Abstract

Increasing demand and changing consumer desires over time have triggered the company PT. XYZ to try to fulfill the desires and follow product developments among consumers. This research is research that aims to analyze the production capacity of polyester fiber with several forecasting methods as consideration between the two, namely Double Moving Average and Linear Regression. This research is located at PT. XYZ, in this research only examined the production of polyester fibers. The Double Moving Average method shows that the error rate in the form of Mean Squared Error produces 24,891 polyester fiber items, while the Linear Regression method shows that the error rate in the form of Mean Squared Error produces 594 polyester fiber items. So a comparison between the two forecasting methods shows that the Linear Regression method has the smallest error rate and is the best method for producing polyester fiber for the following months.

Abstract

Pekopen MSMEs produce banana chips that always strive to produce good products, but in fact they still find some products produced are not in accordance with standards. These problems can be solved using nP control maps, Ishikawa diagrams, and process capabilities, as well as calculations using minitab software. By using some of these methods, it is expected to find the factors that cause product defects. There are several variables to assess the defects of banana chip products, including shape, color, and size variables. The results of this study show the factors that cause defects in banana chip products, namely method factors caused by the manual banana chip cutting process, inaccurate selection of raw materials, manual frying process, and manual packaging process. In addition, it was found that the level of specifications and standards for process capabilities was not less than 95% and no more than 3% of the inability of MSMEs to produce banana chips in accordance with specifications and standards.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company that operates in the field of gravure printing and flexible packaging. The development of digital-based warehouse management is based on the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) methodology, which in the long term can be used in the field of inventory and also as a strategic planning tool used by organizations to analyze strengths and opportunities and formulate strategic goals with focus. on future goals for appropriate outcomes. The method used is qualitative research observation by analyzing the development of digital system management in the warehouse sector using the SOAR diagram, showing that maximum results can be achieved by analyzing the warehouse management system by considering the SOAR method. The results of the analysis of the development of digital system management in the warehouse department using the SOAR matrix, it can be seen that this was realized because the system has many positive things which are strengths and various opportunities both from an internal and external perspective. One of the strengths of this system is a good system facility with structured goals, both short and long term and based on several strategies that can be taken.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company in the automotive sector, with six production departments producing different types of spare parts. This research aims to address the stock shortages experienced by PT XYZ to prevent recurrence in the future. The methods used include linear regression for demand forecasting, EOQ and ROP methods for inventory management and determining reorder timing. The research findings indicate that linear regression is suitable for demand forecasting as it shows an increasing trend, indicating a positive relationship between time and demand. The combination of EOQ and ROP can save costs up to Rp 23,651,327,- from the initial costs as per company policy, and reduce ordering frequency to twice a year. The recommended safety stock for materials is 14 coils per month, with reorder required when stock reaches 140 coils. This research is expected to encourage the implementation of linear regression, EOQ, and ROP methods in the company, and propose the use of RFID technology for inventory monitoring in both raw material and finished goods warehouses

Abstract

PT ABC is a limited liability company engaged in heavy automotive production that has many products such as medium trucks, small trucks, bus chassis, engines and other spare parts. In assembling a Light Duty Truck through several work stations and must go through production schedule planning to meet the requested production demand. In the case of the welding line, there is a mismatch in production results with the planned production results at the end of the production period not in accordance with the scheduling carried out. So it is necessary to analyze production capacity using the calculation of Rough Cut Capacity Planning, after the calculation it is found that there are still several work stations that experience a lack of production capacity of -849 hours and excess capacity for production throughout the 12-month period. This shows that the lack of efficiency of the available capacity at each station in the LDT welding line so that it cannot produce according to the planned production demand

Abstract

2021 is the year of the projection to the Indonesian government in the planning of the largest digital economy in Southeast Asia. Therefore, the development and deployment of human resources quality is the main key to achieve the largest digital economy. The initial step in introducing a system of digital economy in integrated from the world of education with the concept of sharia-based. The results of the research showed that the islamic economy in the last 10 years is growing rapidly. The purpose of this writing is the design and application called Go-DES (Go-Digital Economy based on Sharia) with ADDIE : (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implement and (5) Evaluate. The results of this paper is the design of the application and has the function of: (1) E-Bank there is a Saldo-Ku and E-Godes, as well as (2) E-Market there is an E-ATK, E-Seragam, E-Kantin and E- SPP.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan material consumable seperti Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kelancaran proses produksi, terutama dalam industri otomotif yang memiliki kebutuhan operasional tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang standar Level Stock material APD dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode minimum-maximum stock level. Pendekatan ini mengacu pada data penggunaan aktual, kedatangan barang, serta lead time pengiriman. Lima Item APD dipilih sebagai sampel utama untuk dianalisis, dan hasilnya dijadikan dasar dalam penyusunan standar Level Stock yang optimal. Perhitungan meliputi kebutuhan harian rata-rata, fluktuasi pemakaian dan kedatangan, buffer stock, serta safety stock. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa kelima Item berada dalam batas Level Stock yang ditentukan tanpa mengalami stockout atau overstock. Perancangan standar Level Stock baru berdasarkan data historis dan simulasi menghasilkan efisiensi biaya penyimpanan dengan penghematan maksimal sebesar Rp22.484.013. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode minimum-maximum stock level berbasis data historis terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi pengendalian persediaan, mengurangi potensi pemborosan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di lingkungan industri manufaktur.

Abstract

The effectiveness of internal government supervision remains a crucial issue, as manual reporting systems often delay case detection and lack risk prioritization. Previous studies have mainly focused on reporting mechanisms without integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) for adaptive data analysis. This research formulates how AI integration in digital whistleblowing systems can enhance the effectiveness and responsiveness of internal supervision. This is a system development study with a locus in local government. Data were obtained through simulation of 1,000 anonymized supervision reports, analyzed using Natural Language Processing and machine learning techniques. The results show an 86% accuracy in high-risk report classification and a 71% reduction in detection time. These findings reveal novelty in using AI for automated report triage. The study recommends a gradual implementation of such systems in regional inspectorates to strengthen transparency and accountability in local government.

Abstract

Permintaan pasar yang tidak menentu dalam industri otomotif menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan peramalan yang tepat guna mendukung kelancaran proses produksi. PT XYZ sebagai perusahaan manufaktur komponen kendaraan perlu merencanakan kebutuhan produk differential case secara lebih akurat agar pengadaan bahan baku dan proses produksi dapat berjalan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meramalkan permintaan produk differential case selama satu tahun ke depan dan menentukan jumlah pemesanan optimal berdasarkan metode Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) dari Brown yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder berupa data historis permintaan selama tahun 2023–2024. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk menghitung nilai peramalan, kesalahan atau error, serta estimasi jumlah pesanan optimal. Hasilnya menampilkan untuk nilai alpha terbaik yaitu 0,4 dengan nilai Mean Squared Error (MSE) sebesar 399.401 dan hasil tracking signal menunjukkan bahwa peramalan berada dalam batas kendali yang kemudian hasil tersebut menjadi dasar perhitungan EOQ. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi metode peramalan Brown dan pendekatan EOQ dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan.
