Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yaitu: Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja, suatu studi literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Terdapat pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 2) Terdapat pengaruh antara Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan3) Terdapat Pengaruh antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The development of human resources (HR) is an important factor in the world of education. Through formal and non-formal education students are formed with good knowledge and skills, which later students have the ability to be creative or produce creativity in the form of innovation in the application of a particular knowledge or skill in supporting student learning at school. As the next generation of the nation, students are educated with various knowledge and expertise and with existing competencies, which will be able to fill the needs of the world of work and the world of business that are superior and competitive. Community service activities (PKM) are one of the Tridharma of Higher Education which must be carried out by Lecturers in accordance with Education Law No. 12 of 2012. This PKM activity was carried out with the aim of contributing to the improvement of Sahara Middle School students who are at Jalan Padang Pasir No 30 Padang, West Padang District, Padang City. Through this activity, students are expected to be able to increase learning & innovation as the nation's next generation who have excellence and are competitive in their fields in the future

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and human resources on work performance and employee motivation as a mediation variable at PT. Teluk Luas Padang. Primary data was obtained by administering questionnaires directly to respondents who are PT Teluk Luas Padang employees. Data analysis in this study used validity, reliability, classical assumption test (data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, Path Analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), partial regression coefficient (t-test), the regression coefficients together (F-test), while the overall data analysis uses SPSS statistic 16 software. The results of this study conclude that (1) leadership style significantly affects work performance. (2) human resources have a significant effect on work performance. (3) work motivation has no significant effect on work performance. (4) leadership style has no significant effect on work performance through work motivation. (5) human resources significantly affect work performance through work motivation. (6) leadership style and human resources simultaneously significantly affect work performance. (7) leadership style and human resources simultaneously significantly affect work performance through work motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar signifikan Self Leadership dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam.Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 variabel Indenpenden yaitu Self Leadership dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 37 responden.Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian tersebut sejalan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan Dari hasil penelitian pengaruh self leadership dan self efficacy terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam dapat disimpulkan bahwa :1.Self leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,2.Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan singnifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,3.Self leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,4.Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,5.Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,6.Self leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,7.Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam. Kata kunci: Self Leadership, Self Efficacy, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational, Citizenship Behavior ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to find out how significant Self Leadership and Self Efficacy Towards Organizational Commitment with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Intervening Variable at Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Agam Regency.This research consists of 4 independent variables, namely Self Leadership and Self Efficacy on Organizational Commitment with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Intervening Variables. Data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 37 respondents.The method used is the Quantitative Method. Based on the results of this study, it is in line with the research conducted. From the results of the research on the effect of self-leadership and self-efficacy on organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable for employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security, Agam Regency, it can be concluded that: 1. Self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 2. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 3. Self-leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment to Service employees Fisheries and Food Security in Agam Regency, 4. Self-efficacy has a positive and not significant effect on organizational commitment at the Fisheries and Food Security Service in Agam Regency, 5. Organizational citizenship behavior is important positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 6. Abstract

Currently, educational institutions are the main forum in preparing reliable and competent human resources (HR) to support the implementation of development and progress of the nation in the future. One of the educational institutions based on Islamic education is the Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin International Islamic Boarding School in Aripan, Solok Regency. This educational institution does not only teach education related to the Islamic religion but also teaches and educates complete scholarship, whether it is related to language, technology or soft skills or skills in various fields. Since its establishment in 2020, it has had complete and adequate facilities and infrastructure with beautiful surroundings and views with panoramic views of the hills and lakes of Singkarak below. The purpose of this Community Service activity is that students or students are expected to be able to gain broad knowledge and understanding in the latest technological developments and advances and their benefits in supporting work activities and people's daily lives. And through this activity, students are also expected to have scientific interests and talents to determine the direction of education and expertise they are interested in in the future.

