Abstract

Meskipun pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, namun kebijakan moneter dan fiskal yang ditempuh oleh masing-masing negara bergantung pada kondisi perekonomian sebenarnya, arah dan tujuan pembangunan yang ingin dicapai. Studi ini menganalisis peran kebijakan moneter dan fiskal dalam pengendalian inflasi di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan berdasarkan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber seperti literatur, kebijakan pemerintah dan laporan ekonomi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter yang mencakup penepatan suku bunga oleh Bank Indonesia, dan kebijakan fiskal yang mencakup pengelolaan anggaran dan perpajakan berperan penting dalam pengendalian inflasi. Faktor-faktor seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat konsumsi, dan stabilitas harga juga mempengaruhi keberhasilan langkah-langkah kebijakan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik menegenai dinamika kebijakan ekonomi dalam menghadapi tantangan inflasi di Indonesia dan memberikan dasar bagi pengambilan kebijakan masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor tindakan antisipatif pemerintah dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi dengan menggunakan kebijakan moneter dan fiskal melalui kajian pustaka atau metode penelitian kepustakaan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali berbagai teori, pandangan, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam memahami tindakan antisipatif pemerintah dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi dengan menggunakan kebijakan moneter dan fiskal melalui. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan (library research). Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan moneter dan fiskal merupakan instrumen utama yang digunakan pemerintah untuk mengatasi dan merespons krisis ekonomi. Kebijakan moneter, yang dijalankan oleh bank sentral, bertujuan untuk mempengaruhi variabel moneter seperti suku bunga, uang beredar, dan nilai tukar, dengan tujuan mencapai stabilitas harga, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang seimbang, dan stabilitas sistem keuangan. Sementara itu, kebijakan fiskal, yang melibatkan pengaturan pendapatan dan pengeluaran pemerintah, bertujuan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan menjaga stabilitas ekonomi melalui pengaturan pajak, pengeluaran, dan stimulus fiskal, dan kedua kebijakan ini saling terkait dan berperan penting dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi nasional. Kebijakan moneter dan fiskal dapat digunakan bersama-sama untuk merespons krisis ekonomi, seperti resesi atau inflasi tinggi, dengan menciptakan lingkungan ekonomi yang lebih stabil dan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Tobacco products known as cigarettes are strongly opposed because of the large amount of toxins contained in them. Although the government has given warnings about the dangers of smoking. However, it did not have an effect. This research aims to examine Cigarettes: Between Behavior, Habits, and Law. Qualitative research methods with a normative legal approach. Research results: (1) Smoking habit. Smoking is currently a frequent behavior. In fact, the realization of the preservation of the soul in Islam is the most important part. For, the preservation of the soul simultaneously sees the need for the preservation of the body by not getting used to smoking; (2) Smoking consumption and smoking behavior. The consumer behavior of smokers has taken its decision to continue consuming cigarettes. In the future, consumer smokers constantly needed cigarettes as a smoking need; and (3) Smoking laws according to Islamic organizations in Indonesia: (1) Smoking mubah according to Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) and the Islamic Union (PERSIS); (2) Smoking is makruh and haram according to the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI); and (3) Smoking is haram according to Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam memainkan peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter, spiritualitas, dan integritas moral peserta didik di tengah dinamika era globalisasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai benteng moral dalam menghadapi tantangan global, termasuk arus sekularisasi, radikalisme, dan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Pendidikan Agama Islam tidak hanya menjadi sarana untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keimanan dan ketakwaan, tetapi juga sebagai media untuk memperkuat moderasi beragama, membangun kompetensi global, dan menjaga identitas budaya bangsa. Namun demikian, Pendidikan Agama Islam juga menghadapi tantangan serius, seperti pemisahan antara pendidikan umum dan agama, penyebaran ideologi radikal melalui media digital, ketimpangan kualitas guru, serta kurangnya integrasi kurikulum dengan pelajaran lain. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, penelitian ini menawarkan berbagai strategi pembaharuan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Strategi tersebut meliputi reformasi kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan abad ke-21, peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, penguatan pendidikan karakter moderat untuk menangkal ekstremisme, pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai media pembelajaran yang adaptif, serta pengembangan kolaborasi multikultural dalam rangka memperkuat nilai toleransi dan kebersamaan. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat menjadi instrumen pendidikan yang tidak hanya relevan secara spiritual, tetapi juga adaptif terhadap tuntutan zaman. Pembaharuan ini penting agar Pendidikan Agama Islam mampu melahirkan generasi yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, berpikir kritis, melek teknologi, serta siap menghadapi tantangan kehidupan global secara bijaksana dan konstruktif.