Abstract

Abstract : CV. MOL JAYA is one of the CVs engaged in providing car spare parts. In terms of spare parts inventory processing in CV. Mol Jaya is still experiencing difficulties, such as not being able to find out the amount of spare parts stock and sales reports that are not optimal, so the cause of work is delayed because they have to wait for parts orders from suppliers. This study aims to manage inventory and speed up the work of employees in overcoming spare parts supply problems in the Warehouse. The method in this study applies Supply Chain Management as for the stages, namely by managing raw materials, production, to distribution to end consumers in the most economical and effective way. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based goods inventory gateway sms application that has been successfully built and running well, as an information system that can assist in inventory management, quantity of spare parts stock and sales reports. The application of Supply Chain Management in a web-based application is very effective for coordinating the relationship between suppliers and CV. Mol Jaya. Dalam hal pengolahan persedian sparepart di CV. Mol Jaya masih mengalami kesulitan , seperti tidak dapat mengetahui jumlah stok onderdil dan laporan penjualan kurang maksimal , sehingga penyebab pekerjaan tertunda karena harus menunggu pemesanan onderdil dari pemasok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelola persedian barang atau inventory dan mempercepat pekerjaan karyawan dalam mengatasi permasalahan persedian sparepart di Gudang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menerapan Supply Chain Management adapun tahapannya yaitu dengan melakukan manajemen terhadap bahan baku, produksi, sampai distribusi kepada konsumen akhir dengan cara yang paling hemat dan efektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi sms gateway inventory barang berbasis web yang berhasil dibangun dan berjalan dengan baik, sebagai sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan inventory , kuantitas stock suku cadang dan laporan penjualan. Penerapan Supply Chain Management pada aplikasi berbasis web sangat efektif untuk mengkoordinasikan hubungan antara pemasok dan CV. Mol Jaya. Abstract

In industrial warehouse production that produces salted fish or or dried fish in the Gudang rejeki Keramat in Tanjung Balai can produce salted fish. As much as two tons a day and under certain conditions there is often fish production that accumulates in the warehouse because the processing is still using traditional methods. This method is related to food storage resilience that must be done is by accelerating the distribution of salted fish to customers, namely by utilizing information technology in marketing such as e-commerce, convenience is often an attraction such as easy access to choice of goods, ease of purchasing. Ease of payment to ease of getting goods or delivery of goods. The internet that allows store access from anywhere is one simple example of the convenience that e-commerce providers offer. Prospective buyer can now access the store from anywhere and when consumers find it easy to purchase product online, then security is compromised when making payments, including shipping goods that arrive properly, then convenience can be created. Convenience will bring customer satisfied, of course they will come back to buy online.

Abstract

Posyandu's role is to monitor the growth and development of children, detect diseases from an early age, and monitor the health of mothers and children in order to realize the social welfare of the community. With the internet as a medium for distributing information and services more effectively and efficiently, Posyandu can provide better information and services to the public through a website. Posyandu Aek Nagali Village does not yet have an information technology-based application that helps Cadres to record and find back the information handled by mothers and children. All records are still done manually on paper. Of course this is very vulnerable to data loss, data recording errors, difficulty finding data and unable to access data together. Recapitulation that is done manually is very prone to errors and will take up quite a lot of time. This manual recording process also complicates the reporting process to the village level. Likewise, when cadres report results to the Puskesmas, they still have to do manual recapitulation. This information is useful for knowing the child's growth, whether there are deviations or not. If there is a deviation, it is immediately known and followed up by medical personnel at Posyandu.

Abstract

Abstract: Toko Bakti Jaya is one of the shops in Kisaran which is engaged in selling cake and food ingredients. Currently, the store is still managing product inventory manually by recording the number of incoming goods based on order records. Stock counting is done by looking directly at the warehouse, which causes difficulties in accurately monitoring stock and risks of shortages or excess stock. These constraints can affect customer satisfaction and store operations. This study aims to improve the efficiency of product inventory management at Bakti Jaya Stores by implementing a technology-based and information-based Supply Chain Management system. The research method is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews with informants, conducting field observations, and also obtained from literature studies. This research produces a product stock management information system using Supply Chain Management that connects Bakti Jaya Stores with suppliers to maximize coordination between stores and suppliers, facilitates control of the flow of stock availability in stores, and makes it easier for store owners to make decisions related to purchasing and procuring goods by providing accurate inventory analysis and real-time product stock information. Keywords: management; stock; suppliers; supply chain management  Abstrak: Toko Bakti Jaya adalah salah satu toko yang ada di Kisaran yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan bahan kue dan makanan. Saat ini, toko tersebut masih mengelola persediaan produk secara manual dengan mencatat jumlah barang masuk berdasarkan catatan pemesanan. Penghitungan stok dilakukan dengan cara melihat langsung gudang, yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengawasan stok secara akurat dan berisiko terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Kendala tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan operasional toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan produk di Toko Bakti Jaya dengan menerapkan sistem Supply Chain Management berbasis teknologi dan informasi. Metode penelitiannya ialah metode kualitatif, dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada narasumber, melakukan observasi ke lapangan serta juga didapat dari studi literature. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi pengelolaan stok produk dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Management yang menghubungkan Toko Bakti Jaya dengan para supplier dapat memaksimalkan koordinasi antara toko dengan supplier, memudahkan pengendalian aliran stok ketersediaan barang di toko serta memudahkan pemilik toko membuat keputusan terkait dengaan pembelian dan pengadaan barang dengan menyediakan analisis persediaan yang akurat dan informasi stok produk yang real time. Kata kunci: pengelolaan; stok; supplier; supply chain management

