Abstract

Abstract: The Dadimulyo Village, West Kisaran District, Asahan Regency, which is located at  PD. Indah street No.17 Sei Renggas, Kota Kisaran Barat District has Quality Family Cadres, the problem that occurs to these cadres is that there is still a lack of knowledge about technology that allows them to use information delivery media to information users and vice versa. This is an obstacle due to the pandemic situation Covid 19 is currently requiring everyone to work from home. From the results of the training that we have done to family planning cadres in Dadimulyo Asahan Village, it is felt to be very useful. This is based on the results of the knowledge of the cadres who are enthusiastic in participating in this activity and gain useful experience and knowledge which can then be utilized at the Dadimulyo village office.Keywords: cadre; Covid-19 pandemic; Google Meet. Abstrak: Desa Dadimulyo kabupaten Asahan  yang beralamat dijalan PD. Indah No.17 Sei Renggas memiliki kader keluarga berkualitas, Permasalahan yang terjadi pada para kader tersebut yaitu masih kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan tentang teknologi yang memungkinkan dapat menggunakan media penyampaian informasi kepada pengguna informasi begitupun sebaliknya. Hal ini menjadi sebuah kendala karena situasi pandemi covid-19 saat ini yang mengharuskan semua kalangan bekerja dari rumah. Dari hasil pelatihan yang telah kami lakukan kepada para kader keluarga berkualitas di kelurahan Dadimulyo Asahan dirasakan sangat bermanfaat. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil dari pengetahuan para kader yang antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini dan mendapatkan pengalaman serta ilmu yang bermanfaat kemudian dapat dimanfaatkan di kelurahan Dadimulyo.Kata kunci: Google Meet; kader; pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Abstract: Community Service Activities are carried out in the form of a day training for students in designing posters using Adobe Photoshop software as a way to add and develop the abilities and creativity of students in SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai. The target in this activity is the students of SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai, amounting to approximately 18 people. This dedication activity is carried out using lecture, demonstration, and practice methods accompanied by questions and answers. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Adobe Photoshop software as one of the media in processing images. The demonstration method is used to show a work process that is the stages of introducing tools in Adobe Photoshop software and knowing each of its functions, while the training method is to practice directly how to design posters in the application. While the question and answer method is to give participants the opportunity to consult to overcome obstacles in understanding the material that has been obtained. The final results of this activity are expected to add insight to students in designing posters as a way to present or convey information. Keywords: Adobe Photoshop Software, Poster Design, Information Technology,  Abstrak:Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan sehari bagi siswa-siswi dalam mendesain poster menggunakan software adobe Photoshopsebagai salah satu cara untuk menambah dan mengembangkan kemampuan dan kreatifitas siswa-siswi di SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai.Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah parasiswa-siswi SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai yang berjumlah lebih kurang 18 orang.Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metodeceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metodeceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software adobe Photoshopsebagai salah satu media dalam mengolah gambar. Metode demonstrasidipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahapmengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software adobe Photoshopdan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkanmetode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung cara mendesain poster pada aplikasi tersebut. Sementara metode tanya jawab untukmemberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendaladalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat.Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapatmenambah wawasanbagi para siswa dalam mendesain poster sebagai salah satu cara dalam menyajikan atau menyampaikan informasi. Kata kunci: Desain Poster, Software Adobe Photoshop,  Teknologi Informasi,

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan Judul “Penyuluhan Manfaat Menggunakan Internet dan Website pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19” bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada seluruh peserta LEPPAS tentang bagaimana manfaat menggunakan internet dan website untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan meningkatkan wawasan mengenai internet dan website pada masa pandemic di Indonesia seperti saat ini. Metode pelaksanaa yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi dan sesi Tanya jawab. Internet dan website telah menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi perorangan, organisasi, perusahaan, dan instansi pemerintah. Abstract

CV. Ahyein Pratama Mandiri Air Joman is a company engaged in the field of providing internet services (internet service provider), whose head office is on Jl. Binjai Serbangan Protocol, Air Joman District. A company that was founded in 2017. At this time CV. Ahyein Pratama Mandiri Air Joman does this by waiting for customers to come to the office or customers providing information about places, privileges and products to other potential customers. Inadequate reporting of customer complaints makes it difficult to know the level of customer satisfaction so that with marketing like this, the opportunity to get potential customers to the maximum is not fulfilled and this is very unfortunate given the increasing number of internet network products. Dissemination of information that is not neat makes it difficult for customers to know the latest information, thus influencing customers to switch to other providers. CV. Ahyein Pratama Mandiri Air Joman built a system using CRM (Customer Relationship Management), where this system is expected to facilitate CV. Ahyein Pratama Mandiri Air Joman in managing services for customer satisfaction. So that customers remain loyal and on the other hand also get new customers from time to time.