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: The use of QR-Code is currently quite widely used for payments and is starting to gain considerable traction in Indonesia. Talking about QR Payment payments, Bank Indonesia also innovated a QR-Code-based payment system called QRIS.Purpose/Objective Study: The research aims to analyze the significant influence of knowledge, benefit and risk on customer interest in using the BSI QRIS electronic payment system at BSI KCP Indrapura.Design/Methodology/Approach: Research methods with quantitative methods described in multiple linear regression analysis models. Primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents as a sample from August 2022 to December 2022. Sampling design with simple random sampling technique. Using the Slovin formula, the number of respondents who became a sample was 90 people for further analysis.Findings: The results of the research are as follows: (1)The estimation model shows an R2 value of 0.770 which represents the value of the coefficient of determination. This means that 77% of the dependent variable variation is able to be explained by the independent variable in this model. The remaining 23% is explained by other causes that are not included in the model; 2) The regression model on the independent variable simultaneously influences the dependent variable, so that the independent variable regression model can be used to predict the dependent variable; and (3) This research resulted in the output that there is a significant influence between the benefit on customer interest in using the BSI QRIS electronic payment system at BSI KCP Indrapura. However, it is not knowledge and risk that do not show a significant influence, so it can be concluded that the two have no relationship at all to customer interest in using the BSI QRIS electronic payment system at BSI KCP Indrapura.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Zakat is a fundamental instrument in promoting Islamic economic justice and alleviating poverty. In Aceh, Indonesia’s only province with the authority to implement Islamic law through public policy, this role is institutionalized via Qanun No. 3/2021. This study examines the effectiveness of zakat management under this regulation in fostering economic empowerment. Adopting a qualitative-descriptive approach, the research integrates SWOT analysis with maqasid shariah principles to align spiritual objectives with socio-economic outcomes. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including Baitul Mal officials, muzakki, mustahik, and Islamic economists in Banda Aceh and Langsa, supported by field observations and secondary data from Baitul Mal and BPS Aceh (2023–2024). Thematic analysis using SWOT quadrants and triangulation revealed that the strong legal framework has increased public trust and zakat collection from IDR 85 billion to IDR 90 billion. However, only 6% of the estimated potential (IDR 1.4–1.5 trillion) is realized due to limited human resources and outdated technology. Opportunities include digital transformation and alignment with the SDGs, with productive zakat programs boosting household income by 10% for 70% of 4,895 micro-enterprises. Threats such as informal zakat channels and economic instability (inflation 5.2%, unemployment 6.1%) persist. Zakat contributed to a slight poverty reduction (from 15% to 14.5%), though uneven distribution limits broader impact. The findings highlight the need for digitalization, institutional capacity building, and culturally sensitive outreach. Integrating maqasid shariah offers a replicable model for aligning Islamic philanthropy with sustainable development in other Muslim-majority regions. Abstrak Zakat sebagai Instrumen Pemberdayaan Ekonomi di Aceh: Evaluasi Qanun No. 3/2021 dengan Pendekatan SWOT-Maqasid. Zakat merupakan instrumen utama dalam mewujudkan keadilan ekonomi Islam dan pengentasan kemiskinan. Provinsi Aceh sebagai wilayah di Indonesia yang memiliki kewenangan untuk menerapkan hukum Islam dalam kebijakan publik mengatur peran zakat secara formal melalui Qanun No. 3 Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pengelolaan zakat dalam mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi berdasarkan regulasi tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan analisis SWOT dan prinsip maqasid syariah guna menyelaraskan tujuan spiritual dengan hasil sosial-ekonomi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan para pemangku kepentingan utama, yaitu pejabat Baitul Mal, muzakki, mustahik, dan ekonom Islam, yang berlokasi di Banda Aceh dan Langsa serta didukung oleh observasi lapangan dan data sekunder dari laporan Baitul Mal dan BPS Aceh (2023–2024). Analisis tematik dengan kuadran SWOT dan triangulasi menunjukkan bahwa kerangka hukum yang kuat meningkatkan kepercayaan publik dan penghimpunan zakat dari Rp85 miliar menjadi Rp90 miliar. Namun, hanya 6% dari potensi zakat (Rp1,4–Rp1,5 triliun) yang terealisasi akibat keterbatasan SDM dan teknologi yang belum memadai. Peluang seperti transformasi digital dan keselarasan dengan SDGs terlihat, dengan program zakat produktif meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga sebesar 10% bagi 70% dari 4.895 usaha mikro. Ancaman seperti saluran zakat informal dan ketidakstabilan ekonomi (inflasi 5,2%, pengangguran 6,1%) masih menjadi tantangan. Zakat berkontribusi pada penurunan kemiskinan dari 15% menjadi 14,5%, meskipun distribusi yang belum merata membatasi dampak luasnya. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya digitalisasi, penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan, dan pendekatan komunikasi yang peka budaya. Integrasi maqasid syariah menawarkan model replikatif untuk menyelaraskan filantropi Islam dengan pembangunan berkelanjutan di wilayah mayoritas Muslim.