Abstract

Warga suatu negara yang ditetapkan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan, meliputi TNI, POLRI, petani, pedagang, dan profesi serta kelompok masyarakat lainnya yang telah memenuhi syarat Menurut Undang-Undang. Abstract

Salah satu fungsi yang dilaksanakan oleh prajurit TNI AD untuk mendukung pelaksanaan tugas pokoknya adalah melaksanakan fungsi pembinaan teritorial (Binter). Tugas pokok TNI AD sendiri terdiri dari OMP (Operasi Militer Perang) dan OMSP (Operasi Militer Selain Perang). Salah satu faktor keberhasilan satuan tempur dalam pelaksanaan tugas pokok adalah melalui pembinaan teritorial terbatas yang salah satu motodenya adalah komunikasi sosial. Dalam Komsos TNI-AD tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi atau melakukan kegiatan , tetapi juga juga mendengarkan dan merespon umpan balik dari Masyarakat, dan dengan ini akan lebih bisa dipahami kebutuhan dan harapan Masyarakat. Sesuai Bujuknik Binter TNI-AD, bahwa komunikasi sosial adalah upaya, pekerjaan dan kegiatan satuan TNI AD bertujuan untuk penyampaian pikiran dan pandangannya yang terkait dengan pemberdayaan wilayah pertahanan di darat yang meliputi wilayah pertahanan dan pendukungnya serta membangun, memelihara, meningkatkan dan memantapkan kemanunggalan TNI-Rakyat. Banyak fakta yang memperlihatkan keberhasilan satuan tempur di daerah operasi yang degan mudah menaklukan lawan-lawan hanya dengan pendekatan-pendekatan sosial sehingga lawan akhirnya dapat menyerah dan kembali bergabung dengan NKRI. Bahkan tak jarang banyak separatis bersenjata yang dengan suka rela menyerahkan senjatanya kepada prajurit TNI AD tanpa melalui kontak senjata. Seperti yang diberitakan oleh Jayapura, Kompas.TV - Mantan Panglima Organisasi Papua Merdeka Lambert Pakikir menyerahkan enam pucuk senjata api kepada Pangdam XVII/Cenderawasih pada 1 Mei 2023 lalu, Mayjen TNI Muhammad Saleh Mustafa.[1] Tentu dapat dipahami bahwa tidak mungkin sorang mantan Panglima Operasi dengan serta merta menyerahkan senjata kepada TNI tanpa ada proses. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Supervision and Teamwork on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 57 employees as respondents, namely at the BPJS Kesehatan branch of Bukittinggi City. In this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that Supervision and Teamwork have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect between Supervision on Employee Performance, Teamwork has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, there is a negative and insignificant effect between Supervision on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant effect between Teamwork on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of pricing strategy, promotion, and market share on the profitability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City. Using primary data collected through questionnaire surveys and a quota sampling technique, 100 valid responses were analyzed via multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Using multiple regression analysis, the findings show that both pricing and promotional strategies have a positive and significant effect on MSME profitability. Competitive pricing based on production costs and attractive promotions such as discounts and social media campaigns contribute to increased sales and brand recognition. However, market share does not have a significant effect on profitability, likely due to competition intensity, limited resources, and inefficient operations. Based on these results, MSMEs are encouraged to apply flexible pricing strategies, strengthen promotional efforts, and improve operational efficiency. Support from the government and stakeholders through training, digital marketing assistance, and improved access to capital is also recommended. The study is limited by its focus on Padang City, a relatively small sample size, and limited variables. Future research should consider broader geographic coverage, larger samples, additional influencing factors like product quality and external conditions, and the use of mixed methods and longitudinal designs. This research offers valuable insights for improving MSME profitability and serves as a reference for strategic development efforts in similar business environments.

Abstract

Eksistensi organisasi bisnis dimasa mendatang ditentukan oleh strategi bisnis yang andal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan merumuskan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk Toserba 165 Universitas Putra Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah Toserba 165 yang merupakan unit Usaha dari Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada pihak pengelola. Teknik Analisis data mengunakan analisis SWOT meliputi IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menemukan Matrik IFE dan EFE bahwa Toserba 165 telah memiliki kekuatan internal yang baik yang mampu meminimalkan kelemahan dan mampu memanfaakan peluang untuk mengurangi acaman. Hasil analisis Matriks TOWS, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy sebagai hasil akhir, merekomendasi kepada Toserba 165 untuk menerapkan strategi bisnis strategi pengembangan pasar yang diikuti oleh pengembangan produk.