Abstract: In research at the STIT Batu Bara Campus, where researchers have to decide and compare the quality of one candidate with another to select the students who volunteer to become a candidate who will have the opportunity to be selected later. And sometimes the emergence of a partial attitude towards one of the candidates. Therefore, a system designed to overcome these problems. In the problem above, the researcher uses a fuzzy logic solution using the Sugeno fuzzy method. The selection of the program to be made will use the fuzzy Sugeno method, because this method is able to group berkas based on the input that has been selected and apply predetermined rules so that it can determine who is more entitled to the opportunity as Chair of the BEM at the STIT Batu Bara Campus.Keywords:  Student Executive Board; Fuzzy Sugeno Method.  Abstrak: Pada penelitian di Kampus STIT Batu Bara, dimana peneliti harus memutuskan dan membandingkan kualitas calon yang satu dengan yang lain untuk menyeleksi para mahasiswa yang mengajukan diri untuk menjadi seorang calon yang akan berkesempatan untuk dipilih nanti. Dan terkadang timbulnya sikap memihak terhadap salah satu pencalon. Oleh karena itu, Suatu sistem yang dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dalam masalah di atas, peneliti menggunakan penyelesaian dengan logika fuzzy metode fuzzy sugeno. Untuk penyeleksian program yang akan dibuat akan menggunakan metode fuzzy sugeno, karena metode ini mampu mengelompokkan data berdasarkan input yang telah dipilih dan menerapkan aturan yang telah ditetapkan sehingga dapat menentukan siapa yang lebih berhak mendapat kesempatan sebagai Ketua BEM di Kampus STIT Batu Bara. Kata Kunci: Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa; Metode Fuzzy Sugeno.

Abstract

Giving rewards to employees is one way to increase morale and improve performance for employees who excel. At the District Financial and Asset Management Agency. Asahan in choosing the best employees, the workload cannot be used as the only reference for the awarding of these rewards. However, there are several criteria that are also considered in giving rewards. So we need a decision support system to help the selection of the best employees. Temporary employees who are in government agencies have a percentage of 10% of the total number of registered employees. Every year, honorary employees renew their contract letters to continue their work. This is the basis for giving rewards or bonuses so that honorary employees are motivated to work and give the best results in carrying out and assisting civil servants in the government environment. The process of giving this reward was previously carried out manually, which is based on only one criterion, namely only from attendance. This makes it difficult to make decisions about the best honorary employees who are entitled to receive rewards. This consideration process is considered ineffective due to the different workloads of each honorary employee. To overcome the existing problems, we need a system in the form of a decision support system. It is hoped that this research will be able to determine the three best employees who are entitled to rewards in accordance with the performance criteria by calculating each weight of the criteria that have been set.

Abstract

One of the programs established by the government to reduce the burden on the community in meeting basic needs is the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT). The Social Service of Batu Bara Regency in determining the acceptance of Non-Cash food assistance has so far been using conventional methods. This makes it less than optimal in determining which people are eligible for this selection of food aid recipients, especially the priority of several people whose names have been registered with the Batu Bara Regency Social Service. In doing this election calculation does not use specific criteria so that the alternatives obtained are not as expected. Besides that, it takes time that is not fast in determining decisions and the results are slow because it must be done by holding a meeting between employees and the head of the department which causes the results of the decision to be not on target. So the Social Service of Batu Bara Regency needs a decision support system to provide alternative choices and make it easier to determine prospective Beneficiary Families (KPM) participants to determine decision assessments for Non-Cash Food Aid Reception. The method used is by collecting data on filling out forms given to village communities and using the implementation of the Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) method as a decision support system in receiving non-cash food assistance at the Batu Bara District Social Service. The results of this research are the best with the highest score with a number of criteria, the chosen one is the name Lestari, who deserves to be recommended as receiving non-cash food assistance, there are also several other names based on the ranking in the calculation of this SPK

Abstract

The sub-district government is the government that channels the aspirations of the people from the village/kelurahan to the district and is led by a sub-district head. A camat must be able to regulate and direct the apparatus to carry out quality government services. One of the methods used by the sub-district head to improve quality services is to determine exemplary employees of the sub-district government. This method aims to determine the level of quality of the apparatus in the sub-district office. Apparatus assessment was also carried out by Simpang Empat District to determine the level of quality of the apparatus in this sub-district office. However, the current assessment is still done manually on the assessment sheet and is still subjective, because there are no aspects of the assessment used in the assessment of this exemplary employee. Asahan Regency has a lot of undeveloped potential. From the potential of abundant natural resources, but in human resources there is still very little this is due to the lack of a sense of discipline in the sub-district apparatus in the Asahan area. So it is necessary to have a decision support system in performance appraisal in order to foster morale in the sub-district apparatus. This is what makes researchers want to do research using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The criteria used in this study are attendance, loyalty, attitude and task completion. In this research, we succeeded in applying the Weighted Product method in employee decision making, namely alternative A11 on behalf of Eva Sartika as the number 1 exemplary employee at the Simpang Empat subdistrict office.

Abstract

A mechanic is a person in charge of checking, maintaining, repairing, replacing spare parts according to the analysis of the Service Advisor (the person who serves and receives every customer or customer complaint) listed in the workshop work order, with reference to the standardization of work that has been set and most mechanics specialize in in certain areas such as auto mechanics, bicycle mechanics, motorcycle mechanics, boiler mechanics, general mechanics, air conditioning and freezing, aircraft mechanics, diesel engine mechanics. One of the existing methods in a decision support system is the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method. The reason the author chose the MOORA method is because this method is very simple, stable, and powerful, even this method does not require an expert in mathematics to use it and requires simple mathematical calculations. In previous research, it is known that there is no selection of the best mechanic at company. With the use criteria used are troubleshooting (analyzing problems and repairing vehicles), years of service, attendance and letters of reprimand.
