Abstract

Abstract:The objectives and benefits of this study are:1.      To prove whether service quality is together,location, and emotional has a significant influence on consumer loyalty at Balikpapan's Kaltim Bank Branch.2.      To prove where individually between service quality, location, and emotional has a dominant influence on customer loyalty at Balikpapan's Kaltim Bank Branch.The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation forBalikpapan Bank Kaltim Branch which can be used as a material consideration to improve management performance to take the right marketing strategy in the future competition.Based on the results of the analysis and discussion conducted in the previous chapter, some conclusions can be drawn as follows:Allegations stating, it is alleged that together service quality, location, and emotional have a significant influence on customer loyalty at the proven Balikpapan Branch of Bank Kaltim. With a calculated F value of 24.942 greater than F table or F0.05 of 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance level = 0.05, then the first hypothesis in this study is acceptable.Allegations stating that it is assumed that individually the location has a dominant influence on customer loyalty at the proven Balikpapan Branch of Bank Kaltim. With the value of t count of 4.705> t table of 1.66088 and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance level = 0.05, then the first hypothesis in this study is acceptable.                Keywords: Services Quality, Locations, Emotional And Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of the analysis is to find out whether the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of the Regional Revenue Service staff of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The results of the research show that the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Kutai Kartanegara acceptable truth, where the value of t count the work discipline variable is greater than the value of t table (16,332> 1,66055) with a significance value smaller than the significance level (0,000 <0,05). Thus the proposed hypothesis has been proven and acceptable.Keywords: work disciplin, work performance

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study using primary data collected by survey techniques. The respondents of this study were 56 employees in the Regional Research and Development Agency of the Kutai Kartanegara. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that there was a significant direct effect of organizational culture on employee performance, organizational culture on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The results also show that organizational commitment acts as a partial mediator of the organizational culture's relationship to employee performance. Abstract:The purpose of this research is to determine the significant effect of attraction on the interest of visit Mutiara Indah Beach in Tanjung Limau Village Muara Badak and to know the significant influence of the facility on the interest of visit Mutiara Indah Beach in Tanjung Limau Village Muara Badak. Abstract

Abstract:Human resources which are needed is cost factor due to central to providing services in an organization .Any methods and its aims the organization was created based on the range of vision for the benefit of man and in the implementation of the mission is managed by human beings .Be a man of the main factor of a strategic part of all activities of the organization .The purpose of this research is to know the deployment of an officer at offices of head of subdistricts sebulu in Kutai Kartanegara regency. Then the kind of research that is used is identification descriptive of by the use of of a quantitative approach where is trying in giving a snapshot of the outline or explanation of the an accurate assessment of the areas that can be analyzed in terms of interprestasy and a detailed explanation of existing data shows that in an unsystematic manner based on obyektivitas which appeared to be or as they always have so as to give a picture in on totally objective criteria about the actual state of things of an object that is analyzed in terms of .The results of the study viewed from the side of dimensions expertise be on a level either by the percentage 78,05% and the average score 3.90 dimensions skills are on a level either by the percentage 63,03% and the average score 62,59% dimensions the level of education be on a level either by the percentage 72,22% the average score 3,61 dimensions physically be on a level either by the percentage 62,34% and the average score 3,12 and dimension experience of being on a level either by the percentage 76,22% and the average score 3,81.All are at intervals class good. Keywords: Analysis of Employee Placement

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the device profile flower village So subdistrict of Muara Kaman Kutai Kartanegara Regency and to know the influence of educational level on performance of devices flower village So Sub Muara Kaman District Kukar.The value t calculate amounted to 5.51 while theoretical value t with the degrees of freedom (the degree of the freedom) to the respondents amounted to 46 with the calculation rules (n-2/46-2 = 44) at the 5% level (α = 0.05) is 1.680230 or 1.68 1.68 > 5.51 meaning. Thus the hypothesis put forward, namely: that the level of education affects the performance of the device so the flower village sub district of Kutai Kartanegara Regency Muara Kaman is acceptable because it has been proven to be true.Keywords: Level Of Education, The Performance Of The Device Of The Village

Abstract

Abstract:Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Balikpapan City realizes the importance of the role of employees who are the main movers for the smooth implementation of the tasks of the company. Because it needs to be maintained and maintained by fulfilling their needs and desires.The multiple regression results show: Y = 6.923 + 0.264 X1 + 0.410 X2 + ei. The equation of the multiple regression analysis model shows the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, which is indicated by the regression coefficients of each independent variable. Regression coefficients of independent variables which are positive means that the independent variable has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction and vice versa.Simultaneously the independent variables of work motivation and career development have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction where the value of F Ming = 35.947 is greater than F label = 3.20 at the real level below 5%. Then it can be concluded that the first hypothesis proposed in this study is proven to be true, namely, it is assumed that simultaneously work motivation and career development have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in Balikpapan Regional Water CompanyPartially the dominant influence on employee job satisfaction is career development, where the value of t count is 2.719> t table is 1.69973 with the value of Sig t = 0.009 <0.05. It means that the second hypothesis proposed in this study is also proven to be true, that is, it is assumed that career development has a significant and dominant effect on employee job satisfaction in Balikpapan Regional Water Company (PDAM)Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Achievement and Work Satisfaction

Metode penelitian dalam bentuk dilakukan survei , dengan menggunakan pendekatan penjelasan reseach .Kemudian hasil penelitian , 1 ) variabel karakteristik individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 2 ) variabel pengalaman positif kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 3 ) karakteristik variabel individu dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan 4 ) variabel adalah karakteristik individu variabel dominan. Keywords : Characteristic individuals, job experience, job satisfaction