Abstract

Abstract: The development of science and technology in the current global era plays an important role in all sectors, one of which is in the field of education. Currently, many new breakthroughs are emerging that keep up with the times, for example Cloud Compting. Cloud computing is an information system that allows easy access to resource components such as servers, applications and databases via the internet network. By using this system, resources will be stored and managed in a data center connected to the internet.Cloud Computing has many roles in the world of education. Utilizing cloud computing can save costs and prevent the implementation of complicated technology. One form of use of cloud computing in the world of education is in file (data) storage. The result of this activity is the achievement of the goal by observing and continuing to monitor the teachers that the teachers have successfully used cloud computing in storing data via cloud computing and have not experienced any difficulties.               Keywords: cloud computing; file; teacher  Abstrak: Perkembangan IPTEK di era global pada saat ini sangat berperan penting dalam segala sektor, salah satunya adalah dalam bidang pendidikan. Pada saat ini, banyak bermunculan terobosan baru yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman, misalnya Cloud Computing. Cloud computing merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang memungkinkan kemudahan akses kepada komponen sumber daya seperti server, aplikasi, dan database melalui jaringan internet. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, sumber daya akan disimpan dan dikelola di pusat data yang terhubung dengan internet. Cloud Computing memiliki banyak peran dalam dunia  pendidikan. Pemanfaatan cloud computing ini dapat menghemat biaya dan mencegah terjadinya penerapan teknologi yang rumit. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan cloud computing dalam dunia pendidikan adalah dalam penyimpanan file (data). Abstract

Smart Study Center is a computer course located in Kisaran City, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province. This computer-based course has promoted to various places, especially around Kisaran City. But sometimes there are obstacles in doing this, because it is not easy to determine the location of the promotion quickly and precisely. Promotion is the communication of information between sellers and potential buyers or others in the channel to influence attitudes and behavior. In addition, the application of information technology in the field of promotion can facilitate the management of information which, if processed properly, can produce new knowledge that is very useful in making future decisions. It takes research and consideration of many aspects which of course will take a lot of time. The majority of the Smart Study Center Kisaran students come from various public and private vocational high schools and high schools in Kisaran City and its surroundings. This is certainly one of the important factors to promote the acceptance of new students in an effort to increase the number of new students every year. With the application of data mining using the K-Means Clustering method on the acceptance of new students in the Smart Study Center Kisaran course by grouping research object items based on their similarity in nature, so that information will be obtained about which areas have high potential to bring in new students. K-Means Clustering can group large enough data quickly and accurately so that decision making in determining the location of the promotion in the next year can be done effectively and efficiently. The data attributes used in this study are the names of majors such as, TKJ, RPL, and Ms Office. The result of this system is the determination of the location of the promotion with 2 clusters i.e. feasible (C1) and unfit (C2)

Abstract

The Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City annually holds a performance competition between villages to determine the best village by the criteria that have been determined. Selection is carried out through administrative selection, presentation selection, and visit selection, concerning Permendagri number 13 of 2007 concerning guidelines for organizing village and village competitions. For administrative selection, there are already separate rules and systems used to calculate the score of the assessment results. Presentation selection is judged by the mastery of the material, the appearance of giving the material, and the timeliness of the presentation. As for the selection of airy visits, it is assessed from superior products and innovations. So far in the process of assessing the presentation selection and field visit selection at the village competition at the level of the Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City, the assessment team formed by the Tanjungbalai City Datuk Camat still has difficulty in determining the best village performance due to differences of opinion between the assessment team and each other in determining the winner. In addition, the calculation process is still done manually so the calculation results take a long time and the possibility of miscalculation occurs. The results of the village performance competition are considered not objective, it should be worthy of being the best village but not getting it. For this reason, the application of decision support systems is needed to help provide recommendations with more accurate, effective, and efficient results.The method used in this decision support system is MFEP, as an alternative solution for decision-makers to easily determine the village performance competition that deserves the title of the best village based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The results of this study, can help in the assessment system of the Village Performance Competition at the Datuk District Office of Tanjungbalai City Where the results of sirantau village as the village with the best performance with a value of 3,765, then sijambi village with a value of 3,471 and johor panti village with a value of 3,412.

Abstract

Perkembangan program Keluarga Berencana saat ini bukan saja untuk menurunkan angka kelahiran, tetapi mewujudkan bonus demografi yang berkualitas. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan perlu dilakukan secara berkesinambungan. Maka peramalan Akseptor KB baru pada Kecamatan Air Batu dengan menerapkan metode Single Moving Average untuk mengantisipasi kenaikan pengguna keluarga berencana. Untuk itulah diperlukan peramalan (forecasting). Sehingga jumlah sarana harus sebanding dengan jumlah akseptor Keluarga Berencana (KB). Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah kesulitan dalam menentukan jumlah peserta baru Keluarga Berencana (KB). Adapun dengan peramalan yang digunakan adalah dengan metode single moving average menggunakan sejumlah data actual permintaan yang baru agar mendapatkan nilai ramalan untuk permintaan dimasa mendatang.  Dan data yang akan diramalkan adalah akseptor KB dengan jenis dan hasil MAPE seperti berikut, Spiral, Vasektomi, Tubektomi, Kondom, Implan, Suntuk dan Pil. Metode peramalan ini akan dirancang dan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrogramman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode single moving average didapat hasil peramalan terhadap akseptor KB baru dengan persentase angka tertinggi yaitu 16,77% yaitu dengan alat kontrasepsi KB IMP. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut kan dituangkan kedalam sebuah sistem perangkat (software), sehingga untuk melakukan peramalan selanjutnya, dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan lebih efektif.

Abstract

Perumahan Duta Mas Indah Kisaran yang bergerak dibidang real estate dan properti hadir sebagai penyedia rumah yang terjangkau, murah, layak huni, dan sederhana di Kota Kisaran. Agar dapat meningkatkan volume dan mengetahui trend penjualan Rumah KPR Bersubsidi Tipe 36 pada Perumahan Duta Mas Indah dimasa yang akan datang, oleh karena itu maka di Kantor Pemasaran Duta Mas Indah Kisaran dirasa perlu untuk membuat sistem informasi peramalan penjualan rumah untuk tahun 2024 dan menggunakan metode Trend Moment di dalam membuat forecasting penjualannya. Peramalan adalah teknik yang digunakan dalam proses memprediksi atau meramalkan peristiwa dimasa yang akan datang sehingga penggunanya dapat melakukan langkah-langkah efektif yang dapat dilakukan selanjutnya. Hasil penerapan metode Trend Moment dalam memperediksi peningkatan penjualan Rumah KPR Bersubsidi Tipe 36 di Kantor Pemasaran Duta Mas Indah Kisaran, berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada tahun berikutnya yaitu tahun 2024 menghasilkan 191 rumah yang terjual dengan tingkat akurasi kesalahan Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) yaitu 4,61, Mean Square Error (MSE) yaitu 40,41, dan Mean Absolute Perscentage Error (MAPE) yaitu 2,57%. Akan dirancang sebuah sistem informasi peramalan penjualan rumah dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Tinjowan is a state-owned enterprise unit operating in the palm oil plantation industry. In an effort to increase production, the plantation company aims to enhance production efficiency so that palm oil product prices become more competitive by determining harvest yields. The company's harvest yield estimation still uses a traditional approach based on the average bunch weight (BJR), considering the year of planting and the planting area. However, this technique is less effective and efficient. If the company's estimates are incorrect, it can potentially lead to losses or increased production budgets. The purpose of this research is to obtain a comparison of forecast results for the next month with the best alpha accuracy measure using the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The research method used is based on qualitative and quantitative data from interviews and observations of data from December 2022 to November 2023. The forecasting results with an alpha accuracy value of 0.9 using the Single Exponential Smoothing method show a forecast for December 2023 of 13,835.57844 with a percentage error rate (MAPE) of 9.28%, MAD of 1,021,423.6, and MSE of 174,130,366.Keywords: forecasting; palm oil; single exponential smoothing Abstrak: PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Tinjowan sebagai unit usaha BUMN yang beroperasi di industri perkebunan kelapa sawit. Dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi, perusahaan perkebunan, peningkatan efisiensi produksi agar harga produk sawit lebih kompetitif dengan menentukan hasil panen. Pada perkiraan hasil panen perusahaan masih menerapkan pendekatan tradisional berdasarkan berat janjangan rata-rata (BJR) dengan mempertimbangkan tahun tanam dan luas area tanaman. Namun, tehnik ini kurang efektif dan efisien, Apabila perkiraan yang dibuat perusahaan salah berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian atau peningkatan anggaran produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perbandingan hasil peramalan pada bulan berikutnya dengan ukuran akurasi alpha terbaik menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari hasil wawancara dan observasi data bulan desember 2022 - november 2023. Hasil peramalan dari ukuran akurasi nilai alpha 0.9 menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing diperoleh peramalan untuk periode desember 2023 sebesar 13.835578,44 dengan tingkat persentase error MAPE sebesar 9,28%, MAD 1021423.6 dan MSE 174130366.Kata Kunci: kelapa sawit; peramalan; single exponential smoothing
