in this study was 4 obese adolescents, 2 male and 2 female. Data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data validity checking was carried out using the triangulation method or technique, while data analysis techniques were carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, according to Lexy J. Moleong. The results of the study showed that self-acceptance of obese adolescents in Semen Village was characterized by being able to accept themselves, be confident in themselves, understand their limitations, know their potential, and admit their weaknesses without blaming themselves. The four informants had not been able to show a sense of acceptance of themselves towards their physical condition of obesity. Factors that influence self-acceptance of the four informants include having an understanding of oneself, having realistic expectations, having no obstacles in the environment, having pleasant attitudes of community members, having no severe emotional disturbances, having the influence of success, identifying with people who have good adjustments, having a broad self-perspective, having good parenting in childhood, and having a stable self-concept Keywords: Self-Acceptance, Adolescents, Obesity

Abstract

Arts education can help students develop their inner character, one of which is self-confidence. Dance is one of the artistic activities that can increase students' self-confidence through movement, rhythm, feeling, and skills. By dancing, students are guided to have the courage to appear in public, be responsible for their abilities, and be enthusiastic and confident. One of the activities that schools can provide to facilitate increasing students' self-confidence is extracurricular dance. This activity was carried out by lower-class students (grades 1 & 2 of elementary school) at MIN 1 Kediri. This research aims to analyze increasing self-confidence through dance extracurricular activities. This research is field research using a qualitative approach, where researchers collect data through observation, interviews, and study documents. The subjects of this research were teachers as dance extracurricular trainers and students who participated in dance extracurricular activities. The results of this research show that the dance extracurricular at MIN 1 Kediri helps increase the self-confidence of lower-class students.

Abstract

The phenomenon of "No Viral No Justice" in Indonesia reflects public dissatisfaction with the law enforcement system which is considered unresponsive. "No viral no justice" creates a negative stigma against law enforcement, which distinguishes between viral and non-viral law enforcement. Justice must be achieved not only because of the speed of information spread on social media but also information from the public without going through social media information. This emphasizes that victims must make their experiences viral so that their cases are revealed and law enforcement officers act more quickly in handling the viral case. Injustice in law enforcement against information spread quickly on social media is contrary to Article 28D paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia that everyone has the right to receive the right to recognition, guarantees, protection and certainty of fair law and equal treatment before the law. This research method uses normative legal analysis with a qualitative approach that reviews more specific, planned and systematic objects through data. The results of this study describe the forms of law enforcement and legal injustice in Indonesia. It can be concluded that the role of the authorities is not fast in responding to cases that are not viral and are important for upholding justice from a legal perspective in Indonesia.

Abstract

Current migration often represents a quest for self-betterment and increased religious commitment, mainly accomplished through Arabic language study. This language emphasis stems from the Quran and Sunnah being in Arabic, constituting the core teachings of Islam. Muslims must grasp the foundational elements of Islam, making proficiency in Arabic essential. Learning the language is not merely a duty but a vital prerequisite for understanding and fulfilling the obligations outlined in the Quran and Sunnah, emphasizing the significance of studying Sharia. In a scholarly exploration of motives for learning Arabic, 86% to 98% of respondents were motivated by a desire to learn Islam and gain knowledge of Islamic civilization. This study seeks to outline the application of the Arabic language curriculum specifically designed for studying Fiqh and Hadith within the Language Preparation Department at Imam Shafi'i University in Jember. This study employed a qualitative approach to comprehend the overall experience of the research subject. It utilized descriptive linguistic expressions within a specific natural context, employing diverse scientific methods. The results show that teaching Arabic for specific purposes is segmented into two stages: beginner and advanced. Each stage involves distinct materials and instructional hours. Likewise, there are differences in credit hours between the standard Arabic language program and the specialized program for specific purposes.
