Abstract

The growth mindset-based teacher supervision model is an innovative approach in the development of teacher professionalism that emphasizes the mindset that abilities can continue to be developed through effort, perseverance, and self-reflection. This study aims to formulate a more humanistic and strategic model of supervision by focusing on the growth of teachers as lifelong learners. Through the literature review method, this study examines relevant theories and the results of previous studies that support the concept of growth mindset in education. This model is structured in a controlling cycle framework that includes five main stages: standardization, data-driven monitoring, deviation detection, corrective action, and feedback loop. Indicators of teacher mindset growth include active participation in professional development, learning innovation, acceptance of feedback, and self-reflection skills. In addition, this model is enriched with evaluation instruments such as reflective journals, peer review, and collaborative coaching. The results of the study show that the implementation of growth mindset-based supervision is able to create a school culture that is adaptive, collaborative, and oriented towards improving the quality of education. Thus, this model is expected to be a practical and theoretical reference for school principals and education supervisors in improving the quality of teacher human resources in a sustainable manner in the midst of today's educational challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan coding Level 1 pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kota Tomohon melalui pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pembelajaran berbasis media visual konkret dan lembar kerja non-digital dapat membantu anak memahami konsep urutan, pola, dan aturan sederhana, serta meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir logis dan sistematis. Penerapan coding Level 1 melalui pengenalan angka, huruf, pola warna, arah, dan bentuk bangun datar terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan dasar berpikir komputasional anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pendidik dan pengambil kebijakan mengintegrasikan konsep coding secara bertahap pada kurikulum PAUD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh faktor fundamental terhadap harga saham di industri properti dan real estate di BEI tahun 2021-2023 dengan sampel 9 perusahaan. Metode purposive sampling digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, namun Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan salah satu urban metode cocok tanam tanpa menggunakan media tanah (soiless). Tujuan peneliti ini merancang Prototype alat monitoring dan kontrol Air Serta Pemberian Nutrisi Pada Tanaman Hidroponik Berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT) guna mempermudah petani Hidroponik dalam proses monitoring dan kontrol air serta Nutrisi tanaman Hidroponik dari jarak jauh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D), yang bertujuan menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifannya. Hasil penelitian alat ini menampilkan proses kontrol dan monitoring dari jarak jauh yang tertampil pada LCD dan aplikasi Blynk, hasil data pengukuran akan berubah secara real-time dan setelah melakukan pengujian proses kerja Alat berjalan dengan semestinya. Sensor Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) meter digunakan untuk Kadar nutrisi dari air. Sensor Ultrasonic digunakan untuk mendeteksi ketinggian air. Sensor DS 18B20 digunakan untuk mendeteksi Suhu tanah. Informasi mengenai hasil pengukuran pada sensor tersebut akan ditampilkan di Layar LCD dan Aplikasi Blynk. Pompa air DC digunakan untuk mengalirkan air dari penampung air nutrisi ke pipa dan dari wadah ke penampung air ke penampung air nutrisi, serta mengalirkan air biasa ke penampung. Hasil pengujian dari Prototype menyimpulkan bahwa proses pemberian nutrisi secara otomatis ketika kadar nutrisi <800 ppm pompa On dan >=1400 ppm pompa Off, serta ketinggian air <8 cm pompa On dan >12 cm pompa Off

Abstract

This study was conducted to explore students’ perceptions of using TikTok as a medium for learning English. As the use of social media in education continues to grow, TikTok has become one of the platforms frequently utilized by students to access learning materials that are engaging, interactive, and easy to understand. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with five English Language Education students at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo who actively use TikTok for learning. The findings reveal that students respond positively to TikTok as a learning tool. They perceive features such as Duet, Stitch, subtitles, and trend-based videos as helpful in improving vocabulary, pronunciation, listening skills, and speaking confidence. TikTok is also considered capable of boosting learning motivation due to its appealing content, easy accessibility, and alignment with the learning preferences of young users. Nevertheless, students still encounter several challenges, including inaccurate information, distractions from non-educational content, limited interaction, and short video duration that often lacks in-depth explanations. Despite these limitations, TikTok is viewed as an effective supplementary medium when used selectively and combined with formal instruction. Overall, the study concludes that TikTok holds strong potential as a creative and flexible additional learning tool that can enhance students’ English language proficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang knowledge management (studi kasus pengelolaan bahan pustaka di perpustakaan dan kearsipan kabupaten takalar. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu, Bagaimana penerapan knowledge management dalam pengelolaan bahan pustaka di perpustakaan dan kearsipan, Apa saja tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan knowledge management di perpustakaan dan kearsipan, dan Bagaimana solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas knowledge management dalam pengelolaan bahan pustaka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan data skunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan ada 3 tahap yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penerapan knowledge management dalam pengelolaan bahan pustaka di Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Takalar telah berlangsung, meskipun belum diterapkan secara formal dan terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kerja staf dimanfaatkan dalam seluruh tahapan pengelolaan bahan pustaka, mulai dari pengadaan, pengolahan, pelabelan, hingga penempatan koleksi. Pengetahuan tersebut terutama bersumber dari pengalaman kerja pustakawan dan staf yang telah lama bertugas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan knowledge management masih bersifat informal, diperlukan langkah-langkah strategis dan bertahap agar Kknowledge management dapat diterapkan secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Seperti penyusunan dan penguatan SOP berbasis knowledge management, dokumentasi pengetahuan kerja pustakawan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis secara berkala, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai media knowledge management, penunjukan koordinator atau tim knowledge management, evaluasi dan monitoring penerapan knowledge management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 65/PUU-XXI/2023 yang memberikan penafsiran konstitusional terhadap larangan kampanye di lembaga pendidikan dan fasilitas pemerintah sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum. Kajian ini difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu prosedur lahirnya putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi, eksistensi putusan tersebut dalam sistem hukum pemilu, serta analisis putusan dari perspektif maqashid al-syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) melalui pendekatan yuridis formal dan normatif syar’i. Sumber data yang digunakan meliputi bahan hukum primer berupa Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi, Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, serta peraturan perundang-undangan terkait, yang didukung oleh bahan hukum sekunder berupa literatur ilmiah, jurnal, dan doktrin hukum yang relevan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui tahapan identifikasi, reduksi, dan penafsiran normatif terhadap bahan hukum yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 65/PUU-XXI/2023 lahir dari pengujian materiil terhadap Penjelasan Pasal 280 ayat (1) huruf h Undang-Undang Pemilu yang dinilai menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum akibat pertentangan dengan norma dalam batang tubuh pasal. Oleh karena itu, Mahkamah Konstitusi menetapkan penafsiran konstitusional bersyarat dengan menghapus penjelasan norma yang bertentangan, sehingga memberikan kejelasan dan kepastian hukum dalam pengaturan kampanye pemilu. Ditinjau dari perspektif maqashid al-syariah, putusan ini sejalan dengan prinsip hifz al-‘aql karena menjamin kebebasan berpikir, akses informasi politik, serta partisipasi warga negara dalam proses demokrasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perumusan regulasi pemilu yang tegas, proporsional, dan komprehensif guna menjaga keseimbangan antara perlindungan hak politik warga negara dan netralitas lembaga pendidikan serta institusi pemerintah sebagai ruang publik.

Abstract

This study analyzes the construction of consumption behavior among dormitory students amid the expansion of digital advertising, the rise of consumer culture, and the role of religion and educational institutions as normative mechanisms. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical design, data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with boarding house students who actively use social media and online shopping platforms. The analysis combines Jean Baudrillard’s perspective on consumer society, Pierre Bourdieu’s concept of habitus, and Max Weber’s theory of rational action to examine consumption dynamics at micro, meso, and macro levels. The findings reveal that digital advertising not only delivers product information but also produces meanings that shape students’ preferences, lifestyles, and social identities. Intensive exposure to advertising, combined with technological adaptability and a phase of self-discovery, shifts consumption orientation from utility value to symbolic value. Consumption becomes a strategy for gaining social recognition and constructing self-image. However, students are not merely passive consumers; they evaluate ratings and reviews, consider financial limitations, and even transform into digital economic actors such as resellers. At the same time, tensions emerge between value-oriented rationality derived from religion and education and the instrumental rationality promoted by the digital market system, which may lead to impulsive buying, wastefulness, and financial strain. This study contributes by positioning boarding house students as active agents negotiating within digital capitalism and recommends strengthening financial and media literacy alongside the internalization of religious consumption ethics.

Abstract

Rivers are vital assets of Banjarmasin City, currently facing environmental degradation due to urbanization and low community understanding. This study aims to analyze the role of policy and digital technology in achieving sustainable river management in Banjarmasin. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews with key informants, including the Banjarmasin City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department (PUPR), riverbank communities, and related organizations. The data analysis technique applied is thematic analysis. The results show that although Regional Regulation No. 15 of 2016 provides a strong legal foundation, low community literacy regarding river regulations remains a major obstacle to policy implementation. Optimizing digital technology through social media and monitoring systems serves as a strategic solution to enhance education, information transparency, and collective participation in maintaining the river ecosystem. This study concludes that river sustainability in Banjarmasin heavily depends on the synergy between firm government policies and the utilization of digital instruments to build community engagement as active subjects in management. The practical implication of this research emphasizes the importance of digital education to increase policy effectiveness, while theoretically, it strengthens the argument that digital governance is a vital instrument in managing Common Pool Resources in urban environments
