Abstract

The transportation and logistics sector is a sector that plays a vital role as one of the main elements that has a great influence on economic development, comparable to production resources such as capital and labor. This study aims to analyze the effect of sales growth and debt to equity ratio on the financial performance of the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2023. The data collection technique in this study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique so that 90 research samples were obtained with a total of 9 companies. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that sales growth has a significant effect on financial performance and debt to equity ratio does not have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh variabel inflasi dan nilai tukar terhadap pergerakan harga saham. Data inflasi diperoleh dari publikasi resmi Badan Pusat Statistik, sementara indikator nilai tukar yang digunakan adalah kurs Rupiah terhadap Dollar Amerika Serikat (USD). Harga saham yang dianalisis dalam studi ini adalah harga penutupan (closing price). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 14 perusahaan sektor perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagai sampel. Periode observasi mencakup tahun 2020 hingga 2024, dengan teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa secara parsial, inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, begitu pula nilai tukar. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look at how different sectors' stock prices changed when companies disclosed their carbon emissions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. For this study, 154 research samples were obtained from 42 different organisations using a purposive sampling technique. An independent variable used in this study is the carbon emission disclosure (CED) list, which is a product of the carbon disclosure project (CDP). This study just makes use of profitability as a control variable. The data is analysed using a multiple linear regression model. According to these findings, a company's value drops sharply if its carbon emissions are made public. According to this research, businesses still haven't worked out how to tell the world about their carbon footprints, which means they're missing out on opportunities to win over stakeholders and consumers. There may not have been adequate communication to address the problem, and managers and stakeholders may not understand the significance of this revelation.

Abstract

Understanding the fiqh of menstrual blood is very important for women, but not many formal schools teach menstrual blood material in Islamic religious studies. Though it is not easy to understand it because the menstrual blood cycle of each woman is different. This study aims to analyze the explanation of fiqh of menstrual blood in Buya Yahya's method and the basic knowledge of fiqh of menstrual blood on the understanding of UMKT Faculty of Law students. Buya Yahya's method in explaining the fiqh of menstrual blood is considered as one of the methods that is easy to understand. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used are questionnaires, with primary data sources, namely data obtained directly from the source through the distribution of forms. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that students understand the basic knowledge of fiqh of menstrual blood and the explanation of fiqh of menstrual blood in Buya Yahya's method.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of inflation and interest rates on banking sector stock prices. The objective is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects, helping investors understand macroeconomic factors in investment decisions. A quantitative approach was used with multiple linear regression. A sample of 14 banking companies was selected using purposive sampling techniques, and secondary data from 2020–2024 from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia was used. Inflation did not have a significant effect on stock prices. Conversely, interest rates showed a significant partial effect. Simultaneously, inflation and interest rates jointly influence banking sector stock prices. Inflation does not significantly affect banking stock prices, while interest rates have a significant effect. Investors are advised to pay attention to interest rates, and further research should include additional macroeconomic variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how dividend policy for businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange High Dividend Index 20 is affected by company growth and liquidity between 2018 and 2023. This study uses the dividend payout ratio to measure dividend policy, asset growth to measure company growth, and current ratio to analyze liquidity. This study uses a quantitative methodology with panel data regression. The sample includes 192 research data points from 32 purposefully selected organizations. The findings indicate that companies with rapid growth prefer to retain earnings to finance expansion, and this has a negative and significant impact on dividend policy. However, liquidity has a beneficial and significant impact on dividend policy, indicating that businesses with high levels of liquidity are more prepared to pay dividends regularly. The findings of the study indicate that dividend policy is significantly affected by company growth and liquidity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentive systems and organizational culture on employee performance at SMKN 20 Samarinda. This is rooted in the importance of human resource management in education, where professional and productive employees are the key to achieving organizational goals. At SMKN 20 Samarinda, there are two factors that are considered to be able to influence employee performance, namely incentive systems and organizational culture. The right incentive system is expected to increase work motivation, while a positive organizational culture can create a conducive work environment to support optimal performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires to 72 employees as respondents. The collected data are analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. Before the regression analysis is carried out, the validity and reliability of the instrument are tested to ensure the validity of the data. In addition, normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests are carried out to ensure the validity of the regression assumptions. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the incentive system does not have a significant effect.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pertumbuhan aset dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan selama periode 2019–2023. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 20 perusahaan dari 63 perusahaan di industri pertambangan dalam populasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan pertumbuhan aset memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Kedua variabel bebas tersebut hanya dapat menimbulkan variasi nilai perusahaan sebesar 7,5 persen, dari hasil koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2). Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Aset, Struktur Modal, Nilai Perusahaan, Perusahaan Pertambangan, Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan kapasitas produksi, kualitas produk yang belum konsisten, serta pemasaran yang masih terbatas. Permasalahan ini juga dialami oleh Dasawisma Seroja RT. 007 Desa Loa Kulu Kota yang mengelola usaha Kue FABON (Floss Roll Abon, Nikmat dan Oke). Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memperkuat branding, dan memperluas pemasaran berbasis digital.  Metode pelaksanaan meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi dan pendampingan awal, pelatihan produksi dan pengadaan peralatan (mixer kapasitas besar, oven, dan proofer), pengembangan strategi branding, implementasi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan marketplace, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Luaran program berupa peningkatan kapasitas produksi, penyusunan standar operasional prosedur (SOP), penguatan branding, serta peningkatan kemampuan manajemen usaha mitra.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan produksi dari ±70 pcs/hari menjadi ±180 pcs/hari, kenaikan omzet sekitar 30%, serta perluasan jangkauan pemasaran melalui platform digital. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan daya saing usaha. Pengabdian lanjutan akan difokuskan pada penguatan legalitas usaha, inovasi produk, peningkatan kualitas kemasan, serta optimalisasi pemasaran digital agar usaha dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan.