Abstract

In facing competition, Islamic banking must have effective techniques to enter the market. Home Ownership Credit (KPR) is a financing product or loan given to home buyers with a financing scheme with a certain percentage. This research is a literature study on marketing strategies for KPR products at Sharia Banks, so that you can find out what discussions have been researched and what discussions need to be researched. This research uses qualitative research. There are 20 selected articles published from 2019-2022 which are grouped into two main topics, namely topics about implementative marketing strategies and marketing strategy models. The topic of implementative marketing strategies is the fewest articles with a percentage of 30%. And the topic of marketing strategy models is the most numerous article with a percentage of 70%. With the topic of Implementative marketing strategies, it can be concluded that several marketing strategies are widely implemented in Sharia Banks, namely: By providing affordable installments, collaborating with developers, advertising in various media, selling products with direct selling, and open tables at events. Meanwhile, with the topic of marketing strategy models, there are several models that can be used in Sharia Banks, namely 1. using the 4p or 7p marketing mix model, 2. Using SWOT analysis, and 3. Door to door strategy model. Discussions that need to be researched include marketing strategies in the digital era and the opportunities and obstacles experienced by Sharia Banks and Conventional Banks in implementing marketing strategies

Abstract

In banking operations, Asset Liability Management (ALMA) is the main focus in managing commercial banks. As a tool for analyzing and managing banking operations, it is something that is paid attention to by banking practitioners and academics. This research uses a type of library research. Bibliography research is research carried out using a bibliography in the form of books, memos and information from previous research. On the other hand, the method used is storytelling and analysis. This research results that the application of Asset and Liability Management in Islamic Banking is implemented in a special unit called ALCO (Asset and Liability Management Committee). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and assess the influence of independent factors such as Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (X3) on the dependent variable, Customer Loyalty (Y). This research takes a quantitative approach, with sampling done using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The main data utilized in this research came from surveys filled out directly by respondents. The population for this research consisted of 6,171 PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan customers, with a sample size of 100. The analytical tool employs several linear regression analyses. The study findings are as follows: 1) The R2 accuracy test results provide an R2 score of 0.785. This means that the R2 value obtained represents the coefficient of determination; 2) The F test results show that the regression model on the independent variables affects the dependent variable concurrently, allowing the independent variable regression model to be used to predict the dependent variable; and 3) The t test results show that Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Product Quality has little influence and is not crucial to customer loyalty. Keywords : Service quality, Product quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty
