Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Bandara I Laga Ligo Bua Palopo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bandara I Laga Ligo Bua Kota Palopo dengan jumlah 80 responden. Metode pengumpulan data berupa metode Angket atau Kuesioner. Selanjutnya, model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semakin tinggi motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja pegawai maka akan membuat kinerjanya semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya, (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya, (3) pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 47 responden berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan mengambil 25% dari jumlah populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket yang dibagikan kepada karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, , uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS for Windows Versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya dengan, hasil pengujian menunjukkan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya dan disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya.

Abstract

This study seeks to identify the role of perception of information technology, service quality, and trust on customer satisfaction of internet banking users in several State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Banks in Indonesia. The study involved 228 respondents from BBRI, BMRI, and BBNI. The stages in data analysis involve the classical assumption, validity & reliability, and effect test using PLS-SEM. The results accept all hypotheses with positive and significant effects. This study finds that the optimal use and application of information technology systems can increase perceptions of internet banking use on customer satisfaction at SOE banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of situational leadership styles, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance and to determine the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the Regional Office employees of Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2021. The population of this study was 62 employees of the Tante Riattang Barat District Office, Bone Regency. The analysis used is descriptive to explain the characteristics of respondents and descriptive research, while to analyze quantitative data, multiple regression analysis is used through the SPSS program. The results showed that situational leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment jointly affect the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of the District of Tanete Riattang Barat, Bone Regency, and the variable that has the most dominant influence is organizational commitment.

Abstract

SLB YPAC Makassar in South Sulawesi faces the challenge of a lack of educators, so some classes are combined, causing significant academic gaps. Deaf children at SLB YPAC Makassar also experience difficulties in learning Calistung and understanding abstract concepts. The proposed solution is the use of web-based VAKT (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Tactile) multisensory methods through the Robo Edu program. The implementation of the program is carried out using the Service Learning (SL) method which involves investigation, socialization, training, implementation, monitoring, reflection, and demonstration. Results showed a significant increase in students' Calistung skills by 85.54% from pre-test to post-test, as well as an increase in teacher skills by 62% based on questionnaire results. In conclusion, the implementation of the web-based VAKT method effectively improves the Calistung learning of students with disabilities and the teaching skills of teachers. Recommendations for the sustainability of the program are the formation of teacher cadres and cooperation with the Department of Education as well as support from the local government.

Abstract

The effect of providing income improvement allowances, work discipline, and responsibility on increasing the work productivity of civil servants at the Dinas Perdagangan Kota Makassar is discussed in this study. This research approach uses quantitative data analysis. This study relied on primary data gathered through questionnaires. This study's sample consists of 61 people from the civil servants at the Dinas Perdagangan Kota Makassar. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) or Partial Least Squares (PLS). The PLS evaluation model is carried out by evaluating both the outer and inner models. According to the findings of this study, the variable of income improvement allowance has a positive and significant effect on increasing work productivity, the variable of work discipline has no positive and significant effect on increasing work productivity, and responsibility has a positive and significant effect on increasing work productivity.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the Padanglampe Village community, especially the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) group of mothers, in utilizing used plastic spoons to make crafts that are both useful and economically valuable. The program also aims to foster creativity and open up opportunities to increase income through plastic waste processing. Research Design and Methodology: The approach used was a participatory method, in which the community was directly involved in all stages of the activity, from preparation to implementation. The training process included socialization, discussion, question and answer sessions, deliberation, material delivery, and hands-on practice in craft making. Findings and Discussion: Initial interviews showed that most participants still had limited knowledge about creativity and the use of plastic waste as a source of income. Through training, participants gained a new understanding of plastic spoon processing techniques and their economic potential. The enthusiasm of the participants showed a high level of interest in developing creative skills based on plastic waste. Implications: This program has practical implications for increasing community capacity in waste management and creative economic development. This training model can also be used as a reference for community empowerment programs in other regions facing similar problems.
