Abstract

The leadership potential of students who are members of the Campus Da'wah Institute (LDK) organization already exists within them, but in reality the lack of motivation from the surrounding environment causes the leadership spirit of the LDK administrators to not be honed. However, it is not enough from a mental perspective that needs to be addressed. This also requires a strong spiritual soul, so that the mental and spiritual aspects of students can work together. So with the socialization of service activities to Deputy Chairperson III for Student Affairs and LDK chairman Al Hayyan, it can train administrators in improving performance in building this LDK organization so that it is more advanced and has extraordinary motivation. In youth, if you do not have a leadership attitude, you will be displaced and left behind by other people in the organization. Organizations need leadership. The progress and decline of the organization depends on the attitude of its leaders in leading this organization. Thus the inculcation of leadership spirit is very important in order to grow a sense of independence and the emergence of a sense of responsibility for himself, the nation and state organizations

Abstract

This training aimed to improve the skills of MI DDI Lampa teachers in utilizing Google Drive as an effective data storage medium to support administration and learning. The activities were carried out through interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. These included creating folder structures, uploading and managing files, document search, sharing files with permission settings, collaborating on Google documents, and strengthening account security. Fourteen teachers participated. Evaluation was conducted using a pretest–posttest, checklist-based practical observations, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Results showed an increase in knowledge, with scores shifting from predominantly low in the pretest to predominantly high in the posttest. Practical observations demonstrated excellent mastery of core skills, particularly file uploading and folder organization, while advanced features such as version history, search and filtering, and setting secure sharing links still needed reinforcement. Overall, Google Drive was deemed effective because it facilitated cross-device access, accelerated collaboration, and streamlined the school's digital archiving. Follow-up measures were recommended, including school archiving standards, strengthened sharing security, and practical guidance for more consistent and secure use

Abstract

Background: Service quality includes having great leverage in achieving health development goals, in improving this quality it is necessary to start by conducting research on the application of the reduction management function and the work motivation of staff nurse.   Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of the management function of the low maneger and the work motivation of the staff nurse at the Takalar District Hospital. Methods: This study uses a descriptive observational design with a cross sectional approach. The number of research samples was 95 staff nurses. Data analysis used the chi square test and multiple logistic regression tests to test the management function of low manager that is most related to the motivation of the staff nurse. Results: The results of this study show that the implementation of the management function of the low manager at variable planning is not good 54.7%, organizing is not good 63.3%, staffing is not good 52.6%, directing is not good 54.7% and cotrolling is not good 65.3%, the work motivation of staff nurse is not good 52.6%. The relationship between the management function of the low manager and the work motivation of the staff nurse (p value planning 0.720, organizing p value 0.000, OR 4.036, staffing p value 0.000, OR 11.280, directing p value 0.000, OR 4.67 and controlling p value 0.146). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the management function of the low manager with the motivation of the satff nurse at the Takalar District Hospital is more or less good. There is a significant relationship between the management functions of organizing, staffing, and controllig with the motivation of the implementing nurses, and the management function of the low manager that is most related to work motivation is staffing function.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is low learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the Talking Stick learning model, supported by interactive music, on mathematics learning outcomes. This study was a pre-experimental study. The research design used a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population was all fourth-grade students at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai, consisting of two classes: Class IV A and Class IV B. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Random sampling is a random sampling technique. The sample in this study was students of Class IV A. The research instruments used were pretest and posttest test sheets. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential data analysis. Based on the data obtained, the average learning outcome before the treatment (pretest) was 54.30, while the learning outcome after the treatment (posttest) was 83.73. These results indicate that the Talking Stick learning model, supported by interactive music, has an impact on students' mathematics learning outcomes. The results of the paired sample t-test show that the significant value (2-Tailed) is 0.000, which is smaller than the significance of 0.05. Thus, the decision taken is that (H_0) is rejected and (H_1) is accepted, indicating that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes before and after treatment. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the interactive music-assisted talking stick learning model has an effect on improving students' mathematics learning outcomes.
