Abstract

Website OPOP(One Pesantren One Product) Jatim adalah platform yang menjadi sarana dari program yang meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya berbasis pesantren serta menjadi media yang memperkenalkan serta membantu memasarkan produk-produk dari pondok pesantren yang mengikuti program. Namun, sejak pertama kali dijalankan pada tahun 2019 hingga saat ini, belum ada penelitian yang menunjukan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap Website OPOP Jatim. Tujuan laporan skripsi ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan Website OPOP Jatim menggunakan metode UTAUT. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Conditions sebagai variabel independen dan Behavioral Intention to Use sebagai variabel dependen serta variabel moderasi yaitu Age dan Gender. Data sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 392 responden. Hasil Analisis menunjukan variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence dan Facilitating Conditions berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use. Namun, hasil analisis juga menunjukan variabel moderasi age maupun gender tidak mempengaruhi hubungan antara variabel Behavioral Intention to Use dengan variabel independennya. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use adalah variabel Facilitating Conditions, hal ini menunjukan fitur dan dukungan teknis yang baik membantu pengguna dalam memahami serta meningkatkan minat pengguna dalam mendukung program One Pesantren One Product yang diperkenalkan melalui Website OPOP Jatim.

Abstract

Aplikasi WargaKu dikembangkan untuk mempermudah warga Surabaya dalam mengakses informasi dan layanan publik, namun adopsinya masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi menggunakan model UTAUT2, dengan variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Behavioral Intention, dan Use Behavior, serta variabel moderasi Age, Gender, dan Experience. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 3.0 dengan data dari 305 responden warga Surabaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel PE, SI, HM, dan H berpengaruh signifikan terhadap BI. Sementara itu, H, FC, dan BI berpengaruh terhadap UB. Dengan demikian, penerimaan aplikasi WargaKu lebih dipengaruhi oleh manfaat, pengaruh sosial, pengalaman menyenangkan, dan kebiasaan pengguna, sementara kemudahan penggunaan dan infrastruktur pendukung bukan faktor utama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan fitur ChatGPT di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dimodifikasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan persepsi kegunaan terhadap niat perilaku mahasiswa dalam mengadopsi teknologi ChatGPT sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 356 responden mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan fitur ChatGPT dalam aktivitas akademik mereka. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan. Persepsi kegunaan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik dan niat perilaku untuk menggunakan ChatGPT. Selain itu, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan niat perilaku, meskipun tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap niat perilaku. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi ChatGPT, dengan menekankan pada pentingnya motivasi intrinsik dan persepsi kegunaan dalam mendukung adopsi teknologi ini di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengembang dan institusi pendidikan dalam merancang fitur-fitur ChatGPT yang lebih efektif dan mudah diakses oleh mahasiswa.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the government to provide electronic-based public services, including through the Surabaya Single Window (SSW) website which provides online licensing and non-licensing services. However, amidst the increasing use of digital services, various complaints are still found from the public regarding the accuracy of information, system reliability, and the limitations of the interactive features provided. The main problem in this study is whether the quality of SSW website services has met user expectations, and what factors are the priority for improvement. This study aims to evaluate the quality of SSW services based on the E-Govqual model which includes six dimensions: ease of use, trust, interaction environment functionality, reliability, content and display of information, and citizen support. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents who are residents of Surabaya City, and data analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of the study show that all dimensions have negative gap values, indicating that service performance has not fully met user expectations. Several indicators such as calculation simulations, timely service, and information accuracy are in the top priority quadrant for improvement. This study provides strategic recommendations for the government to improve crucial service aspects and maintain indicators that have been assessed well by users.

Abstract

Tourism accommodation distribution influences regional poverty rates, making accurate data essential for analysis. This study aims to create a data visualization on poverty rates and tourism accommodation, especially hotels, in East Java Province to examine the relationship between the two through geospatial data visualization. By using the spatio-temporal analysis method starting from data preprocessing, data integration, data identification, and data visualization, this process allows comprehensive mapping and analysis of the available data. The resulting data visualization will be very useful for stakeholders in identifying and understanding the relationship between the availability of tourism facilities and economic welfare. Through this visual representation, stakeholders can clearly see how the distribution of tourism accommodations, such as hotels, can affect poverty levels in different regions. The statistical analysis using an F-test regression model confirms a significant relationship, with an F-value of 7.19 and a p-value of 0.003, indicating that an increase in hotel accommodations is associated with a decrease in poverty levels. This is due to the potential opening of jobs in the tourism sector for local residents in each district or city area.

Abstract

The JKN mobile app is a digital platform developed by BPJS Kesehatan to help users access information and manage their membership independently. This research assesses the effectiveness of the application by employing the framework developed by DeLone and McLean, which includes aspects such as the quality of the system, the quality of information, the quality of service, and the intention to use, User Contentment, and Overall Gains. A quantitative approach was used, applying PLS-SEM for data analysis. Based on the Lemeshow formula, the minimum sample size was 384, and 400 active users of the latest app version participated. The analysis was conducted utilizing SmartPLS 4. Results show that the quality of the system and the quality of the information significantly influence user contentment and their inclination to participate. Thus, user contentment is essential in determining the perceived overall advantages. The study indicates that the app's success is more influenced by technical performance and user experience rather than service quality. This highlights the need to improve system reliability, interface usability, and information accuracy. Users tend to value fast access and functionality over support services. Continuous improvement in these areas can help increase satisfaction and long-term usage. The findings suggest that focusing on user-centered design and regular updates will strengthen digital health engagement. These insights can also serve as guidance for similar e-health initiatives in developing countries.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has changed the way Generation Z accesses knowledge, with social media such as Instagram and TikTok being the main sources of information. However, challenges arise as health content is often mixed with entertainment content, making the validity of the information delivered difficult to ascertain. Therefore, an evaluation of both platforms is needed to assess their effectiveness and the benefits received by users. This study aims to evaluate the acceptability of videos as a source of health knowledge on Instagram and TikTok using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The main focus was to identify factors that influence the acceptance of health video content and compare the effectiveness of the two platforms. Data was collected from 600 respondents through purposive sampling technique and analyzed using PLS-SEM method. The results showed that the majority of respondents preferred TikTok as a source of health information compared to Instagram. Content Richness affects Users Satisfaction. In addition, Flow State and Personal Innovativeness affect Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness. These three variables also influence the acceptability of health video content on Instagram and TikTok. These findings suggest the importance of engaging and informative content to improve Generation Z's health knowledge.

Abstract

iPusnas serves as Indonesia’s national digital library platform, offering free access to electronic books for the general public. This research aims to evaluate user satisfaction with the iPusnas application by employing the End-User Computing Satifactions (EUCS) model, which comprises five main constructs: content, acuracy, format, ease of use, and timelines, along with two additional dimensions—system speed and system reliability. The study involved 450 participants selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that six variables—content, ease of use, format, accuracy, system speed, and system reliability—have a statistically significant and positive impact on user satisfaction. This suggests that a higher level of perceived quality in these six areas corresponds to greater satisfaction among users. On the other hand, timeliness was found to have a significant yet negative influence. These results suggest that delays in delivering content or in system responsiveness remain key issues that negatively affect user experience. Accordingly, this study recommends enhancing system performance, particularly in terms of timeliness to improve user satisfaction and the overall experience. Strengthening these areas is also anticipated to contribute to increased user engagement and further the national objective of expanding digital literacy and equitable knowledge access across the country.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has greatly expanded investment platforms, especially in the stock and mutual fund sectors. The Ajaib application facilitates easy mobile investing while offering tools and educational resources to help users understand financial markets. This study examines the factors influencing the adoption of Ajaib, utilizing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model. A quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze data from 400 active Ajaib users. The results reveal that Performance Expectancy, hedonic motivation, price value, social influence, and enabling conditions positively affect adoption. However, Trust and Effort Expectancy were found to have no significant impact on adoption decisions. This suggests that users prioritize the app's performance, social influence, and user experience over trust or ease of use. The study was conducted in Indonesia's fintech market, focusing on the behaviors of Indonesian users. While the findings provide valuable insights into adoption in emerging markets, their generalizability may be limited by socio-economic or cultural differences. Future research should examine demographic factors such as income, age, and education to better understand adoption patterns in various contexts.

Abstract

User Experience (UX) in E-Learning systems plays a critical role in fostering student engagement and improving learning effectiveness. Evaluating UX is essential to address challenges such as reduced learning motivation, poor navigation, and low interface appeal, all of which can hinder educational outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the UX of students using the E-Learning system at SMP Muhammadiyah 17 Surabaya by employing the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), which measures six dimensions: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. A total of 180 students were selected using Slovin’s formula. Data were analyzed using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool (v10) through descriptive statistics and reliability testing (Cronbach’s alpha > 0.70). The results indicate that the dimensions of Attractiveness (M = 1.43), Efficiency (M = 1.35), Dependability (M = 1.43), and Stimulation (M = 1.34) received high scores and exceeded the average benchmark, indicating that the system is engaging, efficient, reliable, and motivating for users. The Perspicuity dimension (M = 1.42) was rated moderately high, though improvements are needed to better support the understanding of complex materials. In contrast, the Novelty dimension (M = 0.28) scored low, suggesting a lack of innovation and freshness in the interface. These findings highlight the pedagogical significance of UX in enhancing student engagement and online learning effectiveness. Developing more innovative features such as gamified elements or adaptive feedback is recommended to increase the appeal and sustained use of the E-Learning system in alignment with educational goals.
