Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan material consumable seperti Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kelancaran proses produksi, terutama dalam industri otomotif yang memiliki kebutuhan operasional tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang standar Level Stock material APD dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode minimum-maximum stock level. Pendekatan ini mengacu pada data penggunaan aktual, kedatangan barang, serta lead time pengiriman. Lima Item APD dipilih sebagai sampel utama untuk dianalisis, dan hasilnya dijadikan dasar dalam penyusunan standar Level Stock yang optimal. Perhitungan meliputi kebutuhan harian rata-rata, fluktuasi pemakaian dan kedatangan, buffer stock, serta safety stock. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa kelima Item berada dalam batas Level Stock yang ditentukan tanpa mengalami stockout atau overstock. Perancangan standar Level Stock baru berdasarkan data historis dan simulasi menghasilkan efisiensi biaya penyimpanan dengan penghematan maksimal sebesar Rp22.484.013. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode minimum-maximum stock level berbasis data historis terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi pengendalian persediaan, mengurangi potensi pemborosan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di lingkungan industri manufaktur.

Abstract

Permintaan pasar yang tidak menentu dalam industri otomotif menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan peramalan yang tepat guna mendukung kelancaran proses produksi. PT XYZ sebagai perusahaan manufaktur komponen kendaraan perlu merencanakan kebutuhan produk differential case secara lebih akurat agar pengadaan bahan baku dan proses produksi dapat berjalan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meramalkan permintaan produk differential case selama satu tahun ke depan dan menentukan jumlah pemesanan optimal berdasarkan metode Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) dari Brown yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder berupa data historis permintaan selama tahun 2023–2024. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk menghitung nilai peramalan, kesalahan atau error, serta estimasi jumlah pesanan optimal. Hasilnya menampilkan untuk nilai alpha terbaik yaitu 0,4 dengan nilai Mean Squared Error (MSE) sebesar 399.401 dan hasil tracking signal menunjukkan bahwa peramalan berada dalam batas kendali yang kemudian hasil tersebut menjadi dasar perhitungan EOQ. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi metode peramalan Brown dan pendekatan EOQ dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan.

Abstract

Playground equipment in kindergarten is one of the facilities and facilities that need attention. Given the large function and benefits of these tools in children's learning or playing activities. This study aims to redesign the layout of several playing tools, including: slide, globe climbing, and ergonomic ring bridges according to anthropometric data of R.A Nurul Iman Kindergarten students. This data is used as a parameter in making the latest ergonomically proposed design. The research steps carried out in designing a play tool use an ergonomic design thinking method. The research results were obtained from the redesign of the playing tool. Redesign of the game slide, globe climbing, and ring bridge accompanied by sizes that match the anthropometric data of the students obtained. There are 9 dimensions of the body that are taken in this study with the applied method, divided into 3 stages: inspiration, ideanation and implementation.

Abstract

Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. The technique of data analysis was conducted gradually, starting from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. In addition, using a likert scale developed by Ransis Likert. While for the development of research using statistical methods, it is necessary to qualify the classical assumption test before the test is conducted multiple linear regression. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value tcount for the partial (sequential) starting from X1 = 2,639, X2 = 3,379 and X3 = 2,210. In addition, the results of the hypothesis F, contained in the value of Fcount simultaneously (together) was 12,597. While the value of R Square (R2) of 0,282, if then the result of 28.2%. It can be concluded from the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 28,2%.

Abstract

Every customer wish to go to a workshop always consider in selecting the official workshop or the public. The high level of the intensity of the queue and the service provided make the customer consider in determining service for the owned vehicle. The purpose of this study is to determine the market share of the authorised and general. In addition the right strategy to attract customers so it remains to choose the workshop. Then the method that will be used gradually, starting from the markov chain, quene problem and the decision support system. To quene problem using the model multiple channel query system and decision support sytem using simple additipe weighting method. The results obtained gradually, starting from the market share for a period of 1 to 3 by 60% and 40% as a result of markov chain. While the results of the quene problem obtained the average arrival rate of 4 customers with a level of service of 1.02/h and waiting time for 30 minutes. As for the decision support system with a total labor cost to 5 mechanical man Rp.20.800/h and obtained the cost of waiting for customer Rp.79,000/day
